I sad yes .as courier man give me my order a watch as I open it I saw the break Glass of watch I sad to him he sad that that's not my fault it's company mistake .so I do complaint. Hi. i am a dissatisfied customer of latestone.com. The site claims to ensure easy returns and complete hassle free online shopping experience however, it fails to deliver on its promise. I had ordered a smart watch (order number- #322841). Being unhapppy with the quality of the product, i had asked for a return and refund of the amount. The concerned people directed to return the watch through courier directly to vendor. Its been six months since that courier has been done, but there is no update on refund. Please suggest course of action.
