I have ordered Smart-watch, and I got Bluetooth speaker free with it.

The watch I ordered was received in defective condition, so I ask them to refund amount but they are not refunding amount.

I have returned smart-watch through there courier service, and bluetooth speaker through DTDC(as they suggested).

As per confirmation (LatestOne courier service & DTDC), both products (smart-watch & bluetooth speaker) are delivered to them, but still I did not received my amount back.

I am following them by last 4 months, but every-time they give me various excuses, also the customer support is very cheap.

I want complete cashback including refund amount and charges for DTDC courier
