The product delivered to me is broken and has scratches on it. So I want that my money back. The product is useless to me.

I buyed a watch from latestone shopping site i got it today after that i opend the pack and saw that glass was broken and back part of the cover was opened and that was not closing i tried many time but that was not closing this was my frist time of buying product from this shopping site and i m very much upset that i why did i purchesed from this site

On 27.10.2016 i placed a order of smart watch, order no. # lo3127294 has shows insufficient stock after completion of order & deduction of money from my debit card. Then after i got a message of order successful from payuib and my transaction id - [protected]. But today i got a message that there is insufficient stock of this item so that my order was incomplete/cancelled. But till now i did not get the money refunded. Please provide a solution..

What nonsence is this if this was fake i want my money refund else i will complaint in headquaters.

After waiting long time i contact to aràmex with tracking no., they reply " product return back by sender and you contact to latestone co.

I placed an order for ear phones and made payment through online banking and after two days they said that your order was incomplete through msg and my money was not refunded ...the status of product and tracking of product or refund was not at all available their contact number was not working at all my order id is LO3091122 please provide solution
