Product name__ Roman numerals unisex watch...

The product delivered to me is broken and has scratches on it. So I want that my money back. The product is useless to me....

I buyed a watch from latestone shopping site i got it today after that i opend the pack and saw that glass was broken and back part of the cover was opened and that was not closing i tried many time but that was not closing this was my frist time of buying product from this shopping site and i m very much upset that i why did i purchesed from this site...

Then after i got a message of order successful from payuib and my transaction id - [protected]. But today i got a message that there is insufficient stock of this item so that my order was incomplete/cancelled. But till now i did not get the money refunded. Please...

After waiting long time i contact to aràmex with tracking no., they reply " product return back by sender and you contact to latestone co.
