My pen drive is not working. It is asking for format again and again i already formatted it 2-3 times but still i am not able to use it. Its an internal pendrive problem. My pen drive is 16gb otg ptron.. So kindly arrange a replacement for my product asap. Fashion new round shaped Analog Mens full Steel Wrist watch.
When I hv received this watch. This was not working at all. When I take this watch for changing cell I got to know that the cell which was already there in the watch has been leaked. As a result watch was not working at all. I want this watch to be replaced by the company.

I paid for the same product twice. The money was deducted but the order was not taken. They are not responding to anything. I tried mailing them. Now i dont have any product or money. I received transaction no. For both payment. Please take neccesary steps. This fraud websites need to be stopped.

I had ordered a Lenovo K3 Note metal back cover under Order ID LO3182739 which was duly delivered at my residential ZIP Code 743135 on 04/11/16. On inspection, the product seemed to be old, used & defective and devoid of any metallic shine. In fact, the product was coming off the edges and scratch-ridden. Owing to a medical emergency, I managed to lodge a complaint around 11:15 AM on 10/11/16 (within 7 days) under Tkt.#310286 to which I was requested by the company on 14/11/16 to send a photo to better resolve the issue which I did on 16/11/16. Following this, I was informed by the company that the product cannot be replaced as the request was logged-in after 3 days.
The point here remains that:
1) Is three days time fair & reasonable enough, particularly as people may have various exigencies, particularly of medical nature? And why is the same not conspicuously displayed near the product so that customers buying the product are made aware of it?
2) In any case, exceptions can & have been made as a goodwill gesture. More so, as the product itself was old & defective in the first place which constitutes a breach of trust & is unethical on the part of the company
