I have submitted my handset for repair on 6th july 2016 for warranty repair. The
Promise delivery was within 13th july. Till today no response from company.

The service centre is unable to give any status update asking to call customer care.

Customer care is taking note down of problem and promising to arrange a call back within 48 hours. Not received a single call from them.

Had written several mails to customer care. No status recieved.

Also complained to flipkart twice. Every time they have promised to take action within 48 hrs. None to come so far.

    I had purchased a le 1s on 09.02.2016 imei [protected] and only after 5 months the phone has suddenly stopped functioning completely. Even after repeated calls to customer care the call was not picked up. I had taken the phone to the service centre adity telecom & neelkanth anand, c-1, ground floor opposite boi, mg road ghatkopr west mumbai (E-mail:[protected]@caresupportindia.com m no. [protected]) and after getting the phone checked it was conveyed that the phone would need to be sent to the "company" in bangalore. A repair order jobsheet no.[protected] dated 12.07.16 had been given and the period for getting the phone fixed was told to be at least 30 days. This is utterly unbecoming and unexpected of a brand associated with good services and products. What am i suppose to do for 30 days without my phone??? It was advised that the phone be fixed immediately or a replacement phone be arranged for the period required for fixing the phone or the warranty period be extended but to no avail. Further tried every communication possible be it twitter, e-mail, phone calls but to no avail. I have sent several messages on twitter to @leecoindia enquiring about the status of my phone (Le 1s imei no. [protected]) only to get a reply that they have escalated the issue to their service team without providing any details whatsoever of my phone. The phone has been lying at aditya telecom authorized service centre for le eco india since 12.07.2016, for the past 20 days or so. Aditya telecom were contacted several times, only to be told that they have forwarded the phone to the "company" in bangalore and they dont have any status about the phone.

      I am not able to redeem the coupon which i won in the recent lemeet up in bangalore (June11). When i add the product to the cart and try redeeming the coupon, it is saying that is expired, but the coupon is valid till dec 12th 2016.

      I have been reporting the issue for more than 25 days and i have called the customer care more than 20 times and mailed to support team more than 10 times, i've got no proper response.

          I had orderd a leeco le2 but i havent got the leeco handset in the box its my request either to replace the whole product or povide me with the handset as soon as possible... Plz take immediate action before it trouble me... I also not got warranty and guarrenty card with d box... Now i just want it to be replaced... Tat tooo within 2-3days.. Its high level to carelessness...

            I've bought le 2 phone on company website lemall.com on 28th june 2016
            From 5th july my 10days warranty period starts.
            On 8th july i email to them that i'm facing so many problems in the phone after updating it.
            No reply was being made by them till 15th of july
            I called on their toll free no but no customer care person guided me, they just kept on making fake promises but no solution
            No senior person attended my call they kept the call on hold but no solution.
            Their official fb page delete my each n every post i made on their page
            I tried to raise a replacement request but they made their system such that no one can submit the request within 10 days warranty period
            Ive attached the screenshot of the call log and the error i was getting while submitting that request for return or replacement

              I purchased le2 mobile from their website lemall.com during their first flash sale on 28 june 2016. I was promised the product to be delivered within 5-7 working days. It has been almost 15 days and i havent received my mobile nor they are providing me the required information. I have been constantly calling them on their helpline and even through the mails and on their facebook page. My order is[protected] under the name of mohit gupta. I have paid them through my credit card. As a prrof against them in this case i can assure you my payment transaction details, my mailing history details which clearly shows i have been harrassed and even my facebook chat and details. I will really be helpful i[censored] help me out in this matter.

                I have purchased a handset from leeco india through flipkart on 10.05.2016.
                Handset had a technical failure (dead condition) on 14.05.2016 and handed over the same to company authorised service centre (wega electronics) at palakkad. the service engineer told me, since this handset is irreparable i will get a new handset from company within 10 days, the same has been committed by their customer care team when called. after 10 days i contacted the service centre for the status and they told me that no reply got from authorities for the replacement, soon i contacted the company call centre for getting the status of my replacement and they told me that i will receive the replacement within one week. since then i continuously following up with both service centre and customer care team, but they are simply ignoring me.

                Hence i want to take legal actions against the company for compensation as they not providing me proper support and solution even after 50 days of the incident.

                Herewith attaching the invoice copy of the handset along with the service receipt given by the service centre for further reference

                  Subject: i want to file a case regarding my mobile company leeco model (le1s)
                  I submitted my mobile in local service center because of mobile screen damage and software problem on 18th may 2016, they said me to pay 5000/-rs for the reason they cannot fix screen so if i pay money in 15days they will replace new mobile, i agreed and paid money, but after 15days when i call them for my mobile they are saying that there is no stock in company so i have to wait some more days days are passing but they didn't respond for my calls they given toll free number they are saying same answer it's almost 2months over but they didn't replace my mobile so please file the case i just need my money back thank you.

                    Following are the issues i have to raise the complaint for:
                    • on 3rd june’16 i submitted my mobile for software updated and in the evening i was told that the motherboard crashed, i have no clue how this happened.
                    • it’s 5th of july today and it’s been more than a month that i have not received my mobile, nor any update.
                    • i follow up with the service center and the customer care of leeco daily with no luck.
                    • leeco customer care don’t respond to the queries, i have raised a complaint/made an escalation atlest 5/6 times, each time i was told that a call back will be arranged in 24 hrs, which never happened. I was never allowed to talk to any senior for my escalation nor was any complaint #provided which is strange!! So practically it wasn’t documented and i had no proof of my complaint.
                    • i raised my issue on email as well on 30th june, which was not even acknowledged. This is the worst part.

                    I’m now super pissed off and have now clue what’s happening and when will i get my mobile back. There is a super delay in the service and a big flaw in the after sale services. It feels like there is no once to address your issue.

                    Please can you assist me in resolving my concern?

                      I purchased a letv le1s smartphone from flipkart few months back. The set was working fine till the day it fell from my hand and the screen cracked. The navigation buttons were not working anymore so I called the technical support team. They told me that they will replace my set with a fresh one. I submitted my handset on 26 may 2016 and i was told that I will get a replaced set within seven working days. It has been over a month now and I have not got any kind of response from their side. I have called their technical support line few times and all I get to hear is that they will do there best and will contact me within 24 hours. I am yet to receive any kind of intimation from the company. I have paid the full servicing amount of 4900 rupees. I have sent them mails but haven't received any reply. I have no clue what to do now. When will I get my handset back? I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the service I am getting from the firm.
                      There is a 24 hour help hotline number given on the quotation which I have received from the service centre, I have tried that number hundred times and every time I get to hear that the number is not available.
                      What do a normal customer has to do to get acceptable service from your company?
                      I am still willing to wait for few more working days, after that I am afraid I will have to look for legal assistance.

                        I purchased leeco le1s phone from flipkart on 09.02.2016. The phone display broke though its corning gorilla glass which should support the phone atleast when its dropped from a low height. Company couldnt maintain their promises that were made during sale of the phone.

                        The service center executive said that the phone cannot be repaired and it has to be replaced only with a charge of rs.4866 and promised to deliver in 15days maximum. As there is no other option, though the phone is under warranty, given the phone for replacement.

                        Now, even after a month, the phone wasn't replaced and no proper information has been given. Whenever i called they say no stock and they apologize. Both service center (Delight solutions, hyderabad) and leeco customer care failed. When i asked for my phone, they were unanswered. Also the product has been discontinued.

                        One advice to all the buyers is not to buy the phone. They promise by they fail to do so.

                        Please help me in this regard.

                          This is complain regarding the service of letv leeco, i bought letv leeco 1s in feb and on may 11 my phone display broke, i submitted my phone to leetv service centre located in pimpri pune, they told me we dont change display either we replace phone and will charge 4000/- and you will get back your phone in 8 days.
                          So i submitted my phone and after 8 days passed i called many times in service centre they never received my call and whenever i go to there service centre they told me we dont know when you will receive your phone and told me to talk to the company and then many times i called to letv leeco customer support and they always told me wait for few more days you will get your phone and its being 1 month now, there is no answer either from service centre or letv leeco that when i am going to receive my phone

                            I have submitted my mobile to the customer service center of leeco on 28th of may in sg infotech, borivali, mumbai. The jobsheet number for the same is js[protected]. According to the sheet, i will get the mobile on 4th of june 2016. But i haven't got any response from them. I tried to contact the customer care of this company, but i always get the same answer from them that, no stock is available and need to wait 1 week to get the mobile. Would be good if i can get any help on this.

                              I have used leeco le 1s for almost 2 months now. Initially i felt this is the ultimate gadget one should posses but eventually now i feel this is one crap piece of junk that everyone should avoid.
                              The 3gb ram is of no use and the processor is not as dynamic as they claim. Any good intex phone should beat it.

                              My biggest challenge is to lookup my contacts. I have one official and 3 personal email accounts on my cell. The official email has some 7500 contacts and the personal email some 300. This phone keeps multiplying my contacts and takes them to 19000 at times. I constantly go into settings and close the contact sync with whatsapp and other email accounts leaving the official one active but again after a while it automatically syncs all contacts. It takes more than 5 minutes to retrieve one contact, to add a number, to look up a contact and this is just frustrating.

                              I have removed my linked in account, my facebook account, newspapers, money control etc. Since having all these apps makes the phone even more slower.

                              The le tv app does not work from the 1st day. Calling their helpline is dealing with the bunch of jokers they have in their back office who leave you to no logical conclusion.

                              I bartered my samsung s4 mini in an online flipkart deal to buy this piece of junk and now i feel my samsung s4 mini was much faster and better than this stone more than 100 times even though it was 2 years old with less ram and slow processor.

                              Please i request all not to buy or barter for le tv’s hopeless mobile handsets cause you will repent later for sure.

                                I bought a new letv handset le 1s on 8th feb, but unfortunately its charger got stollen on 15th feb since than i am trying to get it from companies authorized service center but both customer support and service center are just giving wrong and incorrect information to me. Both of them keep on saying that it will come soon but now two months have been over and now they say that they don't know when they will provide to me. Worst customer support in india. I have already visited four times service center but when on reaching there they just say sorry. I have also contacted almost every customer support executive and every service cente but all they do is to provide wrong information. This is the worst customer support. Bad luck that i bought this phone.

                                  I purchased leeco le1s phone from flipkart on 09.02.2016. On 08.04.2016 the phone slipped out of my hand and the screen of the phone just cracked. The height was not even 2 ft.

                                  The company in its specifications says that the phone has gorilla glasses but the phone cracked even on a low height drop. Many users of this phone are facing the same issue. (Reviews at flipkart can be checked to verify this).

                                  I visited the service center the next day with my phone and they say that the phone cannot be repaired and it has to be replaced only with a cost of rs.4866.

                                  Firstly the company is not providing repair service just like other phones for screen crack and the company is charging excessively for replacement. (Nearly half the price of the phone)

                                  Please help

                                  Leeco Le 1s — Slow shooting mode

                                  From the time I have purchased leeco its slow shooting mode is not switching between 2p and 4p.
                                  I too had same experience with the replacement. From past 37 days I am waiting for it. No replacement has been made.
                                  No replacement for me from past 45 days.
                                  Marketing team does a wonderful job and service team doing a pathetic and an extremely poor service to the customers.. They care nothing..
