I have bought LeEco Max2 by LeMall unfortunately by accident without knowing the company and the useless service of products and the customers.

First the LeEco Max was came to my hand after waiting and calling you several times finally at long wait.

The CDLA headset came to hand by everyday calling and fighting the customer service and emailing sent by me after four months.

The cashback also came to me after several reminder and calls sent to my credit card.

Above all you have sent a faulty product to me which already informed to you and you are ready to take back the product. I sent the product for repair as per the instruction given to by the customer care to CellCharm on 15th November 2016.

In heights of the stupidity you told that mobile was already repaired and sent to CellCharm at Erode. I called them and they said it is still with you idiots and it is under repairing. Last leek I called on the same stupid LeEco customer care and he told they where missing the parts to repair the mobile and I have to wait for the part to make it repair.

You can see how many calls I did on everyday and the conversation we made. I have to travel last week and I postponed it many time due to your inefficient and incapability. I have already waited enough time of 15 days of company policy

I have the right to call everything you have promised to me

1. I bought the mobile LeEco Max 2 on 02 July 2016 (The mobile is on warranty)
2. As you have failed to fully satisfy the customer in any means and directing in faulty directions.
3. With your further behaviors I am not satisfied with entire LeEco products.
4. I dont want the product anymore as the period already gone and the information is no correct and reliable.
5. I need a product immediately or give me new product LeEco Max2
6. Take the product and send me the money as I have already spent more than myself for a knowing faulty and idiotic behavior of customer service.

    I have upgraded my le 2 phone with latest security patch and my current eui version is 5.8.019s. Model le x256.

    Every time i do any activity on the phone and go back to home screen: i get a message - launcher is loading. Please wait

    This happens after every activity and is really frustrating. Please help me resolve this. This was not happening with the old version

      I had purchased Le max2 from flipkart. It is delivered to me on 21st Sep 2016.

      After few days o[censored]sage i had found Finger print sensor is not working.
      Then I had submitted my mobile on 4/10/2016.
      Job id is :[protected]

      It’s been more than 80 days after i had submitted the phone, still it is not repaired.

      I am asking for refund, as it is not repaired for more than 80 days and have not used it even 10 days.

      I have called many times to LE customer care number[protected] and emailed many times.
      Every time they are giving the same reply it is under repair.

      It is getting frustrating to wait for such a long time, as i have to use my old phone.
      Every week it has become the routine for me to call them.

      I want refund now.

        I bought a new LeEco Le2 Mobile through Flipkart.com (LeEco's online partner) for Rs.11, 999/-. On receipt of the mobile phone, I discovered the mobile phone was defective. Please note that I have not used my new mobile phone even for a single day.

        So, I went to LeEco's Authorised Service Centre, M/s. Cell Charm, Erode, TamilNadu, for repair/service. The Service Centre informed me that they have to send it to LeEco's Bangalore office for repair. I handed over my phone at the above Service Centre on 24/11/16, but they created a job sheet on 29/11/16 (Job Sheet No.[protected] and sent it to LeEco's Bangalore office.

        As per LeEco's service/repair policy, the mobile phone should be given back to Customer within 15 working days.

        When contacted LeEco Service centre to know about the status of my mobile, they told me to contact LeEco Customer care. I have to contact LeEco's customer care no.[protected] umpteen times to know the status of my mobile phone. They have no information about my mobile phone status and always give with some standard replies and at last they used to say that their Technical Dept has more information and would give call back to me. So far, I have not received any call from LeEco's Technical Dept or any other dept. They are misleading the customers. The worst part is they block the customer's mobile/landline numbers who enquires about their mobile phone.

        I learnt from websites & their service centres that Cusotmers, who handed over their mobile phone at LeEco's authorized service centre, neither get their mobile phone in time nor information about the status of it.

        It's very pathetic to know that neither LeEco's service centre nor LeEco's customer care know about the status of the mobile given for repair/service. They have a standard reply for all customer queries - saying that repair is in progress and the mobile shall be delivered in another 1 week or so on. But, the same thing continues even after a month or so. Their email support ([protected]@le.com) also don't reply/respond properly. There is no grievance mechanism available on their website. WORST EVER SERVICE.

        PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY (RS.11, 999/-) BACK OR REPLACEMENT WITH NEW MOBILE FROM LEECO.

          I given my mobile to service centre for otg not supporting on oct 17 they taking more days to repair my mobile service centre tambaram sanitorium, chennai that person called me on nov 8th to pick my mobile i went to service centre but issue was not cleared why you not check my mobile before? Then i given 2nd time service centre person told me you are giving 2nd time so surely you will get within 2 day but still iam not getting my mobile still how long time you take to service my mobile i cant except this much of worst service in leeco company.

            I have purchase Mobile hand set make Leeco 1s through Flipkart on 09.10.2016, but I have found some problem line green line in display and function also work automatically. Today I have contact your service center at opp. sanjay complex, Gwalior contact person Mr. Vinod Ojha his mobile no. [protected], but I am surprise they said handset has damaged or some reason, but actual no damage anything as per image attached, set also in warranty.

            I request you to please resolve my issue /replace the set at the earliest, bill of handset also attached for your information.

              I purchased Le 1S Gold Phone from Flipkart in June’16 but to my utter surprise phone’s battery got swollen so I had submitted my cell phone at your service station (B.M Gadget Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune) on 26th Oct’16.
              Phone is in warranty period.
              Today is 19th Nov’16 still I haven’t received my phone back. You may know how much the cell phone is must necessary these days & I am without my cell phone from last 25 days
              I have called on [protected] (B.M Gadget Services Pvt. Ltd, Pune) to check my phone status but every time I am disappointed by the service provided by service station.
              As per service station staff they can’t track my phone status and they don’t have any update regarding the same.
              They have only one answer to my all questions that the phone hasn’t come back from Banglore.

              You are one of the leading smart phone providers and still you are using such outdated software in which you can’t trace customer’s phone status?

              Kindly try to return my cellphone as soon as possible and kindly help me with your Facebook, Instagram & Twitter complaint accounts so I can register complaint on social media as well.

                While working battery got down to zero then phone got switched off, within a minute i plug the charger to phone but the phone is not charging atall... Red light comes at begining but later leeco screen comes n charing stops.. And hence the phone is not switching on... Please help me out as soon as possible as it is serious issue for me as it is creating problem and difficulty in communication.

                  I had purchased a tv from lemall.in on 6th September . ..the tv that i received was defective...current was flowing from the display panel...than i initiated a replacement request on 14th september...after hundreds of calls the pickup was done on 14th october...then they said that they won't give tv... they'll give refund...so 1 and a half month has passed i haven't received any refund...they took my money on 6th september...and from 2 and a half month they are using my money...their policy of refund is 7-21 days but 1 and a half month is over and i still haven't received any refund

                    I purchased LeEco Letv1s in month of July. It was giving problem from the first day.On 23rd October, don't know how my charging pin and jack got burned automatically. When i went to customer care, they are demanding money to repair it. According to them, its a physical damage. Then i talked to their customer support, they also gave me the same information

                        Hi i gave my handset a leeco max 128 gb which i purchased from flipkart for rs 36999.00 on 29th feb 2016 and on october 2nd the phone refused to startup at all. Even on charging no lights would come up. So i went and submitted the handset for repairs under warranty.. The service center was unable to fix the handset so they sent it to their main repair center and was revived on oct 10 however with jobsheet number of js[protected] and from that day i am calling their call center everyday and i get only answer which is the handset is with the service engineer.. I have raised numerous complaints with the call center and in spite of 30 plus calls from my side no one has called me back till date. This is the most pathetic company i have every done business please help me get my phone back... I am so disappointed in my purchase that i will never ever by a leeco product as long as i live now and i will also suggest any of my frnds to never do the same.

                          Respected sir, i am kushal from pune (Mh) i purchased a leeco mobile from flipkart 2 months ago. It was giving me heating problem and many others from the first day. 2 days ago my mobile's jack and charging pin connector get burned. When i went to service center, they are demanding me rs4500. They are not reparing under warrenty. After this i talked to peoples, then i come to know that many other customer faced the same problem

                          In month of July, this year I purchased a LeEco mobile from filpkart . From the first day it was giving me problems like heating and many others. 2 days ago while I was charging my phone it started heating very much and within 2 minutes, my charging pin and jack(where we connect charger to mobile) got burned. When I went to customer care, they are demanding me Rs4500. They are not covering it under warranty . It's not only with me. I talked to peoples, there are many who faced same problem '

                            The company letv Le eco is one of the worst service providing company they don't care about consumers demand.service centres are not available and those available get closed within week and mobiles of customer remaining as it is or they don't get back .customer care centre fellow don't have manners to talk with consumers they just shouting on consumers.They mentally harass the people literally.These all are the personnel experience only in the era of globalisation and competition this company making blunder with consumers.keep away from such company and its product.
                            I bought LeEco le 2 mobileon feb 3 through flipkart. but now charger of that mobile is not working trying to reach out custmme care thers is no response.Plz replace the LeEco le 2 charger
                            I have issue with Leeco (letv) i purchase le 1s worth 11k but in the phone have problem & leeco customer care​ not picking up the phone call even after 12 minutes
                            I have submitted my Le X526 on[protected] at HCL Touch Jaipur. The jobsheet number is JS[protected]. I have not received the answer till today. I am facing charging issue. It's not getting the charge and unable to switch it on as the battery completely drained. It's really an irritating Customer Care at HCL Touch is unable to deliver my phone.
                            Please Solve my problem and deliver my phone asap.

                              Hello, this is mohd irfan. I am complaining about the leeco le1s mobile phone that i had purchased on june 06. From the day i have taken the phone that arde repeated issues that have taken place and mainly there are 3 main issues..

                              1) phone has issues with restarting..

                              2) phone is not detecting wifi and this has been tried numerous times

                              3) bluetooth gets switched off automatically.

                              I have given my phone to the hcl service centre situated in begumpet and it has been more than a month, but the phone has not been repaired or fixed. Everytime i try to contact no one from customer service speaks and i am hold for 30 minutes and the call gets disconected and a vague reason is provided in the service centre.

                              This is the most pathetic service that i have experienced in my entire life and request you to kindly look in to it. Either replace it with new phone provided it should be good or refund my money back.

                                  I ordered leeco headphone in their epic sale having order no[protected].. I paid the money online and i didnt got the product. Now they are saying that the order is cancelled automatically due to unavailability of product. They didnt inform me about the cancellation of my profuct. Also they are not refunding my money. I complained to them about not receiving the product after too many days but they are not responding to the complaint.

                                    Sir, this is very unfair to me because i had ordered this phone without waiting for diwali discount period for my mother but this has dissappointed us since it is not working since day one and as i was busy in with my college classes my mother could not do much to resolve it and even use it as my father was operated during this period and for which we required a phone for comunicating. I doubt as we have been delievered a refurbshed phone kindly do the needful and refund the amount and take this phone back as it is not working and when somehow i went to service centre they told me it may take another 30-35 days to resolve it. So this has been a total failure for me as it is not working in my urgent need. Kindly be quick in responding

                                        I bought leeco letv le2 handset on july 6, 2016, before 2 months adapter created problem of slow charging. I provided for replacement to leeco care centre at bathinda on september 5, 2016. They told for wait of 15 to 20 days, and now, more than a month is passed, but not got adapter back.
