I have purchased leeco le2 mobile on 12th of aug. I opened it on 24th of aug and found it faulty as display was blank. Complained to customer care[protected] they said to give it to service centre. I submitted the same on 24th and they said it will take maximum 15 days to get it repaired. Now it has been 1.5 months i have called several times but they have not returned my set neither they are able to tell me when will i get it back. They say that they don't have parts for the same. But they have stock of new handsets.
Kindly help in getting my mobile back..

    I have booked product le max2 in the site on 01.10.2016 12.56.59 am by paying through credit card and due to some reason i thought to cancel the order on the same day and there is no option to cancel the order at all. Generally all shopping websites provide an option to cancel the order.

    On the same day, i have sent a request mail to the [protected]@le.com (Published on the company website) for the cancellation of order. I have not received any acknowledgement for the mail.
    I called to customer care they suggested to accept the courier and raise return request. I did the same but they are rejecting the return request stating that the reason for return is not satisfactory.
    In between, i have called and e-mail them several times and they said they will process it but now they are saying not possible.

    Please guide me how to face them legally.

      I had purchased leeco le1s x509 from flipkart on 17th jul 2p16 from flipkart, from day 1 handset was heating upto 55°c, i informed this to flipkart but they said handset is working fine & cant replace your handsrt.
      On 17th sep 2016 handset got issue in switch on/off, i went to service centre at nehru place delhi, they had taken my handset for repair with job sheet no. Js[protected] & told me that this handset will repair at bangalore office that will take some time due to which expected delivery date will be 30th sep'2016 & you will get updatation sms from our customer care no.[protected]
      Till 30th sep whenever i called up customer care they updated that your handset is in repair & it will br delivered by 30th sep'2016. On 01st oct 2016 i called up cusyomer care & talked to customer care executive mr vinod joshi he told me that repair will take 15 working days, whrn i requested him to connect me to his team leader he denied & adked me to arrange call back in 48 hrs. I told him that i will hold my call but pls connect me to your tl he denied directly & he has no more update on your issue.
      I have never seen this type of service from any customer care. Hard to say that whole system is unorganised, no one cares about customers just sell your handset &forget about service. I am very much disappointed with this type of service from mnc company.

        My phone got dead in two months. Service centre took approx 1month in repairing.
        Post repairing they handed over me a downgraded model. When i tried to contact service centre they r saying that they had stopped providing service for letv.
        Very bad customer support service.
        Now i don't want to use le eco.
        I want my phone get replaced hand to hand or givey money back.
        Le eco service is very pathetic.
        LeEco / Leshi Internet Information & Technology customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I am from hyderabad india i am facing very bad experience of leeco letv i give my le1s mobile phone for replacement before 3 months ago there is no response from store and i call many times to the toll free and store and i am not getting any response from them but now i got reponse not for replace phone they are saying your mobile phone have some problems so the company can't able to repair it you can come and collect your old damage phone but i said don't give for repairing i give you for replacement they refused to give my phone what should i do can anyone help me out with this situation and beware of leeco letv products they are fraudsters.

            I got a faulty product from In.lemall.com. But when I put a return request on there site it was not working and I send a mail with snapshot of there return form and from that day I am continuously mailing on there mail [protected]@le.com but always got the same response that my request is send to the concern department and they will contact me soon. But today is 25th day after complaint but I dont get a single call from LeEco.

            When I call to customer care always they give me assurance that within two days there executive will contact me but every thing is fake in this company. and i suggest every one that not go for any product of this company.

              I purchased my le eco le max 2 on 09/07/2016 from flipkart and within 15 days of purchase it started showing network issues and in next 10 days there was no network in both sims.
              This is not what you expect from a new phone!

              I submitted my phone for repair on 09/08/2016 to company's service centre and for the time being no spare phone was issued to me.

              I am submitting this complaint on 12/09/2016 and its been over month since I gave my phone for repair and till now I have no idea where my phone is. Numerous calls, messages and Emails were made to company's service centre but no proper reply was received.

              Its high time and not at all satisfied with company's phone and its after sales services.

                Today i have visited bm gadget pune service center to collecting my mobile device handset & while testing reported issue will get repeated in front of technician & they are also surprised to see the touchpad & overall hanging issue with my handset.
                As per discussion with bm gadget pune service center team, they says we will send back the same to le eco office for further investigation.
                I want the replacement of my handset immediately as i have been reported the issue with my handset since after purchase.

                  I had purchase le eco mobile on 26-may-2016 from flipkart after 46 days mobile 1102 speaker no sound same as camera is not clear also mobile heating battery backup is low so i am submit the mobile to s k enterprise inderlok on 27-jul-16 but still i am not received the mobile. After so many call to customer care and mail to [protected]@le.com i not get any respond via call or mail
                  Whenever i call the customer care they always say repair is in process so i unable to understand your engineer is repairing the mobile or in process to produced little le eco baby mobile more than 45 days already pass and repair is in process. The phone is in warranty as it is only 2 month old when submited

                    Hello,

                    I was facing issue with display (2 spots on display near sim slot) of my new leeco 1s phone and i deposited my phone to service centre located at sahara mall, gurgaon for the same on 23 july'2016, saturday.

                    After 13 days, today (05 aug'2016, friday) i went to collect my phone but the phone that they gave me in replacement of my new phone, was in very bad condition with lots of scratches and breakage spots, so i did not accept the phone and return it back to service centre.

                    I also went today (01 sep, 2016 thursday) and they gave me old phone (Lots of scratches and dents) and i did not receive my phone yet.

                    I am very disappointed that company replaced my phone (Like new) with old one.

                      I submitted my phone to service center on 30th July. On 17th Aug I got phone back, but I noticed that which phone I got is different one. This one having different IMEI numbers. I am not very sure that I want this phone, because this one is reimbursed device and device having several dents in body and looks very old, paint almost faded, also i don't know what problems will come in near future, as I already suffered due to your poor services.
                      So either I want my device back in good condition or provide me a new device. Because I just used my phone for 3 months and my device was brand new, but which these people provided looks so so old and second third hand device.

                      When I talked to service center person, he refused to take phone back and said that he has nothing to do with it, So i called customer care and asked for my phone. They said your phone is under repairing process. When your phone will repaired we will give you a call and you can give back this phone and can get yours. then i said ok fine, give me this status mail copy so that i can track it. He said we don't have any status track feature. you have to wait for our call.

                      I just waited for your response and you just fooled me. You said wait for some time while your device being repaired. We will call you back. But you people didn't. Now when I called customer care about my request then they said we cant do anything. this is the reply. They don't know where is my original phone.

                        I have given my phone for replacement at service center before 3 months. At the time of phone submmision at service center they told me that i will get back my phone within 10 days. But, they give me my phone after 45 days and without replacement. So, i have given back my phone and told them for replacement again they told me that it will be done within 7 days. But now its being 3 months and i am didn't receive my phone. They are not even provinding proper call service. I have complain about it at call center, then i got call from call center that your phone is sent at service center you can get your phone from there, and i went at service center they told me that we didn't received your phone. So, they are like misguiding me. So now i am afraid of all these things. So, now i want my money equivelant to phone price back or they should provide me new phone. Because i have given it for replacement and not for repairing.

                        I need either of the below:
                        1. New handset for same model or the higher model.
                        Or
                        2. 100% refund of my money.

                        I expect strong and positive action for my case before i move to consumer court and social media.

                          Dear friends,
                          This to inform u that don't purchase the mobile handset of leeco as i am facing the fraud of this company.

                          Even after so many days got no solution from flipkart and leeco even didnt respond...

                          I hv ordered a mobile from flipkart and both flipkart & leeco has delivered me a damaged handset and when i complaint about it to both companies then both flipkart & leeco making me fool as none of the above company trying to co-operate with me.
                          Flipkart is selling the products of leeco and saying that leeco is a super company but when i told flipkart that leeco is making fool to people and the service centers which they r mentioned on website of leeco are fake.in spite of it flipkart is not stop selling the product of leeco.
                          I also sent many mails to leeco more then one month back but they r not ready to reply...
                          And neither they respond properly on their customer care no.
                          Plz plz plz dont purchase the product of leeco

                            Hi all, this complain is regarding purchase which i had done under order number[protected] dated 12th-july for the amount 11999 from le eco website (http://in.lemall.com/in/). on the basis of reviews i didn't even open the box and i tried to place the return request but there was issue on the site so i need to wait till they fixed technical issue. finally on 18th july i placed return request and on next day bluedart people came and collected phone under this docket number ([protected]). post that call center team don't have any update, email team don't have any update i have send some 55 emails but there is no concrete reply they are not even bothered. they are breaching there own policy of refund which is within 7-21 days of phone pick up date. i am really surprised such company are selling product freely and no action from ecommerce department.

                            Please help me to get refund.

                              I have generated return request on 07/07/2016 and my product picked on 13/07/2016 but till now not received the refund as per the policy the refund is initated with in 21 working days but now they are saying to wait for more 21 working to refund to be credited in account from today. Its more than one month time expired

                                Hi, This is regarding the order number[protected] which I placed on Le ECO (http://in.lemall.com/in) on 28th June amounted 11999 rupees and received the phone on 1st July but don't like their phone quality so raise return request[protected] on their site on same day 1st July after there was not updated from LeEco team after so many calls and follow up phone got picked up on 14th July by Blue Dart people with Tracking details ([protected]) after that there was no update from Le ECO team even talked to customer care so many times and sent so many mails but seems nothing is working and they are not even worry about the customers problems also as per policy refund money will be credited back in 7-21 days which is also over but no money came. Never seen this kind of customer service in my life customer care people saying whatever they want and seems no tracking from their supervisors.

                                Please help me to getting my money back which was hard earned money.

                                  I have ordered a le2 mobile on 5th of july and due to the technical glitch at the transaction page i got a error and i have done the payment again. After few hours i got a message that both the mobiles are shipped. I have called the customer support to cancel one order because there is no cancellation option in there website. The customer support replied that there have mailed the request to concerned department and the issue will be resolved. But on 9th i have received both the mobiles. I have again called the customer support and mailed to the concerned department that i have received 2 mobile out of while i want to return one mobile. They said place the return request through the website but in the website page it has displayed that the mobile is being shipment stage till 18th of july. On 19th the website got updated that the order is being delivered. I tried place a return request but the website is not accepting the return request. I the mean while i have called the customer support and talked with one of the supervisor who told me that the mobile will be taken back as it is not yet opened and the he is forwarding the issue to concerned department. I have done a mail to team to which they have replied that currently they are facing a issue with the mobile returns they will get back to me as soon as possible. But after one month also i haven't received any response when they are going to pick the mobile. So, i have called the customer support again for which they have replied that there is a 10 day return policy and they can't accept the mobile return

                                    Purchased lemax2 mobile from lemall website on 28.06.16. The delivery was done on 05.07.16. Though freebies like headfone, one year subscription of movies, one year subscription of saavn website was promised before sale, nothing was given till date.
                                    As the product was not satisfactory and got fed-up with their service response, i have raised return request on11.07.16 as per lemall return policy. The return request was approved on 13.07.16.
                                    I have send many emails to compant customer support i. E [protected]@le.com and called many times to company customer service no.[protected]. They are always giving falls assurances and denying the return of money. Even asking order details etc which is available in the company database.
                                    They have neither delivered the freebies.
                                    The company approach is unethical and trying to cheat customers.
                                    Request you to take up with lemall/leeco company and help me getting my money back.
                                    At least you have phone but for me they took the phone and now no refund

                                      I purchased my phone one month back from flipkart and after 1 month, i observed it gets heats up very soon. One fine day, i found the display is not working and sc took rs. 4000 to repair the phone.

                                      Never buy this phone, it is just a crap they are selling it. I guess they are repairing old phone and selling it to customer. '

                                        I am yagnesh panchal, from mumbai.

                                        I have bought your letv 1s mobile of which imei number is below
                                        [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected] ]
                                        And invoice no : # chn_puzhal_[protected]

                                        I had a problem with your device, that your back button was not working.
                                        I tried to find your service centers in mumbai. But found that all the service centers not working or closed down. At last i found a service center in mumbai.

                                        I have given that mobile to your santacruz, mumbai service center with jobsheet #js[protected] on 7th july.
                                        When the mobile was received by them, it was promised that the repaired mobile will be repaired and delivered back within 10 days. But till date no updates yet and mobile is still with your service center.

                                        For this same issue, i contacted 5 to 10 times your customer care number, they are also of no use. I did get the most useless reply i would have ever expected i. E., "i don't know."

                                        It is already one month now and i haven't still received the mobile.

                                        I request you to either
                                        Give my repaired mobile back or
                                        Give me a new handset or
                                        Refund my money on asap basis.
                                        Because i am fed up and disappointed with product and services.

                                        This is the mail i have forwarded to them on 3rd aug and i am still waiting for reply.
