Dear sir/madam,

I had applied for tata steel right issue through plain paper application for fully paid and partial paid for my folio / dp id: in[protected].
I have received the partial paid shares in my demat account but fully paid shares not received. As fully paid shares is the most interest for investors, can you check your side for my application status? And do needful to deposit fully paid shares as applied. I sent mail many times to tatasteel. [protected]@linkintime.co.in mail id and not receiving any response to my application status and chaque attached with application. I want eligible shares to my account. If not received i can go any extent to get my right.

I have submitted my application with demand draft for tata steel right issue at icici bank in mumbai. I have all documents but link intime online system stated that they did not received my application. I called them few times and asked me to wait and today when allotment is over, their system is showing no record of my application. It means i lost my right of almost 320 shares as well as 180 partially paid shares. Unbelievable that company like tata steel will assign such job to link intime company with no customer care or support available to response.

Now i don’t know how to recover my money as dd was cash in by the bank. This is completely ridiculous and putting responsibility back on a poor shareholders. I did not expect such treatment from tata steel. Please wake up.

I had applied for "Tata steel" right issue.Now I am checking my application status on http://linkintime.co.in/, then It shows my application not received for right issue even after the application received date and allotment date is over .But my amount deducted from my account even if my application not received.

"Tata steel" right issue allotment date (13-Mar-2018) also over now but still their representative told me that please don't send an email.After 2-3 days send email.Now if shares allotted to me its their choice but should be return my deducted amount.

No process.No customer service and no commitment.How company like "Tata steel" consulting linkintime company for right issue related process?

I had 2000 nova petrochemical shares in my demat account number in[protected] and i have received a letter from cil nova petrochemicals ltd dated dec 12, 2013 saying instead of these shares, i was to receive 1000 shares of cil nova which were to be directly credited to my demat account. The same were never credited. I tried calling and even sent emails on the id mentioned in the letter. Your addresses keep changing but noone has replied to me. Please credit these shares to my account now as i am fed up of following up.

With due regret i wish to inform you that i am not satisfied by your replies. They are based on wrong information.in my latest email dated:22/01/2018, i have attached copy of one of your letter dt 06/07/2011. Letter is self - explanatory. My emails also tell all the story. Shares of blue star infotech ltd are still with me in physical form. They have not been credited in my regd folio number of blue star ltd. The fact remains that shares of blue star infotech ltd (In physical form) were misplaced at the office of the eureka stk &sh bkg ser, kolkata. Only on 19/01/2018, they could find the original share certificates (In physical form) & dispatched to me. Is it not strange that i hold share (In physical form) and shares are not credited to my regd folio of blue star ltd and still your email inform me that shares are nil in my a/c, got dematted on 28/09/2010?? Further, for the last several days days i am trying to contact you on your phones & toll free numbers from morning - evening to get the same reply that tel exec are busy, pl call later. A good voice recorded msg - an inhuman treatment to a valued but worried customer. You have not put anybody to reply (No name to contact) problem could have been solved after a discussion with a right person. Please solve it now. My emails are with you =my email address: anwrais @yahoo.co.in. An early reply shall greatly help in solving the problem.

I filled the form in your site about washing machine repair, service engineer c. Nagaraj[protected] sent by your's. And he repaired my machine (He replaced my machine board and replaced the motor) but still we faced the same issue,, i paid the full payment of service charges and replacement things. I called to him (Service man nagaraj. C) he didnot pickup the call,.

So what will do?
You will solve my problem immediately otherwise

My husband, mr. S pradeekumar, holding 2400 shares with j & f industries, folio no.5006448/7267 had sent request thru courier about 25 days back requesting for duplicate issuance of shares as the same was misplaced by him. Till today we have not got any details of the same.

Kindly assist in getting the same at the earliest.

Once that is done, please advice how to change the shares in my name as i am doing on line trading and documents required from my husband to transfer the same

I had jaypee infratech fd no 78824 for which i received the principal, as i was out of station, the interest amount of rs 12924/-cheque was delivered to my society post box and date was expired on receipt. I sent back the cheque to mumbai office along with request for reissuing a new cheque to my new address (Address proof attached) but again a cheque was sent to the old address which i never received. I contacted several times to mumbai office to stop cheque and send new cheque to given address but last 20 days prolong assurance was given with no result. I expect a proper action at the earliest.

Are holding 200 physical share of different companies and had approached your bhandup n vikhroli offices. Having explained our whole scenario and updating one person at your office we got no response after 20 days and then we had to update the second person and a third person after that so there was no connectivity also the telephone goes largely unanswered. Someone picks up once in five days and we have to explain our issues once again to a new person. Now are days whenever some company tells us that their r n t is link-in - time we get scared that this would again mean hitting our head against a brick wall. We want to speak to a senior person in managerial position someone who will not be transferred the second day n someone who has one telephone number that we need to be picked up for sure.
