Linkintime is holding back the L&T infra bond maturity amount and been 4 months they are not showing signs of crediting the amount. Even after multiple followup only response they provide is wait for 1 week the amount will be credited

    DON’T EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. My father’s dividend is pending since PAST 2 years... !!! YES HIS OWN DEVIDENT !! After calling and emailing them at DELHI branch so many times they told to send some original documents. My dad send all original documents through courier company and again waited and no response from them !! Again he called and they said they need original documents?? My dad gave courier company name and even courier no.!! My dad then send soft copies of same documents.. There is absolutely no customer service from their side and even now they’re asking to post original documents??!!! Also, the person dealing with is the same.. HOW THE HELL ON EARTH YOU CAN SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TWO TIMES ?!! HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS FOR A RETIRED OLDAGE PERSON TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET YOUR OWN DEVIDENT back? So my advice is never to go with them if you’re thinking.!!!

      People behind these mail ID have given me 5th ref no and they close all previous ref nos without doing anything. Response is very very very slow and i am still waiting for my payment in bank.

        Hi..my self Nilesh Kabra..I have a complaint for link intime Pune for there poor service
        My grandfather Late Shri Kashinath Gopaldas Kabra have shares of Kirloskar Brothers Ltd, Kirloskar pnumatic Ltd, and Kirloskar oil engine Ltd..
        In absence of there will ..we have executed succession certificate from court..also provide the essential documents fadbt..bonds..as per communication from link intime Pune..we have send all the required documents as per instructions from link intime Pune..
        We have done the postal communication up to 4 times but the link intime Pune found new queries .., errors..and objections
        We have resolved the objections for 4 times still we have get new objections..again and again...
        We are irritate and tired to resolve the objections raised by link intime Pune..

        So please help us .to get transmission of shares on our own name as per succession order

          I had applied for nazara tech ltd. IPO on 19th march 2021 through my broker groww, application number[protected], name - Umang Maheshwari, Pan no. DCHPM2190B and registrar for the IPO was link intime.

          An amount of Rs.14313 was blocked from my account, i had applied through BHIM UPI, my UPI ID - [protected]@upi, through my state bank of india account no. [protected].

          I was not alloted any shares in IPO, so my blocked amount of 14313 should have been un-blocked by 25/30/2021 but it has not been un-blocked untill 30/03/2021.

          Recently SEBI had made a rule that delay in un-blocking the amount should be compensated with a fine.

              From February 23rd, 2021 I am sending emails to update my Bank account details for the L&T Infrastructure Bonds which was set to mature on 23rd March.

              Till now I have not received the maturity amount and when last checked, the reply was that the bank account details in their records is still the old one..

              I tried calling following numbers listed in their website and none of them works :

              Please help to resolve the issue.

              The purpose of my request to change the bank account was to change it as I did not hold the old bank account any more..
              You did not update the same in your records after multiple request emails from my side. And now you are mentioning that you have remitted the maturity amount to the old bank account and asking me to provide bank statement.. How can I provide you a bank statement, when I do not hold the bank account any more and the bank account was close some 5 years back!!

              I am sure you will be getting Transaction failure message, please diligently check the same and help to provide the maturity amount to my current active bank account:

              I requested to update my bank details in link intime record for my L&T infra bond and provided all the required document but they did not do so. I sent mail with all scanned documents.
              I tried contacting Link intime customer care with below numbers and none of them works. Also, I sent mails but there is no acknowledgement mail received.

              Later I got an account pay check which had old account details. Now, that account does not exist. Now, they are not responding to new mails and customer care number is always busy. Please help.

                  I was joint holder with my parent of a few Wockhardt shares in paper format; I have sent several tranches of document for effecting this transfer to my name, and demat of those shares; unfortunately every time the registrar has been looping back repeatedly without acknowledging my specific situation and details; this is most frustrating as the process is just not moving forward!
                  Recently Link sent me a registered post requiring ALL the documents all over again, with so many supporting details and photographs and verifications- it just stuns me that after months of followup, this is what has it finally come to.

                    I have mentioned in my email that i hold Infrastructure bonds issued by L& T Finance ISIN no-INE691I07273 in physical form and the certificate has a spelling error in my name i.e. the last 3 alphabets in my last name are mentioned as NIM instead of NIAN.

                    in my email i have shared the copy of the bond certificate, ack of the application form and the PAN copy.

                    the SR reference numbers are RE364995 & Ref No : RE370549 & Ref No : RE372030. I have sent initial mail with all documents on 23 Feb 2021, reminders on 1 Mar and 8 March. thereafter the full set of documents again on 10 March. today (22 March) i got an email requesting PAN copy again.

                    can someone pls lookinto this and help.

                    however, the only response i get is " pls share a copy of the PAN and application". No one answers the phone and no logical response.

                      I am holding 20 L & T Infrastructure Bonds 2011 A Series due for redemption on 23.03.2021 _ Ref No : RE373261.
                      You was contacted at bonds.[protected]@linkintime.co.in for guidance & formats to forward PHYSICAL BOND to you.
                      Since Jan, 2021, I am following up with you but of no avail. Your reply is vague & as follows:

                      I have submitted my original Bond duly surrendered for redemption vide speed post number EU[protected]IN and EU[protected]IN in two envelopes one containing originals and another containg duplicate copy thereof both were delivered by India Post on 23rd March 2021 to you As such the grievance Relating to BONDS is still pending My request was to guide me to submit necessary papers which was not provided by you Ultimately it was enquired from STOCK HOLDING CORPORATION so it is a complaint against SHORTFALL IN SERVICES it will be treated as resolved when the payment is remitted in time DEEPAK DANG

                      No reply to my email dated 25th March 2021 is received The Customer Service Support Team has not informed the action taken by them the action taken by them to resolve the delay caused to me and upgrading their working environment to avoid future complaints about DELAY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

                      Today I received a cheuqe with two gross errors THESE are negligence on the part of LINKIN TEAM It will further delay my payment for few months ERRORS ARE AS FOLLOWS
                      1 Name of payee in cheque is Deepak Kumar Dang instead of Deepak Dang for which a request was submitted and received by them on 23rd March 2021 ALL FORMALITIES WERE COMPLETED AS REFERRED EARLIER
                      2 MY ACCOUNT NO mentioned [protected] while payment was requested in account no [protected]
                      ALL DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED TO THEM BESIDES NUMBER OF EMAILS SINCE JANUARY 2021

                        Against 40 Shreno India shares, I have received only 30 Nirayu (7% NCRPS) shares in my demat account while converting physical shares into demat. Since 2019 I have been writting email to Mr. Ajay Prajapati (Executive of Vadodara Link InTime branch) but he is not giving proper solution nor replying now. While converting Shreno India Shares I have submitted all original required documents needed to convert physical shares to demat form, now again he is asking me to send documents for balance 10 shares.
                        Can't they team convert my balance 10 Nirayu (7% NCRPS) shares on the basis of original documents already submitted.
                        Link intime have one of the worst cutomer service, they always disconnect my call when I ask them to transfer to Mr. Ajay Prajapati. Request you to kinldy look into the same as we are nearly loosing more than Rs.35000 because of this.

                        We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company had at its meeting held on 3rd February, 2021 decided to an early redemption of the 7% Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (“7% NCRPS”) held by such Preference Shareholders whose redemption value is aggregating to less than Rs. 2 lakh worth of 7% NCRPS (“Small Shareholders”).

                        The Board of Directors of the Company had fixed 5th March, 2021 as the date (“Record Date”) for identifying and ascertaining the Small Shareholders who shall be eligible to receive the redemption value amounting to Rs. 3, 150/- (Rupees Three Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Only) including premium amounting to Rs. 3, 050/- (Rupees Three Thousand and Fifty Only) for each 7% NCRPS held by such Small Shareholders.

                        As per your mandate / details registered either Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company ("RTA") or your Depository Participant, the Company has released the redemption proceeds in respect of the 7% NCRPS in your favour for dematted shares.

                        In case you were holding shares of Shreno Ltd in physical mode on Record date of allotment of preference shares, the payment for above redemption is under process and will be made shortly by way of dispatching Banker’s Cheque at your registered address.

                          Hi,
                          I am trying to get Shares transferred from my deceased Father's name to my name against original physical Share Certificates held by me.
                          I have submitted the application with all documents and affidavits almost 10 times and this company keeps returning the documents with no action and asking for one additional document every time.
                          I have lost all patience with this transaction with them and this is a Very Poor way of working by any such Private company.

                          Hello Sir,

                          Since I am getting similar statements from you again and again, just wish to make it clear again that these documents were already sent by me multiple times, but they were not processed.
                          Please advise if there is a change in process now, which will make sure that the process gets completed just with the Application from Legal Heir, Death Certificate and Original Share Certificates.
                          I do not end up sending the documents again and receive them back with another requirement and hence wish to be completely sure of this.

                          Please feel free to call me as that will help in giving me the confidence or share your direct number to understand this better.
