Hi, it is same with me (Dr Lal Path Labs). I applied for 18 lots under Retail category and at cut-off price. However, i haven't been allotted any share with no reason cited in the intimation email.

As far as i know the Sebi rules and also the Dr Lal Red Herring Prospectus. On the contrary, few people in my professional circuit have got shares despite lower bids.

Would appreciate if you can take this matter up for me. Please let me know if more details are needed to pull up my application information.

for the link intime's employee Mr.chetan, Mr.pravin, Miss.sushma but till today they are not repply e-mail.

For any stock market complaint regarding shares etc etc go to the Securities Exchange Board of India www.sebi.gov.in and lodge your complaint online, you
will get a faster response from the company.
I gave so many complaints for getting back the debenture redemption amount from Essar Oil, to the company, registrars and also this complaint board but got my money back only after registering the complaint with SEBI.

Link Intime India Private Limited — Non receipt of IPO refund

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had applied for 50 shares of Coal India through the IPO vide Cheque No. 480462 drawn on Vijaya Bank, I was allotted 25 Shares which were credited to my demat account with Stock holding corporation. Till date I have not received the refund of the balance amount of Rs.6,431.25. I understand from my friends and colleagues that the refund has been made on 02/11/2010 to there respective bank accounts. I did check my bank statement until 12/19/2010 and found that the refund has not been credited. Application No. 5 3762555

Kindly advice as to when would the refund be made to my bank account.

I am also attaching a scanned copy of the application acknowledgement.
