[Resolved] L&t Finance — two wheeler loan | |||
I got debited for bounce charges thrice where i received sms from ltfs that due to bounce of emi next emi will rs. 6680/- I. E. This emi + next emi + bounce charges = 6680/- due on 3 may 2019. But when i checked my statement you have put thtee request of emi (Without any notification), and due to that bank charged my three timefor bounce charges. (590*3=1770/-) Is it right way to treat your customer...?? After that your collection agent called me and ask for due amount recovery... When i got sms from you that you are going to charge me with full amount on next emi date then why should i pay to your recovery agent?? Kindly check the issue and get back to me with resolution...
