i bought a saree worth rupees 1399. but i got a very cheap quality product.
now i want to return it so i apply for return it through their website. but they did not respond. so i tried to call them but they did not receive my call then i whatsapp them about my problem but they did not reply.

I have ordered 4 sarees from them. The images what they show compltely differs with the material what they send. I have returned the product with my own courier charges which costed up to 650rs using dtdc. Up on calling them multiple times they promised me to return my money to my bank account and later they blocked my number. Later i tried from another number they said they will transfer my money and blocked the other number also, same way they have blocked all my three numbers.
They returned my money to my ltfab account but not to my bank account.
Its a completely fraud company. Please try to close such a company and save others from falling in their trap.

I ordered a product (Saree worth 1600) in ltfab which had promising fake reviews and fake website and claim to have 1million followers in facebook twitter, instagram and whatsapp and has a fake customer support. I received the product a very fake product that cannot be used at any means. I contacted the customer care and they are not refunding the amount back. The support person said it was against the company rules. But the website promises for a 100 % return and refund cancellation policy. They are fooling people i am just a victim there are many 1000s who have been affected and they are not ready to replace the product or refund for the product. The following are claims are flase 1. Selling of false fake items in web 2. Fake websites and fake cusomter care 3. Claims of 100% satisfaction and refund 4. Fake/spurious company and advertisement in all media

I have ordered silk lehenga of worth rs. 1475+taxes+delivery charges.It is total 1699/-. My order number is[protected]. Today afternoon (on 9th Oct 2018) at around 4.30pm, I have received the delivery COD. After opening the parcel, I have checked and found the quality of lehenga is very bad and I have found cut in the piece of lehenga. I have call customer care number at around 7pm. But could not get any answer. I want to return the product and want to get return back of paid amount.

I ordered a lehnga from ltfab. I received a different product and that too of very poor quality. I am trying to contact them on their given customer care no. ±[protected] but calls do not connect on this no.
In their return policy they have given an alternative fast method by registering with them but when the necessary details are filled and submitted, the same page appears again without registering the details.
Since neither the phone nor the online contact is working, i have a feeling that this company is a fraud and i am duped of rs. 1699/-

I have purchased a saree in ltfab online shopping site. They have shown a fabulous saree as the name suggests. But when i ordered they delivered a cheap material which worse even than a paper. I cant even wear that saree. I cant call that a saree. They charged me 1500 but doesn't even cost 100rs. I cant even return back because i wont get money back but instead they are giving a store credit with which i can buy one more # from that site which is not suggested. So i got cheated from this online shopping site.

Lt fab is big cheater, they don't give right product, i saw tapeta silk lehnga and it sent me third class georget with third class raw silk blouse and third class net dupatta, when i returned it didn't reply and it has been avoiding me since a week, i don't recommend to anyone this is not genuine company to by your dress, u wouldn't be able to wear on your day, u will lose your money and time with this company

I have ordered 2 saree worth 2800 but they sent the cheap product.what they shown on the picture is entirely different from they sent.They are cheating the customers very badly .They are the biggest fraudsters.I have resent the product but they are not refunding my money I have called no of times they r declining the call . Ban this company for cheating customers and take legal action for not refunding the money.

I had ordered 4 saree worth 1399rs each. I got it a very cheap material saree which can nobody wears. Im trying to contact them but they are not picking my call. They had refunded me the amount of 5700 to lt fab account which i cannot transfer to my bank account and i'm scared to buy anything from them. They are frauds.

I bought a saree from ltfab online that said yellow poly silk. Order number #[protected]. When the saree came to my house, it was orange in colour. So i wanted to return it. To return it, i have to take a return slip print from the site, and then courier it myself. And the return amount will be credited to my store account so i have to use that money to buy another of ltfab saree only. The irritating part is, i paid 150 for delivery charge, now i have to pay another 100 for courier... And then again when i use my store credit, i have to pay another 150 for delivery. This is so frustrating. Without even getting a saree i had to spend 400 rupees. Amazon and myntra are much much better than ltfab interms of customer experience. Just having good sarees is not enough for an online site. You need to seriously revise your return policies and make it more customer friendly. Have you ever seen a women purchase a saree? She is never satisfied with just one choice. So you need to cater to that need of having a more easier and user friendly return policy.

Worst fabric quality, big fraud, when i bought tapeta silk product which is described in product detail, i reicived i worst quality georget, net dupatta like i bought it from road side hawkers and blouse is third class raw silk which u can't wear it after one time wash, i don't suggest this side to anyone, and it's not worth to give single star, i'm very disappointed from seller, 👎👎👎👎👎

Got a saree. Poorest quality for the amount paid but looks gorgeous when i ordered. Much disappointed. I was shocked to see the quality. Hope this is one of online cheating buissess. Attracting people with good quality photos of the product. And sending a duplicate poor quality products. Forgetting the true secret of success. Also upon complaint not picking up the product... Not at all fair please set it right refund my money back to my bank account...

I had a ordered silk saree of worth rs. 1332/-+taxes. Totally 1549/-. My order number is[protected]. I received cheap quality saree which is not even 500/-. This is very bad service, i am calling their customer care numbers. No one are responding. I want them to return my cash.
What kind of a online service this??? Cheating innocent people who trust on the image of the product.
I immediately need a call back and cash back.
If i don't get any response from now.
I will go to any extent to take legal action so that this company will be seized.

I ordered through ltfab and material what i received not good quality and returned.
I confirmed from my post offfice that item is returned back ltfab.

Even after multiple whatsapp msg and callls, they are not confirming by return.
Ltfab is real cheater and they are claiming it is not received.

Please do not purchase any items from ltfab. Fraud company..

Hi, I bought a saree worth 1500 rs(including shipping charges) by seeing an excellent image of a saree on their website. The product they sent is not even worth 300 rs. No refund policy only exchange policy. Total waste of my hard earned money.Kindly spread this message. I will be happy if we can save few people atleast. I have added both pics for comparison.

Hi, i ordered a silk saree worth rs. 1499/-. The saree which i received was of a poor quality and looked different than what was advertised.
When i placed a return order, they didn't pick it and i had to courier it back and spent my money on that, and now post receiving the order they have not refunded the money in my account and are forcing me to take another product.
I have lost trust and need my money back but they are not refunding. I am pursuing since 31st may 2018 but no help...
Pls help on getting refund.

I purchased a saree worth 1500 and upon arrival today find the quality of the product extremely bad and substandard. They are cheats. I decided not to return as i have to spend another 150 rs for courier and they don’t even offer a refund. So i decided to save atleast 150. How do we ensure that these people are blacklisted and their website stalled from transaction. I am worried about people like me who will get duped by them. Please help.

I have ordered 2 sarees (Lt818. Jpg, lt1021. Jpg) on aug 27th for a price of rs 1400 each with total of rs 2800/- and today i have received them. But the one that i have received are entirely different from the pictures on the site and as per the description on the site they were supposed to be silk sarees and the ones i have received are not silk and worn with some cheap materials which are not even worth rs.300 each. Now when i go through the return policy on the site it says they do only store credit. After this experience now i cannot rely on this store anymore. I wanted my total amount (Rs.2800) to be credited back to the bank account.

Today 30/082018 i called in customer care no [protected] and they say that they would do only store credit if i return the sarees and they provided me another contact no [protected] for any further queries. No one responds on this new number.

I kindly request to help me in getting my money back from this fraudulent site and take some stringent action on such frausters.

I have ordered two sarees for rs.2800 from ltfab.com and i received totally different sarees of worse quality and colour. The product i received was totally different from what i ordered. I am trying to reach them through what's app and phone calls but they are not responding. They have blocked my number so my call is getting disconnected. I lost all my money as the product are very cheap and bad quality. Even if i sent it back i am not sure whether i will get my money back as i noticed lot of similar complaints are posted here about that company.

They are misguided customer... And doing fraud..On there site they shown some good quality stuff but they always delivered very cheap type different items.. That too they are refused to give the money back.but this is not at all clearly mentioned in there site.
Along with that we have to pay the courier charges also.
I already spent three times courrier charges on my one purchase. I can challenged that the are misguiding customer.
As there are not ready to refund my money I am bound to order again. That was also different item.
Now I checked I am not only one who faced this problem.
There are so many complaints against there fraud business.
I am requesting to your team to take some serious steps against them. Otherwise thay are doing this continuously.
I agreed that the amount of my purchase is not so much to take action against them.
But that are doing fraud and cheat people and this is definitely illegal offence.
