I had ordered a saree worth 1399rs. I got it a very cheap material saree which can nobody wears. Im trying to contact them but they are not picking my call. They had refunded me the amount of 1399 to lt fab account which i cannot transfer to my bank account and i'm scared to buy anything from them. They are frauds.

Ordered saree with order no. #[protected] for rs.1549/- on 13/07/2018, which displayed (Silk with good quality) in the site. After receiving the order, surprised to see cheap quality worth of rs200/- worth saree which looked odd on 20/07/2018. When asked to refund, they told after returning the product they will refund to store credits for which, we need to buy again and returned only 1399 only deducting tax and courier charges and denied to credit in bank inspite of many mails.

When i reviewed the product to let others know about it, the site is not showing the genuien reviews at all, only fake reviews are been posted there.

They never refund money to bank and tell to order another inspite of consumer forum compalint no. 831005. They all are of cheap quality. Show something and deliver very waste quality of less amount and charge more. I wasted rs.500 on courier charges.

Need to bear couriour changes from both sides if refunded. Request to ban this site and please help me in getting back my money in bank account

As others even i have faced the similar issue ltfab is a cheater company it has delivered wrong product with wrong color and doesn't refund the money i spent more then 700/- just for courier charges and that also went waste. They won't send right product and neither refund money big cheaters. They don't respond for calls and messages also. Twice i have requested for refund and reordered similar way they did without refunding the money

I Anusha.. I ordered two saree on ltfab on 21/june18.. I received one order on 24/June/18 and paid Rs.2948 amount for two saree.. which is not worth of money... Immediately contact the LTFab agent... They asked me to return the order what I received I had received only one saree.. I returned through courier back.. after I sent my courier I didn't get any call or message from LTFab service agent.. I tried calling many times sent messages and mail.. I didn't get any response.. I inform they about complaining in consumer court regarding the issue.. they contact me and refund the money of only one saree but I had paid money for two saree.. I got refund of RS 1399 on 3rd July 18. I requesting them and asking them to refund my full amount what I paid . There is no response.. and I have not received my money yet... They told will refund in two days after I complained in consumer court on LTFab.. it's been 15 days no response and I have not received any mail message nor call.. very cheap worst useless LTfab company.. I have purchased many items in online but never got cheat like LTFab.. don't buy any products in LTFab..

I ordered two sarees from LTfab...when I received the package, one of the saree I got is not even I ordered.. the quality of the sarees are really sooo horrible n worst...when I'm trying to return the product the app, the app is getting hanged automatically n i'm not even able to place my return request...when am trying contact them, even they blocked my number...when I tried to contact them on other number they said to place return request on their wtsapp number along with order I'd...they are not even responding on wts app even they are in Online...after that even they are responding on second number also.. .such a fraud app ...the two sarees combinely don't even worth 500 n they charged around 1500 for each saree I.e 2950 for both ...

I'm order one lehanha its 1700 amount... Its cloth and color totally different so... I'm in return policy sent the message and call but not responding... Fraudu web site... So kindly requested immediate action of this site and company... I'm order date 14th june... Delivery date 19 just one week process customer care worst service

Product was utter waste. It is not exactly what you see in the image. To some extent can be compromised. But this one was totally waste. Checked with them and returned. They confirmed that they got the product and refund will also be given shortly. But it's been 3 weeks i have not yet got my refund. Including delivery charges and courier charge around 1700 is gone. Necessary action should be taken to avoid such frauds.

We ordered saree is in image-1 on 10th of June for 1500/-. But we received very low cost saree which is in image-2 and 3.
Now we asked for replacement or return, they are saying you first send it by courier and then we will give you store credit.
After store credit you can order saree but their no guarantee that they will send original shown in photo.
So our expectation is either to replace with quality shown in photo or refund.

I have ordered order no[protected] one saree but they provided me completely different saree.
I am completely unsatisfied with the ltfab.
I am trying to contact them every possible way but they are not replying anywhere.
I called them, whatsapp them also sent text message to them but no resp...
Ltfab is running by a person having mobile no. You have to whatsapp your query but he respond by his wish or he may not respond.

Sir, i ordered poly silk pink saree-lt1069 (Product no) of rs 1399 and i got the different colour and pattern saree. So i request you to send the saree that i orderd as earlier. I got the poly silk beige saree lt 1069 of rs 1332.38 and this is not orderd by me. I may attach the photo of the saree that i got. This matter should be taken seriously. I had ordered a maroon saree from the website on may 2 which was delivered to me on may 5. When i opened the packet, there was a different saree in the packet. I tried contacting their number, made calls, whatsapped, mailed but got no response. They sent me the wrong saree but they have no intention of refunding my money or sending the saree i ordered to me!

I ordered one saree, the quality of the saree was not good.
I returned it through courier 1 month back(500 courier charges), My money was not Refunded till now and i have wasted 500 in sending that worst quality saree back to them.
I called them so many times, they keep saying Money will be transferred in two days, and its been more then 50 times they said this two days story

L returned the product which i have received long back, but l didn't get the refund money for returned product. L have sent them my bank details also but they have transferred to some others account. Now they are not responding to any of the messages also. Irresponsible people, worst app. Please make sure that you send to correct account. Dont order in this app as the products in it are very poor& cheap quality

I ordered 2 sarees from lt fab once i received only i came to know d quality it was not at all good
Then i returned product using my money through dtdc
Later they are telling we didn't received but i checked with dtdc it's received by ltfab simply they r cheating with out giving money back
I provided the details of courrier delivered details
They won't pick calls
Only wats app conservation that too not properly

Such a third class service... Such a third class product quality... Third class customer service... Not full payment refund for defective products even though they have promised on site itself. They will only refund only product values. Plus we need to return the parcel by paying our money for couriering it back. I hv never seen such a $%#^&#^$% site for online shopping. Close this # off... I ordered a saree online from lt fab worth rs 1350 for which i also paid additional shippung charges also. Material of saree was very cheap so i returned it sending via courier at my expenses. I posted a message on their wattsapp number about the return and also send the picture of vourier receipt. For which they replied that i should send them my bank details and they will generate the refund. I did the same but hey didnot generate the refund for the same.

I had purchased sarees in lt fab through online shopping. I was shocked when i saw the saree quality and immediately called them for returning it back. I send it back and started calling them for refund but every time i call them they ask me to send the account details to their whats up number. I have sent the details so many times but till now my refund has not come. The parcel was returned back on july 31, 2017 and i am following up for the refund but nothing has happened.
They are cheating the customers by sending a bad quality products and not responding and returning the refunds.
Please help in getting back my refund amount..

I ordered a saree from ltfab and received the item in 2 days. But the material/quality/design was not at all like what is shown or mentioned in their site. I wanted to return the item and get back my money. I tried calling many times to the number they mentioned [protected] and also messaged. They are not responding. Its a fraud/cheating company. Simply lost money.

For my first wedding anniversary, i have ordered a saree from this website for my wife. For quick delivery i did my online payment too. I got my order id but not the tracking link. I asked them to send the link. They didn't send that.

I ordered on march 7th.in website they mentioned like i will be get that on 11th march. Days gone, i am keep an asking my order. After 10 days they agree to refund my amount and they asked my bank details too transfer the amount.

Whenever i am asking my money they said that they will transfer it on 2-3 days. Finally they stopped replying my whatsapp messages and facebook messenger.

It is my money they illegally robbed our money. They can beg instead of this. Fraud people.

I have posted about their fraud in their facebook page, they blocked me for telling truth.

Someone take some necessary action against them.
