    Before placing the order ltfab told me that if i do not like the product then i can return easily but when i received the product i didn't like its stuff wrong colour totaly worong order. When i proceeded to return it then there is only option that i money is not refundable. Even they are not receiving my calls even i have called them more than 100 times. I want my money back. Quality of the product is worst. Cheater ltfab...

      We have ordered the saree and after receiving we were shocked on seeing the color - fb3451 - z of amount 1549 all inclusive. Which we receive last day[protected] order - #[protected]
      Which we definitely like to return back for refund. Why can't they show the actual view of the product and sell the same. Its so pathetic to have it and wear for special occasion.
      With hopeful and heavy gratitude raising this complaint.

          Order no [protected] placed. It was cash on delivery. Rs 1499. Consignment rec'd. The saree colour showed as violet in photo was navy blue when received. Hence returned it by speed post at my own cost as per seller instructions. I got credit of 1499 under my wallet when they received the saree back. I ordered another saree for same amount. Order no.[protected] using the wallet credit. I got order confirmation sms. After half an hour of order confirmation another sms that my order is put on hold without any reason. Today order got cancelled. Tge credit also in my wallet is zero. What happened to my amount. When i raised ticket explaining above it was closed without attending or talking to me. I want the credit back. None of the officias there are recheable. Only what's app chat.

            I ordered a saree worth 1449 rupees and i received some different products and not shown in display so i give it back through courier and ltfab has received same they store credited my money but not giving back as i don’t trust ltfab and can’t make new purchase i found myself a victim of wrong trades i lost my money and courier money please do some needful.             I have seen it as soft silk saree when I was selected the item, but the cloth is very much worst after received, which I haven't seen this type of poor cloth saree in my life

              Hello i just ordered a lehnga from your site and the lehnga which was shown in display was different from what i received today
              Please i want to return the lenhga and refund my money in cash instead of bank and i don't want any exchange this is the worst product i have ever received the picture you have uploaded on the site is totally different from the product i have received and i don't trust your site anymore so i don't any exchange i want my money back otherwise i have to take strict action against your site so it's all up to you now

              Cheap products and cheap site . No return pick ups . Have to send by self . No cash back only credit store after sending the product on given address . Very bad experience.

                Dear friends don't buy cloth from them i have lossed already 6000 they are fraud people they don't have refund option nor they will respond to our calls they are cheaters kindly if possible punish them the image quality and the saree they are sending worth rs. 100 of road side sarees the reviews are generated by them i think when we want to update it is not at all taking fraud cheater definitely you people willdie by cancer you will suffer and suffer and die it's my curse our hard earn money you people are cheaters god will not leave you peoplr

                  I have purchased lehenga from this. It showed very good quality images of the product but actual received worst product. Cloth quality was worst. No one can wear it as nightdress. Their customer care asked me to courier the product in order to get a refund. But these people are a cheater. They are not refunding my money. I lost my lehenga and courier money both. Never ever buy from this site. Waste of money. Kindly take strict action against this people.

                      The product got ordered automatically. Its ok i took it but the quality is worst than worst. 1600 i paid and its not worth for 500 also. They should refund me . How s it possible. Plz help me out. And plz ltfab plz dont cheat . Even i tried to add pics . But not responding

                        I have ordered a lehenga from ltfab and the product they shown in image is not at all similar then the actual product received. The lehenga i received is so cheap in quality and not the same as displayed. Also no customer service they are providing for help. One number on watsapp i got and trying to connect they are disconnecting the call or sometimes on normal calls its coming busy all the time. And later on i received one revert and that was send the product to us back on your expenses and then we will initiate the refund but i have a serious doubt on that as well they they will refund it or not. Because they are not at all trustworthy.

                          I order a saree. They haven’t given any updates nor given the saree, no return money. They have only one number on there website which they don’t pick up the call..                               In this company the girl who receives the call is the main fraud person. They send the wrong tracking number of bluedart courier service.
                              She don't cancel the product. They just missguide the customers. Never ever go for purchase through this site. I made the online payment on 14th jan'19. As on date i didn't get the refund nor the product. They send me the courier number on 18th of jan and that is non trackable. My order number is[protected].

                                I have been receiving continuous messages from your site to buy the product. I just dont want to buy the product. I have read all negative reviews about you guys and product quality. Now i understand why. Even at midnight, night, and early morning i have received messages when my number is registered with do no disturb list. I have even complained on the site. But no action taken. Please suggest what action can be taken against this fraud website

                                I have lost 2000 rs. They have promised me of exchange product but till now I have not received any product or any Refund they are not attending any calls. They are big fraud who fool people. Don't buy from this site... This company is by name of Laxmi Traders.

                                  I ordered 2 lehengas from this site.. First of all i was very excited to receive the lehengas but when i received it i was completely disappointed by the quality and color of the product. The product is really disgusting and not at all wearable.. I ordered it for my brother's marriage... Now i am left with no option... What will i wear now? Pleaseee refund the money in my bank account and focuss on customer satisfaction. Your company will soon rest in peace if you don't drive your focus on consumer satisfaction instead of only and only making money.

                                      This company is totally fraud the dresses is shown in website is totally different in my parcel cloth quality is very poor and cheap. Please return my money back or another option original dress give me lt fab website. I had requested for a refund of my amount in my account and not in the store credit because after such a bad experience nobody will make a mistake to do a second purchase from such fraud company. I returned the product and they have refunded the amount to my store credit. Which i do not want. I demand my money back. Please ask the company to pay my money back. Horrible...

                                        Seeing the beautiful collection from the site, ordered a saree worth 1399 and got a cheap road side product worth 100 and i couriered the product with my amount around 150 rs, they gave store credits, i thought second time i would get a good quality product and ordered a lehenga again i got a cheap product, when i call them they want take the call only whatsapp again i have to courier it with my expenses. This time i posted a review but this cheaters they didn't post it on the app, willingly they r doing this fraud people
