Maine 14th december ko ek lehnga order kiya tha kisi friend ke liye but uska stuff bahut bekar tha is liye maine use return kar diya. Uske bad maine unse kaha ki aap real product do jo post kiya hai aapne to unhone bola ki hamare pas yahi product hai. Tab maine bola ki aap paise refund kar do to pehle to unhone mana kiya fir bar bar request karne pe unhone refund karne ke liye haan kar di.
Lekin aaj kal-aaj kal karte karte unhone 8 se 10 nikaal diye.

I ordered 2 lehenga, green n blue, the product shown in their website is totally jerk coz when i received the product the design, fabric was totally different. The dupatta sent along with the lehenga doesn't match at all. I called ltfab to complain abt this but the service with them is worst. They are least bothered to listen to the customer, they just say return the product and then they disconnect the call. I don't want to shop with ltfab any more. Is there any way that i can get my money back.

Ltfab is providing bad products and not customer service is not responding. When we ask for return they give store credit but m sure there is nothing worth buying on their site.

They are using facebook ads to sell clothes. It would be better if we all do something so that no new users buy bad clothes. Has anyone succeeded in doing something? Awaiting reply.

This is the worst site. I have purchased lehenga from this. It showed very good quality images of the product but i received a pathetic, worst product. It was damaged also. Cloth quality was worst. Duptta was a meter long only. Their customer care asked me to courier the product in order to get a refund. But these people are a cheater. They are not refunding my money. I lost my lehenga and courier money both. Never ever buy from this site. Waste of money.

I had purchased the product order no.[protected] for the value of 1449/- i had made the cash payment. The product shown on website and the product which i received was totally different and cheap quality not worth to be worn by anyone. I had requested for a refund of my amount in my account and not in the store credit because after such a bad experience nobody will make a mistake to do a second purchase from such fraud company. I returned the product and they have refunded the amount to my store credit. Which i do not want. I demand my money back. Please ask the company to pay my money back. Horrible and fake shopping site.

I bought a saree from lt fab for 1499 & it is not at all same as shown in picture. After several complaint on their whatsapp no company personal doesn't respond.
Given all information about booking details & whatever required, they check the messages but they don't respond.

Cheat company, i want to file an fir & also file a case in consumer forum for cheating under 420 act.

This is the last notice to company thru this complaint, and i am going to file a case against owners & promoters if this fraud company.

I bought a saree from ltfab for 1399 which does not even worth 200. I saw reviews in ltfab website and they are good. So i bought saree thinking that if i dont like the color are something else, i will excahnge it. After looking at the product, i'm afraid to buy anything from it. I tried writing review about it. But as i think my review is negative its not showing up. Fraud company

I ordered a saree on16.11.2018 for 1399₹ . delivered on 22.11.2018 .by seeing the picture the quality was very bad and material also not same.l called complaint regarding this. To refund my money the customer care person said it was against the company rules.the website promises for 100% return and refund concellation policy. I return the saree.not sure they will credit the amount or not. Anyway I lost 1700.saree amount 1399, currier charge 100, return charge+ print out + package= 210. they said that the amount will transfer to ltfab stock credit account .Ian not intrested to buy again in the foolish website.if again shall I ordered other products to get money I want spend another corrier charges.100₹.please take action seviyarly .otherwise.hey will cheat all. kindly make arrangements to get back my money.ther no [protected]

As provided is not providing the relevant information regarding the login procedure, i am not able to login my lt fab account, i have to return the product and they are not even replying, and along with this they have only one week exchange policy, they are not paying attention at customer grievances, they did not have any proper login procedure, kindly do not purchase any thing from lt fab, worst site ever. Ordered the semi stitched material 2 weeks ago and received the package yesterday. Material was of very poor quality and the photo was very misleading. Expected one item but received something else. Had ordered the lehenga for a fancy event, but i can’t wear it due to the quality. The border is an eyesore, and very different to the image on the website. No studded gems or gold textured borders. There were only very cheap, plain sequins on the border and the sewing was done very poorly. The edges of the material including the duppata are fraying and very unbecoming. On the website, the dupatta was stated to be 2.5 metres long, but what i received was much shorter. I am a very short person (5’3) but the duppata barely reaches my knees on either side when placed on my shoulder. I am very disappointed with the product and will not be buying from this company again.

I ordered a saree (Order no.[protected] on oct 27, 2018. By seeing the picture. But wen i received it the quality was very bad and material also not the same... I called to complaint regarding this and that was the last time they spoke to me.. They blocked me and not answering my watsapp queries. I returned the sadee. Not sure they will credit the amount or not. Any way i lost near 2000. Sadee amount 1399 + corrior charge 150 + return charge 120.
How to complain againt them. I want to make them close their shop.. Otherwise they will cheat all... Kindly make arrangements to get back my money. Their no is [protected].

I purchased 2 sarees worth 1399/- each and the sarees are of very cheap quality and it is completely different from the photo they show. I have been trying to get in touch with them for return of the product and to get refund. My calls are not being picked up. Also, i don't want a refund that will go to my ltfab account. I want my money back as cash. Feeling cheated as a customer. Please do the needful.

So i have made an online order of a dress on this shopping website called lt fab, and i have later read very bad reviews about the website and also the products so i wanted to cancel the order, there's no option to cancel the order and they don't have a refund policy, i called the customer service team whom i asked to cancel the order they said they will do it but they haven't cancelled the order neither have they shipped the product yet. When i try calling the customer service number they have blocked me. This is such a big scam and i have paid 1459 rupees for the dress, i want this to be investigated and want my money back.

I ordered a lehenga choli on 22nd october 2018 and till today they are telling that the product is processing whenever i call them its unattended and i have already paid for the product. I placed the order on 19th October and it has been already 10 days (29th Oct), there is no information about the order.

It's a gift that I want to present my wife for our 10th marriage anniversary and it's the worst disappointment on our best occassion. Pathetic.

Emailed them on [protected]@ltfab.com, it's bouncing back. Calling their phone [protected], noone picks up. Messaged on WhatsApp, noone reading or responding. Called on WhatsApp, noone picking.

After spending Rs.2713.33, I realised they are bunch of ### cheaters. That too on our memorable 10th anniversary occasion.

I have ordered one lahanga from lt fab but they have sent very cheap quality product which was totally different from that picture.
When i said to return that, they told me to send it by courier and they will not refund my money, i'll have to purchase another product from lt fab...
Means what the # is this..
This is the new way to cheat customers like this.
If customer is not happy with the product, refund is available everywhere and second thing home pick up is not available, i have to send courier to them...
I understood they all r cheaters..

I had purchase a saree in lt fab through online shopping. I was shocked when i saw the saree quality is cheap. And i called them for returning it back. I send it back and calling them for refund but every time there is no respose.

Neither they refund cash nor they reponding my calls.

And they said that if refund the money on lt fab account it means i have to purchase any product from their fraud site from that money.

It is cheating. So i have complaining that i want my money back to my account.

Ordered a saree worth rs. 1399 on order no.[protected] and paid the money online. The courier person brought the bill and took money from the family member again.
I have complained to the company through mail and whataapp but there is no positive response. They do not have any phone number to which one can talk to them directly.
Looks line both the courier and ltfab are hand in glove in cheating the customers.

I have ordered silk lehenga of worth Rs.1499 inclusive of taxes+delivery charges.My order number is 317. I have received the delivery COD on 12th Oct 2018 at around 3.00pm, . After opening the parcel, I have checked and found the quality of lehenga is very bad and I have found blouse piece and Dupatta are very small. I have called the customer care number at around 4pm. But could not get any answer.And after some whatsup conversation they told me that is not their product. But i ordered that product through their website only.When i was clicked on BUY button, immediately it was moved to their Whatsup contact. After i asked them price and shipping charges(i attached the whatsup conversation also. In the website they mentioned description about product, but that was completely different with the original product.I asked them to take back their product.But i have not received any response from them. I want to return the product and want to get return back of paid amount.
