I ordered a saree online. Order no :[protected]. Payment was done as soon as order was placed. After a lot of follow up i rcvd the order which is nowhere close to what i had paid for. Neither the design was the same and quality was very very bad.

The telephone number posted on their site either comes as switched off or constantly busy. Absolutely no messages are answered. They are absolute frauds and cheating consumers and need to be fined

I don't want anyone to buy any product from this online service such a worst service. I purchased a product and trying to return to them since i did not like the saree. Trying to reach them through phone, email and wats app, however thr is no response from anyone such a fake online clothing company.. Please do not buy any product from this website.. Can someone take action against this online fraud plz...

I ordered for 3 sarees. And also i paid for all the 3 sarees.. But when i open the parcel there were only 2 sarees. After that i tried contacting them but they are not attending my call.in whatsapp also they are reading my messages but no replies. Either i want them to send saree or refund my money rs. 1332.38. Kindly take necessary action on them

Hi sir i bought saree in ltfab.com worth rs.1399+150 delivery charge. My order no is:[protected]. When i received the product it's fully damaged i inform the seller they told return the product based on self return police. Jan 13th i couriered jan 19th seller received the product. After that i am calling and messaging the seller but no body response. They are cheating so many people like this please sir help me. You will take the action for the seller.

So, kindly don't purchase any thing.

If anyone please take necessary action on this kind of sites, it would be help for people t not get cheat. And not only this site, there are so many sites are showing on social networking sites like fb.

Hi i have purchased a product in https://www.ltfab.com te material is not good i m not satisfied with that so i returned the saree but they didn't refund the amount. No response when calling them and cheating is saying not received the product i have the proof of delivery as well. The product value is 1400. Once in a while they ll attending the call but not responding the call.

I had ordered one saree from ltfab costing rs 1399+shipping charges. I have returned the parcel within 24 hours as the saree was very poor quality. Ltfab says they have not recd parcel. Then i have done enquiry about the parcel with professional couriers.. They had delivered the parcel on 23/12/2017. Ii had explained on whatsapp with receipt to ltfab but no one is responding to my complaints. Please help me in getting refunded. Thank you.

Recently i purchased a saree from lt fab sarees. As i opened the parcel i found the saree was of very poor quality n inner side of the saree is entirely different n worst i've immediately sent the parcel back via courier with my own expenses as they suggested n they asked me to send the bank details on whattsapp i did the same but they r not bothered to reply back so pls don't buy sarees from lt fab they r frauds
N pls help me refund my amount of rs 1549/-

My mother had ordered 4 sarees from their site. Things shown on their website are pretty fancy, but none of them meets your quality expectation! Looking at the quality of the products, all the sarees were couriered back within 24 hours. The best part is there is no one you can talk to directly, you can only chat with a person on whatsapp and no other communication works! As per the instruction given by the person chatting on whatsapp, she has couriered the items back and sent him all the details. Now, after 15 days the amount has not been refunded and we don't know whom to check with. These kinds of fraud sites need to be seized and confiscated, the license (Which i doubt these guys have) should be cancelled in the interest of innocent buyers. My mother who would have purchased the items innocently without reading the reviews has lost around 5, 000 rupees! Beware of such fraudulent sites and companies!!! I request all the buyers to read the review before buying any product online.

I ordered for 2 sarees and both of them are of very poor and pathethic quality and when i am trying to reach them on given phone numbers, no one is responding and the email site is also not working. I have wasted my whole day in reaching them but all my efforts went in vain.

It appears that this is a fake site to cheat people.

In this era of online shopping, these type of vendors should be punished and made to refund the money taken from customers like us and the company and the people behind should be blacklisted, so to retain the trust on online sites.

Refund of money
I ordered a lehenga on 30/11/2017 at 6.00 pm order no - #[protected] in lt fab. Today on 05/12/2017 i received the order but due to very poor quality i tried to return the product and contacted in this no [protected] and [protected]. After my several attempts its showing error in the sever and neither they are picking up calls. It seems thy are online in facebook and watsup also but no response from their side. Kindly help me

I brought a saree through the website product was not as expected same day i send them the info throigh watsall text msg they asked me to courrier to their address and send the receipt via watsapp which i did but no response its been more than a week now. Their contact number is always swiched off. Tried sending email calling n all but no reply. How to get back my money? Please help me. I have attached receipt of the courrier send along with this. My 150 rupee wasted for courrier also... Please help me somehow..!!!

I bought a saree from ltfab. The visuals diplayed in the company website is totally different from what has been delivered. The colour and the pattern shown in the website and the kind of quality displayed in the website is completely different from the product. Looking at all the other complaints, doesn't look like they are even bothered about customer satisfaction but are only concerned about disposing whatever stock they have. For the price paid, the saree is of a very low quality.

I had purchased 2 sarees from ltfab online webstore, which were both damaged. I emailed the company within 3 days of receiving the items and requested for a refund. They sent me an rma for the return. I have the courier confirmation stating that the return was accepted by them about a month ago. I still have not received my refund yet. I have tried to contact them via email and phone number that is listed on their website multiple times without any response.

Hi i had ordered a saree cost of rs.1350/- from lt fab it is not as shown in the net. I want to return the product and get the amount refunded. Tried calling to their given number in the website and sent to many emails when trying to get in touch with them through email or call there are not responding. Please take necessary action against them.

I bought a saree from lt fab. I really get shocked when i open the parcel after paying the money.in a few seconds i made a call to them. One lady took the call and replied me to send back the parcel through courier, after week they will refund the amount. The next day through whatsup the messaged me to send the bank details. After that from nowadays it's 15 days over no response when i make call, and tried in whatsup. Help me. How to do legal complaints in e commerce service

I have ordered a product powerful blue benglori silk designer anarkali salwar suit in ltfab with order id[protected] on oct 1st 2017. I have not received the product. I sent an email to their customer care and also tried calling them but no response on both. I have not received any update after my order regarding shipment. When i tried to track my order in the website it says the order is not shipped yet. I would like to get my product or my money as it is been a very long time with no response from the website customer care.

I ordered a saree from this site. When i recieved it, that was totally diffwent from the picture which displayed in their facebook page. The order id is[protected]. I returned the saree by courier. After reaching saree to them, they said the money will be transferred. Cost of the saree is 1399rs. After 15 days of recieving also they are not returning the money. Please take some serious actions towards them.

I had ordered 2 sarees and 1 gown from ltfab for rs.4287 on 28th sept’17 through credit card (My biggest mistake). But after i read reviews about this site on internet, i tried calling them the same day (Within 24hrs of booking order, as per their terms and conditions) to cancel the order but no one answered the call. So i sent them mail for cancellation and message through whatsapp (This too within 24hrs). Still i dint get any response. Next day on 29th sept’17 after trying not less than 50 times, a lady called ms. Prachi picked attended the call and took my cancellation request. (No request number was given to me). I was asked to whatsapp my bank account details along with ifsc code to them and was told that the amount will be credited into my account by 3rd oct’17. To my surprise i received a whtsapp message from them saying they have not received the parcel back (Now i fail to understand, how can i possibly receive any parcel in a cancellation case). I also tried to track my order on their website and the message is "your order is not yet shipped. Please check again later." i sent them message for this clarification but no replies. Again on 3rd oct i waited for the whole day and tried calling them and as usual after 15-20 calls they answered it and told me that the amount will be credited in 15-20 minutes. I waited nearly for 1.30 hrs. Before calling them again. Since then they are not answering my calls nor replying on whatsapp. I have been calling them atleast 30-40 time daily and they are not replying to my calls. I have all their call recordings, mail and whats app conversations stored. Can you please help?

I ordered a saree in the first week of september received it on the 19 th of september. Opened the parcel it was a torn saree immediately tried to contact it fab sarees but the number given is never reachable so contacted through wattsapp. They replied saying to courier back the saree with ur own expenses which i did immediately on the 20 th september. Also told to send my account number for refund of money which they have still not done. They received the saree on the 21st i have the receipt of professional courier n i tracked the status. But lt fab is denying of receiving the parcel. They are cheaters n not concerned about customer. Pls help me get my money refunded rs1599₹/-
