Municipal water line coming into the house broken since 2nd July, 2020.
Please send your technical team to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir/ madam,

I wish to bring to your notice that a few neighbours in my house 191- shakti nagar, faizabad road, indira nagar, near peerbagh maszid, lucknow 226016 are keeping goats as pets and letting them loose in the colony area. The owners of these goats are unable to maintain them in their house and hence leave them outside. Due to this a lot of inconvenience is caused to many people who goes up and down the street and around the colony. Some o[censored]s have told the respective owners that they should not keep goats out loose like this on the street. Due to this children might prone to infection and so are the animals. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible as we are unable to make the goat owners understand our plight.

Hoping for a positive responce from your end and a quick solution of our problem before things start to get out of hand.

a vacant plot is there .Though plot is having boundary walls but still a huge amount of garbage is pilling up and causing unhygienic condition for all.Every body wants clean city and locality.Took prompt measures like Awareness/Warning boards so that the situation came under control and the locality become clean. I believe after considering problem and taking right action, we move one more step ahead in order to make Swach Bharat Abhiyan successful.

Road in front of house no. 3/412 & 3/413 in the lane of gomti tent house is in very bad condition. There are big pits on that road.
Please arrange to get the repaired before monsoon outbreak.

A dead body of animal, possibly of a dog, is lying since mor in a road near gate of my house rajendra nagar, near post office lucknow. Stench coming out of the body is likely to spread some serious disease to the people living in residential area nearby.
Necessary action needs to be taken at the earliest to remove it to prevent people falling sick on this ground. Matter has already been reported at complaints cell of lucknow nagar nigam.

I had made a payment of house tax for f. Y. 20-21 on 21/06/2020 and payment was successful but did not receive a receipt of house tax yet.. And it is still not updated on house tax site.. Kindly resolve it

Sir there is a dead dog in my society which is very infected and so smelling... Kindly arrange the same to remove this from society to avoid infection n keep the area safe and clean... Thank you..

I am a resident of jankipuram extension sector-4, there are a lot of street dogs out of which 2-3 of them behave badly and have bitten many people. It is getting very serious as people are not able to get out of their houses because of them. Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.

In many days i am watching that the garbage collecting man does not come properly if he comes in my street than he does not knock the door or door well even he does not give any symbols that we should know that he is in the street. I have complained in nagar palika in gola but they did not take any valuable actions against that collection man.

I am staying at madeganj, khadra, here is 3, 4 dog creating problem like any thing, they bitten vegetable vendors, whenever cross any person cross that place where they are sitting they start bark and about to bite. Multiple time we have complaint but no action has been taken. Please look into as this will make more dangerous.

Due to the large number of shrubs behind my house and empty of side plot, often poisonous creatures enter in my house like Snakes, scorpions and others.
Even today a big creature has entered in my house, whose photo is attached herewith. Therefore please cast such animals to get them removed from there and cleaned also.

Hi, i am raising this issue as the street dogs are damaging the vehicles in my street and also there are 4 dogs which runa before every vehicle pases so kindly get me rid out of this by sending dog catcher
