Sir, I am regular tax payer from bara chand ganj lucknow zone 3. I complaint many time in nagar nigam zone 3. But they did`t solve my problem. Every time they give me excuse. They always refer me another person related to nagar nigam zone 3. But they did not solve and again give me new mobile no. what is the my fault .
Sir, after starting raining all area filled with water because contractor filled all nali with waste material and did`t pick up all material.
Please do some action fast before start rain.

This is to inform you tht in my locality in front of my home a street dog was lying yesterday night but today morning it fonded dead. In this locality their is no arrangements of sweeper or garbegr collector or any other facilities by नगर nigam, plz take action ASAP coz of health issues. Dear Sir,
I am resident of 68-A-Guru Govind Singh Marg, Lalkuan, Lucknow.
This is to inform you that a plot is lying vacant adjacent to the above mentioned address since last few years.Since then, the plot is being used by the people around to throw garbage and other solid wastes.And now it is even used by the general public for urination and soiling.Even the drainage system gets chocked by the garbage frequently due to which there is an overflow and accumulation of wastes in the drainage which is quite unhygienic and has become a breeding ground for insects such as mosquitoes and has become a risk for the nearby residents to be caught by severe infections.
Inspite of repetitive complaints to Nagar Nigam, Lucknow and other competitive authorities no solution was being provided to us.
In response to the above subject matter I am sending the photograph of the plot for your kind persual.

I am resident of 1/87 rashmi khand Sharada nagar Raibareily road Lucknow where vehicle of Eco green collects garbage under door to door scheme of garbage collection.For the last 4 days garbage is not being collected.Actually in past also it has never been regular in collecting the garbage and no one is supervising it. Eco green is only regular in collecting the monthly charges.Day to day collection garbage should be ensured.

Lot of garbage has been collected infront(park) of our houses ...so many old shoes & garbage & clothes & waste in park& there is mandir also...every one is complaining about this but no action.

Eco green door to door garbage collection people are not coming on daily basis. We have to register complaint on the helpline number every 3rd or 4th day for the same. Even when they come they talk very rudely and ask for money for tea. If we deny they say we will not collect garbage from ur home. Manage on ur own. There is a lady driver by the name Juhi, who always ask them to ask take money. Also she behaves very rudely with the people of the colony. She argues with the ladies of the Colony. There are always 1 or 2 ladies with her the vehicle and they are not the staff of the organisation. When we ask what are these ladies doing with u in govt vehicle, she says mind ur own business. I'll do hat ever I want. She even use vulgar language while talking or answering to people who ask her to take garbage from home.
I would request you to please change the lady driver Juhi as we have children's in the Colony and ladies also feel bad when she talks and behaves like this.

I beg to Inform you that in our locality very horrible condition of park situated at Ruchi khand 1 prgya park sharda nagar lucknow my complaints are-;
1) no maintenance at all
2) unwanted shrubs and plant growth where mosquito and insects are breeding
3) people park their cars in the park where no space is left for children to play
4) danger of dengue and malaria

Illegal parking of Tata Nano Silver UP32 DP 3942 on main road infront of C 38/6 Paper Mill Colony Nishatganj Lucknow continuously day in and out since years is a reason for many accidents happening and the owners are completely disagreeable to it. Please get the car removed from here as footpaths and main roads are meant for public walikng and driving, not for people using it as personal spaces.

I am Ritesh from Bharat Nagar. In our locality there is no garbage disposal or collection facility. People hired a private garbage collector but he does not come now. The empty plots are filled with garbage because of no such facility. This is causing some serious issues regarding the health of the fellow residents. Please take action soon and provide a good garbage collection facility.

Dear sir,

I beg to inform you that in our locality road conditions are very bad. There are lotts of big patches on the roads and due to this many problems occurs in our town, sometimes transports are refuses to come here just because of this and during rains so much water store on the road and it causes deseases and mosquitos in this area.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Since last 2 countinuous years water suppy was held in the month of March to June .My address 387/56 kachcha bagh saadatganj lucknow 226003 and mobile number [protected].we are facing this problem many time talk to Mr Anil his mobile number [protected] some time after many follow-ups one or 3 bucket water come but we need more than that .Main problem is water pressure and these top level people cant manage to help it out, more than 32 families suffering need a proper solution we are good TAX PAYERS as well as every years we submit water bill still we are facing problems need proper solution.

This is to inform u that we live in near takrohi police thana, vinayak city, indra nagar lucknow.There is huge garbage just near our house, sweeper coming once in a month, there is no garbage man to take away the garbage from our houses, causing health issues to children, kind of reptiles have been seen here, blockage of drawing system due to heavy garbage . Kindly make some arrangement like garbage man coming thrice in a week, cleaning of roads once in week and remove all the garbage located near our houses

There is one cow in my area between Moti Nagar, Arya Nagar to Naka Hindola, Lucknow which is very dangerous. 4 to 5 time while I was going on my bike cow ran after me very fast.
Cow has big horns .I have somehow saved myself but if cow has hit me it would hurt me very bad.
Please take it seriously and catch this cow.This cow may take life of someone.

Very horrible condition of the park, situated at Malviya Nagar, Aishbagh Lucknow. The park was on development mode in the year 2012 and huge money was being sanctioned but after that no work has been done. Following are my complaints :-

1) No maintenance at all..
2) Fountains are not working,
3) Unwanted shrubs and plant growth where mosquito and insects are breeding
4) No proper grass cutting
5) No proper water treatment to the lake
6) Animals are breeding like pigs and dogs, even dead animals are being disposed.
7) Bulk wastage are being thrown in the park as well as in lake.
8) Lake water has flown beyond the fence and entering into land.
9) Fences are broken and tiles are being stolen.
10) Danger of dengue and malaria
11) People come to litter in the park.
12) Unwanted people enter the park which is very risky for the society

My nali is choke from house to road and sever is also choke and no cove on sevage latrene is overfllow kindly some body to vheck and ther is tyre is dump in mohalla thats why mosquitos are full in mohalla there will be disese of dangu small childrens are living in this mohalla so in this comming monsoon we were facing lot problem of dangu and sevage choke and all nalis choke in this mohalla

I am Gurudas Kumar residing at Ashutosh Nagar(Near Ashutosh Nagar Park) Krishna Nagar Lucknow.
The roads in my colony are very poor. The condition is so bad hence the public transporters(like rikshaw, e-rikshaw, auto etc) are refusing to go there.

Due to less response from the authority concerned for cleanliness, a huge heap of garbage has been collected in front of my house. Inspite of many complaint regarding this, no action has yet been taken for it's cleanliness.
This has now became a breading place for many insects and reptiles like lizards and mammals like rats.
Rats, frequently enter our house and damages the food and other various commodities.
Kindly pay attention towards my letter and take every possible steps for it's cleanliness.

In spite of repeated reminders to the authorities, by phone. No action has been taken upon this issue.
Adding to your knowledge, it's almost the tenth day and no volunteer has come to pick the household garbage.
This is not the first time it's happened. We've been constantly facing this problem every now and then. They skip every second day, but we ignore;
For collecting the monthly payments no one could beat their punctuality.
I reckon my complaint would be taken into consideration as soon as possible.

Hello sir/madam,

Sorry to inform you connecting chamber for sewer is not constructed by nagar nigam for our house but is done for others in colony. Old sewer line gets chocked every week and repeated followup with nagar nigam and parshad is of no help. Please help as we want to help swach bharat abhiyan and stop sewer water on road.
Contractor of nagar nigam doesn’t listen to us and we are stuck in this situation for last 3 years.
