Hello myself nand kishore pandey r/o aman vihar new haider ganj rajajipuram lucknow. I want to file a complaint against sweepers of my society. No sweeper has been come for many days all the drains are full of garbage which increase the problem of mosquitoes and insects. Because of that the cases of dengi and chikenguniya are also increasing day by day. The condition is very severe so i request you to make it on priority and send some sweepers to clean the drain.

There is a regular problem of clogging of drainage and sewer near flora apartment (Opp. Aaina electrical works) at bank of baroda lane,, naka gurudwara road, lucknow. This is creating a big problem for the residents of the area suffering from health problems and bad smell all the time. Dirty water flowing on the road is creating problem for past few days. Previous complaints were resolved but for time being, but no regular solution to the problem was done due to which within a week the problem occured again. I request the responsible authorities to permanently sort the problem.

Street light (Halogen) in front of house no. 2/37 vikas nagar, lucknow was out of order for the last 2 months.in spite of several complaints lodged with the concerned authorities on phone, no action had been taken.
When i launched my complaint on consumercomplaints.in, action has been taken & street light was repaired but after 1 week it stopped working again.
I am regularly following up the matter with the incharge of street light department of nagar nigam, lucknow on their public mobile phone number provided but i receive only assurances.
Please do the needful.

My house no.1/38, vikas khand, gomtinagar is situated just behind sahara plaza market. People coming to market & mass labourers going to patrakarpuram for their jobs including other passersby are almost continuously urinating by the side of one house falling just before my house (Not numberwise but by its location). As a result the drain fully filledup with urines flows towards my house. This is not merely causing irritation but has also put us in the worst unhygienic condition.
The situation is extremely grave & attracts immediate attention of appropriate authority of nagar nigam, lucknow.
In view of enumerated facts as mentioned above, i would request for immediate remedial solution by constructing one urinol (Not toilet) somewhere by the side of tarang banquet hall.
An immediate attention for early action shall be solicitated.

At c 204 nirala nagar lucknow. Illegal construction in basement progress without any authorization. The local staff is not taking any action in the matter. The police staff also not taking any action in this issue. Many types of problems creating due to this illegal construction. I request please resolve this issue and oblige.   replace all

We reside in sector-p aliganj. There is a lady who is patting cow dung beside our house. Inspite of telling her not to do so she still is continuing the same. We have lodged complaint many times in nagar nagam but after 2-3 days a message comes saying problem has been resolved. Not a single person from your side comes even once to check it. That lady has spread the cow dung in a long stretch. It is very unhygienic and mosquitoes are breeding all over. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us. Thank you

There is a printing press opened in a residential area in a house which is creating a lot of disturbance.

2 families also reside in that house and a student of class 10 who has his boards in few days.

People in the house are blood pressure patients.

Please help us close down the machines in the house.

In my colony there are more than 10 wild monkey which have come from somewhere and they have destroyed many gardens even mine, broken the lid of my water tank, bitten my small brother and have bitten many more in the colony, and today because of them one people jumped from the balcony and they daily spread nuisance in the colony like robbing food from people, throwing stones, breaking glasses, etc. Its my humble request that you people take action as soon as possible. As daily they are doing more damage.

My house no is 2/255, vikas khand gomti nagar. The pole tube light is out of order. It is very inconvenient to walk and there is security reasons. You are requested to put a new tube light against pole o facing my house. It shall also be convenient for the neighbours living in my line. There are many monkeys in my residential area causing lot of problems for people. They come on terrace and open the water tanks, throws bricks on passerbys, scaring them off. Please help in capturing them and taking to some animal care centre. I have complained in the past also but no action was taken. Please help! My address in lalkuwan road. Its the road connecting chhitwapur road.

At gautam buddha park they take rs 15 as parking charge and give a slip but no where rs 15 is written on the slip. How one come to know the exact parking charge if it is not written on the parking receipt. I think some transparency is required in this matter and parking amount must be written on the parking slip.

It is a very sorry note that with the city progressing itself towards ranking of smart city, we in the capital o[censored]ttar pradesh are left to face a dejected look as minor problems associated to cleanliness and hygenic condition of resident and commercial areas are being ignored and we are left with no doors to knock at.

Please note that this is probably ny 5th complaint online being registered ever since 2014 for the same problem being faced by us.
Sir, as a principal of a playschool, it becomes my resposibility to ensure cleanliness of the premises amd maintain a healthy and hygenic atmosphere surrounding the school premises. My school is located amidst the commercial hub of main kursi road, aliganj, close to dandiya turn while coming from kapoorthala, aliganj. We are facing this problem of our outside school premises area being used as a dumping ground by local residents for their domestic and food waste disposal since quite some time now and there is no control or effect to our repeated requests to keep the area clean. During the monsoon season, it really becomes a mess with the rotten food waste lying around fouling the atmosphere and causing difficulties to the parents bringing their kids to the school. I am receiving complaints from parents everyday to improvise this menace for which i am dependent to your authorities to take some immediate and stern action and continue to follow the same cleanliness practise.
The local attending sweeper from the nagar nigam department just makes a casual approach and leaves behind the garbage, collects frequent funds from us, demanding bonuses from time to time but leaves the filth behind.in view of this unhealthy and unhygenic environment being created around the school surroundings, it is once again requested for the authorities to wake up and attend before any calamity develops.

There are many wild dogs in my neighborhood, due to which the entire locality remains dirty, and cut off small children and keep shouting loudly, due to the dog, the whole neighborhood has become disturbed,
So you are requested that all the dogs in our neighborhood.

There are several mad stray dogs in tilak nagar and new tilak nagar colony aishbagh lucknow and they have bitten about 15 people in last one month. They chase every two wheeler and attack even kids, old people and other passerbys. They are danger to people of nearby colonies and strict action must be taken by authorities.

Kindly pick these street dogs from tilak nagar for health and safety of people.

Sir i am a resident of triveni nagar 3 lucknow. Infront of my house there is a street lamp which is not working since last 2 year. So there is complete dark on the road in the night which causees very difficulty. Any many incident has also took place like breaking glass of car, chain snatching and many other. Respected sir my house no 1805 ganga g puram, pancham khera, charan bhatta road near sgpgims, i want your kind attention for the matter of street light which was working since 6 year in front of my house but now in 4 day later mr s. N yadav whoes house is just opposite in my house move the street light in there house direction by private electrician when we all oppose them then they misbehave with us sir i requested to you please give me justice because the road side has always dark so any misshaping occur sir in that street a old widow lady alone in there house please please consider this matter for top priority thank you so much

I live in chandralok colony, aliganj and there are a lot of street dogs in the area. Recently the number has grown rapidly. They cause nuisance by chasing vehicles especially 2 wheelers and they continuously keep howling throughout the night. Their houls have become so loud that it has become difficult to sleep. Request you to kindly take action at the earliest.

There is contineous leakage of water from private water pipe connection in front of the house no. 537a/39 maharaja agrasen nagar, behind old l. G. Godown (Presently shadab electronics storage godown), sitapur road (Near priyadarshini colny, a-block).
On complaint to repair the leakage to the probable users, they are denying that this is not their connection pipe. Till date, thousands liters of drinking water has gone in wastage while the cost & importance o[censored]nderground drinking water can not be expressed in words.
Being fedup from the behaviours of actual users, who are not paying any heed/attention to repair the leakage of water from water connection pipes.

Please arrange immediate repair and take the cost with penalty from user.
