Sub: Regardingcost increase, unjustified penalty and car parking.
DearSir,
I havebeen repeatedly pleading LDA to consider my full payment of Rs.2230000/-(Rs.22.30 Lac) as on 21.06.2010 on cash down basis due to change in paymentplan from self-finance to cash down payment plan in line with NOC dtd03.05.2010 issued by LDA. With rigorous follow ups, LDA responded after a gapof almost 1½ years for the first time by sending an account report as on15.12.2011 wherein it was mentioned that Rs.66797/- is still pending as duesfor registry which was highly shocking as I was expecting a rebate of more than2% as per terms of the scheme. Subsequently, I made numerous follow ups personally& requested vide letter dtd 29.07.2013 for relief in this regard but myrequests has not been acceded till date, and the penalty amount has becomeRs.85729/- as per final account report as on 15.04.2014. Also, costincrease of Rs.278100/- has been included in the dues, which is not tenable sincethe offer of possession is yet to be received & has been delayed beyond scheduledpossession and hence it is not acceptable. Further, LDA letter dtd04.03.2014 regarding car parking is incorrect, which needs to be corrected.
Sinceallotment of flat, while dealing & corresponding with LDA for last morethan 3½ years, I am under severe frustration, mental agony & anguish for delaysin responsiveness, waiver o[censored]njustified penalty even after making full paymentwithin stipulated time (for which rebate is applicable as per terms of thescheme), delay in possession of the flat and recent assault of cost increase whichis perhaps due to delay in completion for which LDA is solely & fully responsible, and therefore accountable for deficiency in service.
I humbly request you onceagain, to please look into the matter rationally & genuinely and waive offthe penalty charges being imposed, as well as cost increase and grant thestipulated rebate of more than 2% towards timely payment, otherwise I would beconstrained to raise this issue with all other available forums to end thisinjustice as I am under severe mental torture because of wrongdoings of LDA dueto which I am bearing the additional financial burden of home loan interest &rental charges.

Unauthorized shop in Bhootnath Lucknow
Sir there is unauthorized shop in front of my my shop the owner of building had made illegal shops in building there is no space for parking i request u to destroy these illegal shops urgently i would be very thankful to u sir.
