Me Mrs. Radha nigam, Resident of 5 gomti sadan, river bank colony, ward wazirganj, lucknow is very much in pain because of the water supplied by the Lucknow jal sansthan . Sand and Mud is coming in the water supplied by jal sansthan lucknow. I shall be grateful if the matter is sought out at early as possible.

My house is situated at Jafer Khera House No.555Ga/A-229 Ward CHITRAGUPT NAGAR. The Drain passes infront of my house is damaged. so the drain water stored behind my house and it create a pond behind my house. It causes seelan in my whole house which is damaging the wall and plaster of my house. I told the matter to concerned Sabhasad. But till now there is no solution of problem.
It is requested that plz. make a survey of the same and get it solve as soon as possible.The matter is most Urgent.

Dear sir,
I want bring through you that sewer line was not laid in my lane, i have also written to NAGAR AYUKT regarding this but no progress has been made feeling helpless and surprised why they have not laid the sewer line where as I pay my taxes regularly.
Also beside my house there is a vacant plot due to blockage of nali water is seeping in it the jamadar has also made way so that water is accumulated and has made it a worrying concern for us as due to rainy season and so many small children in the area anything can happen, my several complains regarding this has failed to rectifi it rather the jamadar sweeps the road and I get the massage your complaint has been resolved.

who ever is running this very usefull sites please help in the matter.

first of all i would like to thanks to u that u have done a lot for our city from the day u have taken the command of nagar nigam and the most honest nagar ayukt among all.sir there is a problem which i am facing from the zonal officer arvind rai he has demanded one lac rs from me for for the assesment and he is taken 50000 advance and not done my work and when i had asked for my work he is now demanding 2 lac rs.sir he is very corrupt main.sir its request from my side to take action against him, sir i know u r the most honest person but under u they r spoiling the position o[censored]rs

With reference to yhe above, i have already lodged a complaint on 28/04/2014 but no action has been taken inspite of my various approaches.Sewer mainhole was broken by a jcb working nearby. It has created a problem for my family and also passersby.The sewer is also overflowing on the road causing lot of trouble tothe us and other residents.
I would therefore, request the department to kindly takeup the matter and redress it at he earliest.

DearSir,

I havebeen repeatedly pleading LDA to consider my full payment of Rs.2230000/-(Rs.22.30 Lac) as on 21.06.2010 on cash down basis due to change in paymentplan from self-finance to cash down payment plan in line with NOC dtd03.05.2010 issued by LDA. With rigorous follow ups, LDA responded after a gapof almost 1½ years for the first time by sending an account report as on15.12.2011 wherein it was mentioned that Rs.66797/- is still pending as duesfor registry which was highly shocking as I was expecting a rebate of more than2% as per terms of the scheme. Subsequently, I made numerous follow ups personally& requested vide letter dtd 29.07.2013 for relief in this regard but myrequests has not been acceded till date, and the penalty amount has becomeRs.85729/- as per final account report as on 15.04.2014. Also, costincrease of Rs.278100/- has been included in the dues, which is not tenable sincethe offer of possession is yet to be received & has been delayed beyond scheduledpossession and hence it is not acceptable. Further, LDA letter dtd04.03.2014 regarding car parking is incorrect, which needs to be corrected.

Sinceallotment of flat, while dealing & corresponding with LDA for last morethan 3½ years, I am under severe frustration, mental agony & anguish for delaysin responsiveness, waiver o[censored]njustified penalty even after making full paymentwithin stipulated time (for which rebate is applicable as per terms of thescheme), delay in possession of the flat and recent assault of cost increase whichis perhaps due to delay in completion for which LDA is solely & fully responsible, and therefore accountable for deficiency in service.

I humbly request you onceagain, to please look into the matter rationally & genuinely and waive offthe penalty charges being imposed, as well as cost increase and grant thestipulated rebate of more than 2% towards timely payment, otherwise I would beconstrained to raise this issue with all other available forums to end thisinjustice as I am under severe mental torture because of wrongdoings of LDA dueto which I am bearing the additional financial burden of home loan interest &rental charges.

Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I am facing severe problems due to bad sewer construction at street of 636/48 Asutosh vihar colony near Lucknow model public school, Takrohi, Indira nagar as Since 10 days the sewer line has been digged and the line is left open without putting pipes.Also jal nigam pipe is broken and water is filled up.There is no space left on road and no body is able to pass on and water is rushing around which may be harmful for houses around the street.Kindly help us as soon as possible. Sir, LDA advertised a scheme named Sunrise Appartment, Kanpur Road Yojna Sector P Mansarovar. Through lottery I was allotted Flat No. SW/303 in Swati Appartment. The total cost of the flat is Rs. 26.22 Lakh. Which I deposited on 16th January, 2013. The LDA was planning to handover the first batch of flat by March, April, 2013. Now the work at site is completely stopped and the Farmers from whom the land was taken in possession by LDA are on dharna infront of gate. LDA or the Government is not taking any interest to solve the issue. There are almost 600 to 700 applicant who have already made the payment. LDA is not listening when I tried to contact senior officer they declined to give the proper reply. It is not known how far the money of the applicants will be parked with LDA. Please get us the relief.

It has been 4 days ( since[protected] there is no supply of water in vibhuti khand, gomtinagar, lucknow. Due to this the people do not have drinking water. Restaurants and hotels are facing a huge problem as water is essential for their work. Please look into the matter.

लखनऊ शहर के ९० % रिहायशी इलाकों में सफाई कर्मचारियों द्वारा सरेआम अपने अपने इलाकों की बाकायदा नीलामी के साथ बिहार और असम से आये गरीब तबके के लोगों को ठेका उठाया जाता है। जो अपने मन मुताबिक कार्य करते है , सडकों पर तो कभी सफाई होती ही नहीं है बल्कि घरों से भी हफ्ते में एक या बहुत हुआ तो दो बार कूड़ा एकत्रित किया जाता है जिसके लिए प्रति परिवार २५० रुo से ३५० रुo इलाके के अनुसार वसूल किये जाते है। आपत्ति करने या शिकायत की बात करने पर सुनने को मिलता है कि " किससे शिकायत करोगे ? यह काम हम अकेले का नहीं , इसमे ऊपर तक सभी को हिस्सा जाता है और अगर ज्यादा नेतागिरी दिखाओगे तो पूरे मोहल्ले का कूड़ा यहीं आपके घर के सामने इकट्ठा होना शुरू हो जायेगा " अब सवाल यह उठता है कि ये " ऊपर वालों " का हेड कौन है ? हमारे मेयर साहब या हमारे माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी ? बात भी सही लगी क्योंकि सरेआम यह धंधा होने के बाद भी आज तक न तो मीडिया न प्रशाशन किसी ने भी चूं तक नहीं की। कुल मिला कर अपने घर के आगे कूड़े के ढेर की कल्पना मात्र से डर कर ३०० रु० महीना चुपचाप देने के बाद कूड़े की थैली को ऑफिस जाते समय साथ लेकर जाने और चुपचाप किसी नाली या खाली प्लाट में फैक देनेके आलावा शायद और कोई रास्ता भी लखनऊ की जनता के पास इस अंधेर नगरी में नहीं है।

I am living in Sector - 12 Indira Nagar Lucknow, behind Khalil Market near Buddha Park. From last 3 months we are facing issue of street dogs. There are many dogs who fights and barking daily due to which small kids are not safe as well as also dangerous for other peoples.
