Sewer Manholes dangerously opened on Kumhar Mandi Road, Telibagh, Lucknow on 3-4 places causing a lot of inconvenience to the people and dangers to human lives particularly in dark nights. Also it has hampered the movement of vehicular traffic of school children buses, tractor trollies etc. These manholes are damaged and its covers all totally destroyed likely to cause injury to cycle riders, bikers and pedestrians. Movement of trucks is obstructed. These manholes may please be repaired immediately.

Today in the morning, we found that a horse is lying dead due to electrocution from street Electric pole before our house C-1837/1, HIG, Rajajipuram, Near Javed Habib Sallon, Rajajipuram, Lucknow, Pin-226017. This is umpteenth time I am complaining about the pathetic LNN's work in Vineet Khand-6 of Gomti Nagar. Even the Commissioner & Addl Commissioner have been requested several times along with the memorandum and the pictures but so far to no avail. Following are the issues to be attended to immediately by the LNN: - No roads have been laid for the past 8-9 years. - Parks do not have an installed gate. Azad Park is the current example. - The slope gutters do not have the metallic jaalis for several years. - Cleaning staff is often found absent. The contractors care a damn as they say they know how to handle LNN officials. - Maalis too are not that regular in Parks and the RWA has to put in extra effort and the money to maintain these parks. Marking the copy of our complaint to Honorable Chief Minister also who is all hell bent upon on improvement of the city but LNN is a great hindrance. Dear Sir, I had brought to your notice that the roads in my locality are in the worst condition and highly unsafe for the residents. No action from your side has been taken as of date Kindly note that a good number of the residents of this area are senior citizens. Respected Sir, I am residing at C 26 Sector G L DA Colony Kanpur road Lucknow Sir, on the main road near my house there is a garbage yard (kudda ghar) but employee of Nagar Nigam (safae karmachari) throw all garbage on main road and the road is always full of garbage on my repeated requests on phone no regular cleaning arrangement have been made Sir I request you to depute a Sr. official to visit said area and make arrangement for daily sweeping of said road and kudda ghar Pease help and oblige us Harish Mudawal and other resident of locality M no. Two days back Dog died in Gomti Nagar, Vinay Khand, Lucknow. Due to which whole Area is stinking badly. It can be a big cause of developing Disease in Rainy season. Complain Registered yesterday in PGRS with docket No- 154848 and it is assigned to NSA ( [protected]) through Phone but no action taken yet. Plz look though this matter on priority basis as early as possible.

Sir, No regular water supply is available in my house no. 355/444 kha murautola alamnagar, near tikoniya park tubewell.After each personal phone to sri maurya ex.en. and sri tripathi j.e. valve of tubewell opened and water came in my residence.But very next day again valve set in previous position resulting no water to my residance.So please throtal valve in such a position so that I can get regular water supply.In other option an interconnection can be done in both pipe line near tubewell.Please do some perfect arrangment for regular water supply. Dear sir, I beg to draw your kind attention to the insanitary condition in ganesh ganj area near sony market. The sweeper and sweeper supervisor is very careless, because of his carelessness, drain remain choked. They give out foul, smell and mosquitoes. It is also harmful for health. It is therefore, request you to take appropriate steps against this serious problem. I hope you will be kind enough to look into the matter and get the place cleaned up as early as possible.

Please send some LDA officials to chitwapur bhuiyan vikas deep building opposite hotel kamal lucknow as lot of complaints has already been done for this type of illegal and unauthorised colonies. There is also one high court stay on the other building . But still this new builder is completing 5 floor plan in just 2000 square feet area. please help here

To Nagar ayukt Dear sir I want to draw ypur attentipn in santpurum chinhut area there has been no sweeping for past ten years.as there is perhaps no sweeper appointed to sweep roads and canals which have been choked nd giving extreme foul smell. Dear sir, The street light near house no. 3/373, Viramkhand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow on the main road connecting Dayal Paradise to Husseria chauraha is out of order for long. The exact street light pole location is M/S Dhruva Departmental Store. It is a known fact to all concerned that on this main road very heavy traffic moves round the clock. पिपरौली में ये सड़क पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो चुकी है. इसके लिए पिपरौली के लोग पिछले 8 से १० माहीने से लगातार नगर निगम में प्रार्थना पत्र दे रहे हैं लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है ३ बार नगर आयुक्त जी को भी प्रार्थना पत्र दिया लेकिन फिर भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई. सभी प्रार्थना पत्रो की रिसीविंग हमारे पास मौजूद है. लगभग २० से २५ दिन पहले दैनिक जागरण की टीम ने भी दौरा किया था. इतनी गर्मी होने के बावजूद भी सड़क पर पानी भरा रहता है फिर बारिश में तो बहुत ही बुरा हल होता है

सेवा में, आयुक्त दिनांक : जून 05, 2015 लखनऊ नगर निगम लखनऊ विषय : (1) निगम द्वारा विकसित पार्क का अतिक्रमण, अवैध कब्जा ( विध्यवाती वार्ड ) (2) रिहायसी भवन में अवैध स्कूल का संचालन, ( भवन संख्या K – 614, K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ ) महोदय, अपने इस पत्र के माध्यम से हम सभी इस क्षेत्र के निवासी आप का ध्यान अवैध रूप से विध्यवाती वार्ड ( कानपुर रोड, आशियाना ) स्थित सार्वजनिक पार्क मे अतिक्रमण और कब्जे व रिहायसी भवन मे चलने वाले स्कूल की तरफ दिलाना चाहते हैं I श्रीमानजी, मकान संख्या K – 614 एव K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ में अन्नपूर्णा सक्सेना ( पत्नी अमित सक्सेना, निवासी मकान संख्या K-1045, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ ) नाम की एक महिला द्वारा बच्चों का स्कूल ( RHYME and RHYTHM नाम से ) चलाया जा रहा है I यह स्कूल नर्सरी से क्लास आठ ( 8th ) तक के लिए है तथा जिसमे लगभग तीन सौ बच्चे पढ़ते है I जिनकी उम्र 4-12 वर्ष की है I आशियाना कॉलोनी एक रिहायसी क्षेत्र है और यह भवन K – 614 व K – 615 भी रिहायशी उपयोग के लिए ही लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण व लखनऊ नगर निगम द्वारा स्वीकृत है I इसके विपरीत नियम विरुद्ध इस भवन K – 614 व K – 615 में व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां संचालित की जा रही है I इन अवैध व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों में स्कूल का संचालन, संगीत प्रशिक्षण क्लास आदि शामिल है I इन्ही व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों के कारण इस रिहायसी क्षेत्र के निवासी शांति पूर्वक नहीं रह पा रहे हैं और मानसिक उत्पीडन सहने के लिए मजबूर है I व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों की वजह से लगातार होने वाला शोरगुल इस क्षेत्र के निवासियों खासकर बुजुर्गों और बीमार लोगो के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या है और उनके स्वास्थ को गंभीर खतरा है I इसके अतिरिक्त, इस स्कूल में लगातार वाहनो का आना जाना लगा रहता है जिससे आए दिन बच्चों और बुजुर्गों के साथ छोटी मोटी दुर्घटनाएँ होती रहती है और सभी निवासी असुरक्षित महसूस करते हैं I इस तरह की दुर्घटनाओं से क्षेत्र के निवासियों की जान को भी खतरा है I श्रीमानजी इसके अतिरिक़त इस महिला अन्नपूर्णा सक्सेना द्वारा अपराधी तत्वों की मदद से भवन संख्या K – 614 व K – 615 से मिले हुये निगम द्वारा विकसित एक सार्वजनिक सरकारी पार्क पर भी अवैध रूप से कब्जा किया गया है जिसे वह अपने भवन से मिलना चाहती है I यह पार्क नगर निगम द्वारा विकसित किया गया है किन्तु इस पार्क मे अतिक्रमण द्वारा कब्जा करके इसका उपयोग अवैध चलने वाले स्कूल द्वारा किया जा रहा है I इस महिला ने पार्क के गेटों पर लोहे के तार/ताले लगा कर पार्क का रास्ता अपने भवन K – 614 व K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी से दरवाजे लगा कर खोल दिया है जिसकी वजह से क्षेत्र के बच्चे इस पार्क में नहीं खेल सकते है तथा इस पार्क का प्रयोग केवल इस महिला द्वारा अपने स्कूल के लिए किया जा रहा है I यह दरवाजे भवन के मानचित्र के अनुसार नहीं है व अवैध रूप से पार्क पर कब्जा करने के लिए लगाए गए है I श्रीमानजी इस प्रकार सार्वजनिक संपत्ति पर अवैध रूप से कब्जा करना कानूनन अपराध है तथा इसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए I अतः श्रीमानजी से निवेदन है पार्क के गेटों के ताले / तार खुलवा कर तथा अवैध गेटों को बंद करवाकर सरकारी पार्क को सार्वजनिक रूप से क्षेत्र के बच्चों के खेलने व महिलाओं / बुजुर्गों के लिए सुनिश्चित करवाने की कृपा करें I पार्क में नगर निगम का बोर्ड लगाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए जिससे कि भविष्य में पार्क पर कब्जा एवं अतिक्रमण को रोका जा सके । महोदय, इस महिला की अवैध गतिविधियों की वजह से आस पास के निवासियों में डर फैला हुआ है और यहाँ रहने वाले बच्चे व महिलाएं भी भयभीत हैं I महोदय यह पार्क विध्यवातीवार्ड, आशियाना, कानपुर रोड के अंतर्गत आता है जिसपर कि स्कूल संचालक महिला द्वारा अतिक्रमण कर कब्जा किया गया है और पार्क को भवन से मिलाया जा रहा है I उपरोक्त विषय में महोदय से निवेदन है कि : (1) रिहायशी भवन K–614 व K–615 में नियम विरुद्ध अवैध रूप से चलने वाले स्कूल व अन्य व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों को बंद करवाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए I (2) रिहायसी भवन K–614 व K–615 से सरकारी पार्क मे खोले गए गेटों को बंद करवाया जाये तथा पार्क को सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए खोलना सुनिश्चित किया जाए I सरकारी पार्क में गेट खोलकर स्कूल द्वारा इसे अपने भवन K–614 व K–615 मे मिलाया गया है I पार्क में नगर निगम का बोर्ड लगाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए जिससे कि भविष्य में पार्क पर कब्जा एवं अतिक्रमण को रोका जा सके । कृपया आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें जिससे कि इस क्षेत्र के निवासी, महिलाएं व बुजुर्ग शांतिपूर्ण व सुरक्षित जीवन व्यतीत कर सकें I भवदीय निवासी K–597 से K–593/K–607 से K–613/ K–628 से K–616 व क्षेत्र के अन्य निवासी प्रतिलिपि : पुलिस सुपरिंटेंडेंट लखनऊ : सूचनार्थ एवम आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु I प्रतिलिपि : शहरी विकास विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन प्रतिलिपि : मेयर, लखनऊ शहर ( माननीय श्री दिनेश शर्मा जी )  

SIR, I M COMPLAINING YOU ABOUT CONDITION OF MY AREA THERE IS NO ROAD FACILITY, NO ELECTRICITY POLL, NO WATER SEWAGE FACILITY, STREET LIGHTS. IN MY KNOWLEDGE THERE HAD BEEN BUDGET PASSED TO MAKE ROADS AND ALL PROBLEMS MENTIONED ABOVE, BUT I DONT WHAT IS THE REASON BCOZ OF WHICH ROAD IS NOT PREPARED . PLS TAKE ACTION AGAINST APRROPRIATE AUTHORITY.
