सेवा में, आयुक्त दिनांक : जून 05, 2015 लखनऊ नगर निगम लखनऊ विषय : (1) निगम द्वारा विकसित पार्क का अतिक्रमण, अवैध कब्जा ( विध्यवाती वार्ड ) (2) रिहायसी भवन में अवैध स्कूल का संचालन, ( भवन संख्या K – 614, K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ ) महोदय, अपने इस पत्र के माध्यम से हम सभी इस क्षेत्र के निवासी आप का ध्यान अवैध रूप से विध्यवाती वार्ड ( कानपुर रोड, आशियाना ) स्थित सार्वजनिक पार्क मे अतिक्रमण और कब्जे व रिहायसी भवन मे चलने वाले स्कूल की तरफ दिलाना चाहते हैं I श्रीमानजी, मकान संख्या K – 614 एव K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ में अन्नपूर्णा सक्सेना ( पत्नी अमित सक्सेना, निवासी मकान संख्या K-1045, आशियाना कालोनी, लखनऊ ) नाम की एक महिला द्वारा बच्चों का स्कूल ( RHYME and RHYTHM नाम से ) चलाया जा रहा है I यह स्कूल नर्सरी से क्लास आठ( 8th ) तक के लिए है तथा जिसमे लगभग तीन सौ बच्चे पढ़ते है I जिनकी उम्र 4-12 वर्ष की है I आशियाना कॉलोनी एक रिहायसी क्षेत्र है और यह भवन K – 614 व K – 615 भी रिहायशी उपयोग के लिए ही लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण व लखनऊ नगर निगम द्वारा स्वीकृत है I इसके विपरीत नियम विरुद्ध इस भवन K – 614 व K – 615 में व्यावसायिक गतिविधियां संचालित की जा रही है I इन अवैध व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों में स्कूल का संचालन, संगीत प्रशिक्षण क्लास आदि शामिल है I इन्ही व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों के कारण इस रिहायसी क्षेत्र के निवासी शांति पूर्वक नहीं रह पा रहे हैं और मानसिक उत्पीडन सहने के लिए मजबूर है I व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों की वजह से लगातार होने वाला शोरगुल इस क्षेत्र के निवासियों खासकर बुजुर्गों और बीमार लोगो के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या है और उनके स्वास्थ को गंभीर खतरा है I इसके अतिरिक्त, इस स्कूल में लगातार वाहनो का आना जाना लगा रहता है जिससे आए दिन बच्चों और बुजुर्गों के साथ छोटी मोटी दुर्घटनाएँ होती रहती है और सभी निवासी असुरक्षित महसूस करते हैं I इस तरह की दुर्घटनाओं से क्षेत्र के निवासियों की जान को भी खतरा है I श्रीमानजी इसके अतिरिक़त इस महिला अन्नपूर्णा सक्सेना द्वारा अपराधी तत्वों की मदद से भवन संख्या K – 614 व K – 615 से मिले हुये निगम द्वारा विकसित एक सार्वजनिक सरकारी पार्क पर भी अवैध रूप से कब्जा किया गया है जिसे वह अपने भवन से मिलना चाहती है I यह पार्क नगर निगम द्वारा विकसित किया गया है किन्तु इस पार्क मे अतिक्रमण द्वारा कब्जा करके इसका उपयोग अवैध चलने वाले स्कूल द्वारा किया जा रहा है I इस महिला ने पार्क के गेटों पर लोहे के तार/ताले लगा कर पार्क का रास्ता अपने भवन K – 614 व K – 615, आशियाना कालोनी से दरवाजे लगा कर खोल दिया है जिसकी वजह से क्षेत्र के बच्चे इस पार्क में नहीं खेल सकते है तथा इस पार्क का प्रयोग केवल इस महिला द्वारा अपने स्कूल के लिए किया जा रहा है I यह दरवाजे भवन के मानचित्र के अनुसार नहीं है व अवैध रूप से पार्क पर कब्जा करने के लिए लगाए गए है I श्रीमानजी इस प्रकार सार्वजनिक संपत्ति पर अवैध रूप से कब्जा करना कानूनन अपराध है तथा इसके विरुद्ध नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए I अतः श्रीमानजी से निवेदन है पार्क के गेटों के ताले / तार खुलवा कर तथा अवैध गेटों को बंद करवाकर सरकारी पार्क को सार्वजनिक रूप से क्षेत्र के बच्चों के खेलने व महिलाओं / बुजुर्गों के लिए सुनिश्चित करवाने की कृपा करें I पार्क में नगर निगम का बोर्ड लगाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए जिससे कि भविष्य में पार्क पर कब्जा एवं अतिक्रमण को रोका जा सके । महोदय, इस महिला की अवैध गतिविधियों की वजह से आस पास के निवासियों में डर फैला हुआ है और यहाँ रहने वाले बच्चे व महिलाएं भी भयभीत हैं I महोदय यह पार्क विध्यवातीवार्�...⇄ आशियाना, कानपुर रोड के अंतर्गत आता है जिसपर कि स्कूल संचालक महिला द्वारा अतिक्रमण कर कब्जा किया गया है और पार्क को भवन से मिलाया जा रहा है I उपरोक्त विषय में महोदय से निवेदन है कि : (1) रिहायशी भवन K–614 व K–615 में नियम विरुद्ध अवैध रूप से चलने वाले स्कूल व अन्य व्यवसायिक गतिविधियों को बंद करवाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए I (2) रिहायसी भवन K–614 व K–615 से सरकारी पार्क मे खोले गए गेटों को बंद करवाया जाये तथा पार्क को सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए खोलना सुनिश्चित किया जाए I सरकारी पार्क में गेट खोलकर स्कूल द्वारा इसे अपने भवन K–614 व K–615 मे मिलाया गया है I पार्क में नगर निगम का बोर्ड लगाने की व्यवस्था कि जाए जिससे कि भविष्य में पार्क पर कब्जा एवं अतिक्रमण को रोका जा सके । कृपया आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें जिससे कि इस क्षेत्र के निवासी, महिलाएं व बुजुर्ग शांतिपूर्ण व सुरक्षित जीवन व्यतीत कर सकें I भवदीय निवासी K–597 से K–593/K–607 से K–613/ K–628 से K–616 व क्षेत्र के अन्य निवासी प्रतिलिपि : पुलिस सुपरिंटेंडेंà�...⇄ लखनऊ : सूचनार्थ एवम आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु I प्रतिलिपि : शहरी विकास विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश शासन प्रतिलिपि : मेयर, लखनऊ शहर ( माननीय श्री दिनेश शर्मा जी )  

SIR, I M COMPLAINING YOU ABOUT CONDITION OF MY AREA THERE IS NO ROAD FACILITY, NO ELECTRICITY POLL, NO WATER SEWAGE FACILITY, STREET LIGHTS. I live at 264 Eldeco Greens colony, it is located in front of the so-called Defence Land. It has become a regular feature to burn garbage in night which results a smoke all around, it is so foul smelling and unhealthy that I feel like vomiting and breathlessness. sir i have registered a complaint no 147005 on 23may 2015 and recd a message that my complaint has been registered and on 27 mr mansharam came to visit and he told me that will be done within 4 days but on 2 jun i recd a msg that work has been done but work has not been done. pls tell me latest on my complaint when it will be done?

I have made a complaint regarding non functional of street light and docket no.147502 provided through SMS on my mobile by Nagar Nigam Lucknow. Sir, I would like to draw your attention to our Vishal Khand-1, LDA Colony because of the street dogs which are sometimes violent to the poeple and start barking and crying every late night due to which poeple here are not comfortable while their resting hours as well as in day times. Women, senior citizens and children in the locality are most of the times horrified by the situations when these dogs start fighting. Also, there are around 8 to 10 dogs and this number is not small to tolerate. So, it is a kind request to you to look over this problem and solve it as soon as possible. Thanking you. it is to submit that complaints about cleaning of nala of small width, situated at Sector P in Aliganj area in Lucknow has been submitted over inter net and surprisingly complaint is resolved both times, with out cleaning both end terminal. It may be asked to complaint resolver that with out cleaaning of tail side, how the water will flow from middle part area. This needs attention of responsible person/ officer who can understand the situation before submitting resolved

Dear Sir, 1.Electric Light on Electric Pole no V J II /69 just in front of House no 2/129 vijay khand is completely covered by branches of MANGO TREES and there is no proper lighting on road. Branches of trees needs to cut in order to have proper lighting. 2. Road from House no 2/124 to 2/133 vijay khand is completely broken and needs immediate repair.

In this connection as your authority has not taken any proper action to till date so I am once again submitting my problems for your kind attention and necessary action. Sir, the construction of large Ramp in front of my house and in between the road has been done by the owner of H /No: S-522 and drainage has been damaged and blocked, but he is not accepting for further maintaining /repairing, one tree also has been cut down which was planted by ELDECO for natural environment . As per my Registry Map the road has been shown straight till the end. Due to construction of large Ramp in between the road, half front area of my house No S-523, has been covered by the owner of House No S-522 (South Side) and also he always parks his Four Wheeler Vehicle in front of my Gate. We are facing sewer chock problem since last one month. J.E. Dhani Ram is a worthless fellow. Who is in charge for cleaning sewer etc. I complained to Ward Member also 'Mr. Rakesh Singh for last 10 days but no solution made yet. Sewer is flowing in naali in front of our house. 22/339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345 are facing problem. Dear sir, A complaint as above was sent on 31/03/2015. Docket no. is 135435. Thankfully, it was attended on 06/04/2015. We, the happy residents were eager to profusely thank the sincere and citizen caring LMC. But perhaps unfortunately or due to some unnoticed snag/defect the perfectly running pole light near house no. 3/368 went off since 06/04/2015. The pole light near h. no. 3/372 did not come up lighting. The street light near h. no. 3/373 on the main road connecting Dayal Paradise to Huseria chauraha was not taken care off. Along with the pole lights near h. no.3/373 and 3/372, Viramkhand, Gomtinagar many other pole lights on this main road are out off order for long. Sir, LMC has been gracious enough to make the pole light near house no.3/374 start lighting. We are very- very thankful for the same. Hopefully, we request the LMC authorities to kindly get the compaints promptly attended.

Regarding construction of drain In Rajajipurm ward near skd junior school D- block please instruct to related junior engineer check gredient (slop) of drain. In present the drain construction is progress. my opinion the gradient of drain is not proper. After construction of drain its not work proper So it is for wastage of public money. I would like to bring to the notice of municipal authorities that Kachara (Garbage) has not yet been removed from the 1.Main road connecting Smriti Plaza chauraha to sector N-1 via Mahua tree. and 2.Main road connecting Vishwanath Academy to Petrol Pump in sector-N . This is causing lot of difficulty to students and other citizens of the area. Please look into the matter personally and arrange to remove garbage from these roads at the earliest.
