It has been more than 10 years since we have been living in this area and we have no pole or street light infront of our house.We have requested many times for a street light but no development till now.Our house is a lone house in the street next to forest area.The roads is completely dark at night and many people drink near the house in the dark

I am from Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. The Maurawan road or Kanpur Bypass road is in worst condition. There are so many slippery stones and cement particles spread all over the road. The road has big deep holes because of which many two wheelers get injured due to accidents on this road. There is huge risk while driving on this road specially during rains as the drains are not clear and it leads to clogged roads with huge pits.
Please look into the matter.

An employee of you organization cutting grass nearby vrindavan entrance couldnt control his equipment and broke my car glass and when i complained about it he misbehaved with me.Me being a lady bank officer this behaviour couldnt be tolerated.

Both children and youth can be harmed, so it is requested to Sir that sewer work should be done in our area at the earliest so that accidents can be avoided in the coming time. SUB: URGENT RETURN OF MY STREET-INDICATOR BOARD -- WITH ADVOCATE'S EMBLEM ON IT.

1) I am a 1971-War Veteran (in this year India is celebrating Golden Jubilee of that War), a Senior Citizen, Advocate-on-Record (Supreme Court of India) and a Sr. Journalist.
I was the Counsel for Dr Sahib Singh Verma (BJP's 1st Chief Minister, and now Late) in the FIR filed in J&K by PDP-Congress Government against Dr Verma & Shri Vinay Katiyar -- the said FIR became still-born; thereafter, at the request of Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee ji, I drafted the Legal Grounds for obtaining Bail for Rahul Mahajan (s/o Late Shri Pramod Mahajan) in the drugs case -- he not only got Bail, but the FIR against him also came a cropper (became still-born). Shri Narendra Modi ji & Shri Amit Shah ji invited me for Brain-Storming Meetings of BJP before the two General Elections and UP State Assembly Elections. I never took any Fees, Gift or Position for anything done by me for the BJP -- so that I remain under no personal obligation and, thus, remain free to follow my own independent Conscience in National & Societal matters.

2) The entire stretch of the road from Dayal Chowk to Husadia Chowk (especially the Viram Khand area) of Gomti Nagar (Lucknow) does not have a single 'street-indicator board'; consequently, one of my Visitors from Delhi reached Vibhuti Khand (instead of turning into Viram Khand-2) due to the said lack of street-indicator boards -- though it is the Duty of Nagar Nigam to provide such boards, yet at my own cost I installed one such board and added my name & Lawyers' Emblem to it; it is a sturdy metallic board measuring 3 feet x 1.25 feet, with white letters on a black background, and a 5 feet high stand -- on 3 sides it is shaped like the sides of a rectangle but on the 4th side it is shaped like an Arrow.

Yesterday, while visiting the nearby Temple, I found the said board missing -- upon enquiry from people who work nearby, I came to know that only my board has been removed by Lucknow Nagar Nigam WHEREAS the sign-boards of other Advocates are in-tact. Immediately, I went to Nagar Nigam's Office at Husadia and met Shri Rajendra Pal (TS) & Shri Ashish Kushwaha (RI) -- who were kind enough to share with me the information that it might be difficult to trace my own board in their godown, but they condescendingly offered to compensate me for the same by replacing it with someone else's similar-sized board as soon as the same will be removed from another place; this is like the local police telling a Lady whose daughter has been kidnapped that it may be difficult to trace her own daughter, but a replacement can be provided as soon as someone else's daughter is recovered from somewhere else!

My Mobile Number was also written on the reverse of the said board -- but the concerned staff of Nagar Nigam neither Notified me in writing nor by Voice-Call/ SMS/ WhatsApp BEFORE removing the said board. Moreso, there was gross discrimination against me in selectively removing the boards -- plz either remove all other Advocates' boards and face their combined wrath during the coming Assembly Elections, or return my said board asap. Or compensate me with the costs incurred by me on the said board -- which was more than Rs.3, 000.

Or else, I shall be forced to go to Hon'ble Supreme Court/ High Court -- in that case, many skeletons will come out from Nagar Nigam's closet, e.g. blatant contempt of Hon'ble Supreme Court by making Lucknow a safe haven for Bangladeshis who, in order to escape Detention Camps in Assam, are working as private Garbage-Collectors under the very nose of Lucknow Nagar Nigam (by doing so they even manage to obtain Aadhaar Cards), scandals in distribution of food-packets during Lockdowns, etc etc.

Request for complaint regarding cleaning of drains and roads. I am from Snehi Kunj Colony, Nizamuddin Pur, Picnic Spot Road, Near Nani ka Hotal, Indira Nagar, Lucknow

I want to inform you that our colony comes under Municipal Corporation and we are also paying house tax regularly but neither does the garbage picker drive by you in the cleaning campaign come to our colony, nor do your sweepers come to do the cleaning and this time even when he came to clean, he cleaned only a couple of houses in the beginning and returned and when I asked him the reason for this, he replied that he has received an order from his supervisor to clean up to this only.Only the supervisors kept by the municipal corporation are running the municipal corporation accordingly and the municipal corporation is collecting the tax from the public and paying the salary to the workmen like them.

There's an empty plot(3/222B, Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar) next to my house where labour class always dump garbage.The owner doesn't even bother to see his plot once a year.The plot has now become a big garbage dumping ground.It has now become very difficult for us to even breathe outside.

Living next to garbage dumping ground is very difficult.We have no info of the house owner otherwise we would have contacted him directly.

Please look into the matter and help us.

Few crime happens very near this area like 1.Attempt to murder by firing of a Doctor.
2.chain snatching many times.
3.despoilment by theft many times.
