I had travelled from UK to India on 31st December 2022. Lufthansa missed my baggage during transit in Germany and I was stuck in India till 3rd Jan without any of my things. Lufthansa seems like is going Bankrupt, they cannot afford staff salaries since they have no trained manpower to handle Customers. Was travelling from Newark to New Delhi via Munich transit, Flight cancellation happened at Munich, had to stand in line for 8 hours for new boarding pass, lounge closed at 10pm for Business Class travelers, no hotel vouchers, got stock there for 30 hours.
