Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — network problem and customer care behaviour | |||
Facing network problem from 2 days from date 8/05/2019 - till now in shyam vihar phase - 2, najafgarh mainly and other areas also. On 9/5/2019 was showing only emergency calls and no service all day. Today on 10/5/2019, i aditya singh called customer care from patel nagar area many times for complain registration, they put my call on hold after that they disconnect the call from there side. After many calls a person from customer care said we cannot write complain as our computers are not working. One customer care cut the call in between of my inquiries, i was talking kindly than i got that type of reply from her; she cut the call without consent of my problem that i am facing from 2 days. Please kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as my number is very important for me. I tried for port of my number but because of no balance message not gone for port. After that i tried to recharge my number from online apps phonepe, amazon, axis bank official app etc. But recharge is not successful. Take some actions if possible for all above.
