Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — urgent my dolphin not working since 48 hrs now

My dolphin no [protected] is not working since friday morning.
I have complaint about the same on friday night then again saturday morning then saturday afternoon.
There after i had to get up and go to mtnl office at prabhadevi. Where i was asked to changed the sim card. I did that on saturday afternoon 4 pm. Still my dolphin nber not working.
I tried to even select network manually, but it says that dolphin network is not available.
In the same phone i even tried to put my sons card of vodaphone and my daughter's card of jio that works. But after using dolphin now for so many years suddenly why dolphin not working.

I an not getting any help and support from mtnl to resolve the issue. I need urgent help.

I m facing acute network problem in r/ o my post paid dolphin connection. Even I m not able to receive OTP from my bank and it is creating problem in making payments through Debit card as I have registered my dolphin no. with my banks. Kindly solve the same urgently. I'm residing at Shakti Nagar, Delhi-7.
