This is a huge frustration we are not getting any reply from maitreya group and consumer forum team too about refund of money, we are in a huge loss and heavy load of home loan emi, i request maitreya group to return our money honestly.

This is so frustrating, frauds of such magnitude keep happening with inaction from all concerned authorities like the police and courts. What option is remaining with any body. There is then this doubt that the Maitreya Group could be enjoying some sort of political patronage. and the law enforcement authorities are hand in glove with them.

I don't see any action at all. I have invested Rs. 72000.00 and lost it all. It would only be fair if the government asks my lenders like credit card agencies, Car loan bank, Housing Loan Bank etc to waive-off Rs. 72000 x 2 = Rs. 144000 out of any outstanding loan I may have.

Why shouldn't I have any respite. What role do the local administration play in these kind of frauds. We don't know whom to ask any question.

Every month i paid 3 premium of rs 2100/- each. I paid almost for 3 years which values almost of 2, 25, 000/-.

Few months ago news flashed of scandal in maitreya group & after that i tried to reach their offices nearby the places but all the offices of the maitreya groups were closed. No one is answering the calls.

It made a huge fraud so to whom to ask about my invested money?...

My total investment in this scam is approximately 8 lakhs for which these ### promised me 4 acres of non agricultural plot.

This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical.

Kindly give the promised finished product or atleast give the money invested with interests.

Please help. All my policies matured on 30/03/2017.

There is simply no one to help, earlier there was tribunal for this. But since November, 2017 they have closed the tribunal too!
