I have purchased a policy from maitri suvarnsiddhi pvt. Ltd. Branch of bhawanipatana, dist-klalahandi, odisha pin-766012 of net value 64250/- on 27/02/2014. For a name harish chandra sahu, i have paid 22 installments of rs.33, 000. I have go to his office for paid 23rd installments but office not there than i have found his office but i cant see me i ask my agent they also tell me office not there in this place so ask where is the office he told me i don't know. Please suggest, and help me. Thank you.

Well, i know there are millions of people bluffed by this insurer. My case is quite stereotypical, but allegations are not over insurer but the agent. Native agent, jitendra sahebrao pawar from neighborhood village patonda, took policy of my dad, collected all premiums but never deposited with insurer! He used all that money all the way. When i started investigating things after maturity of policy, i came to know that this guy has bluffed hundreds of peoples around. This is clear case of fraud! Now he denies to pay any money back giving reasons maitreya group itself is bankrupt. Since he has not paid premiums it's not maitreya who owe money to us but his fraudulent agent who has deceived folks who trusted him and never asked for premium receipts.

I have starting 19/12/2011 investment in maitreya plotters & structures pvt ltd and maitri realtor & construction pvt. Ltd last few month this company vadodara office close so my deposit amount not received...

I have invested in maitri group on 5oct2013 my maturity date is 5oct2017 so i want my maturity money back. And as above the paper photo i have paid 3installements rs 12, 000 paid to boisar branch agent and now the branch is closed and where should i be inquiring about the same and submit my documents please help me out with the same. I bought maitreya plotters and structures policy in 2010 cert. No.[protected]. Maturity date of policy may 2015. But in feb 2015 maitreya shut downs their offices. I've paid all the installment regularly but now company is not giving my money back. Even not providing any information. Even hon. Court has ordered them to repay all customers money.

When i'll get my money back.?

My self dhanshri jagannath shinde my sister mrs. Sarika jagannath shinde having registration number[protected] plan for 6 year and maturity date is 16/10/2016. Maitreya group with honor have to return money. I had invested almost five lacs in maitreya group including my family members.

Almost 2 years are nearing completion for matured policy, and till maitreya group are not in position in returning our money.

I request maitreya group to return our money with honest.

Several times i / we complaint on maitreya group on consumer forum but no action is taken. Hope this time consumer forum will support us

But when i log in to http://web.maitreyaplotters.com/general_files/search.php website it shows the "no record found". Whereas its last installment date was 28/12/2016. I also have the proof of payment. About my another policy reg no[protected], its showing the relevant records. Kindly do the needful.

i am manisha wankhede a local agent. i had 300 to 350 clients in my village
who do not received there money eat, clients are harassing me for the repayment forcing to give there money by my self, the situations are so tense and intolerable . every day groups of people come to my house and make a big issue in the society .Regarding this the nasik clients had filled a complaint in police station, and the case was heard in the court, with inference of court the nasik people got the money back through the court, but other branches of the company are not responding regarding other people money. The seniors are also not responding regarding the repayment of the money. Now the clients are started harassing me and troubling for the repayment of money, my family members are supporting me in this situation and, my seniors because of whom i am in this situation are not responding me or nor my phone call. It seems like each branch people should go to court file a case to get the money, if you go to court you will get the money seems like this.
Thereby i request you please see into this case so we can get the money as soon as possible.

Maitreya Group — Repayments refund

Myself policy no.[protected] the policy plan has completed on october 2015. And the payment of rupees 1200 per year we had payed the annual payment till 6.5 year and 78 month as per policy rule and the period was completed on october 2015 but still the payment of policy is not refunded. So we are humble request that please take some action on company and clear my problem as fast as possible...
