Ganesh chauhan's daughter on march 2010 that time i have told him all the details of policy with his own wiliness he has shown his interest to start policy for 6 yr term of 11400 rupees per year installment. He has paid his 5 installment to maitreya plotters pvt. Ltd. Company with policy number is[protected] and he has get all receipts for the same form company. His date of maturity of policy is 08/03/2016, now he is asking me for money. What can i do please help me.
Even i told him to go for sarkarwada police station nashik maharastra. Which is taking care of this all activity.

Respected sir/madam,
I khemraj mandhare local level agent i have 15 clients under me. Maitreya plotters and structures pvt. Ltd (Which is now know as maitreya realtors and construction) and other maitri suvarnasiddhi pvt. Ltd, this both the companies belong to maitreya group only. The companies had promise to the clients that if the clients pay specific amount of money every month they will get money with interest, 2-3 years there was no problem regarding repayment of money, but from last 2 years the company is not repaying the money.
Regarding this the nasik clients had filled a complaint in police station, and the case was heard in the court, with inferrence of court the nasik people got the money back through the court, but other branches of the company are not responding regarding other people money. The seniors are also not responding regarding the repayment of the money. Now the clients are started harrasing me and troubling for the repayment of money, my family members are supporting me in this situation and, my seniors because of whom i am in this situation are not responding me or nor my phone call. It seems like each branch people should go to court file a case to get the money, if you go to court you will get the money seems like this.
Thereby i request you please see into this case so we can get the money as soon as possible.
