It is to draw for your kind attention and favourable action on 31st July 2023, I have visited in hospital Shalimar Bagh for Opd of Dr Chandra Shekhar but in the billing counter hospital executive swipe my card twice of 1400*2 =2800
When I asked him that transaction has been done twice he said it will reverse in two or three days but till time no update.
Please reverse the entry.

    I feel very sad while posting this comment that the service of Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh is decreasing day by day, earlier it was correct but probably no one is supervising, so this is the situation, now you have to make an appointment for billing as well. The number has to be started because there is an employee named Mr. Vaibhav in Max Hospital Those who sit at the billing counter doing their personal work, those who get the bill done...

    There is no response from MAX hospital.
    Still doctors are unable to diagnosis the cause of fever only they are doing investigation through their laboratory.

    I think they are doing the experiment on my cost.
    Max Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They just keep on looting patients. My uncle is also admitted there (max saket Delhi) Till now they are not able to diagnose and keep on doing tests and repeating them unnecessarily. He was kept in ICU and he was mistreated and even beaten there. When we ask doctor about him few doctors say they don’t know and others say they are waiting for the particular test and when that test comes then they say we will repeat. This is going on since a weak. Now even if we ignore all this but At least for paying so much money there should be some good services instead they are treating badly.
    This hospital is most expensive and most worst hospital in Delhi.

      I want to share the rediculous treatment going on in Max vaishali.

      On 27.06.23 we got twins after LSCS but they charged around 30% extra as per them this is a high risk surgery
      (This thing has not been told before)
      On 30th they discharged my wife with some medicine prescription.

      After a week my wife had fever so we consult with doctor Rini goyal gynaecologist. He advised some tests .we did reports found almost normal.

      On 12th july my wife fever went upto 103 then i informed to dr rini she advised us to get admitted in hospital teh on 13th july my wife again admitted in max vaishali hospital.
      They have done all the test ( malaria, thyphoid, dengue, ECG Doppler, CT scan, blood culture, urine culture ### swab etc.)
      On 14th my wife fever went upto 104 and my wife treatment has been shifted from dr rini (gynaecologist) to dr vandana (internal medicine) aa they think that this is not any gynaecologist issue. Already 5-6 doctors has visited divya but unable to diagnosis
      Then dr vandana told that they have found blood clot in arteries of lungs ( Pulmonary embolism) and start the treatment with blood thinner medicine
      On next day divya ( my wife) felt pain in Chest then they shifted her to ICU after spending 3 days in ICU they shifted her to normal room and discharged on 20th july and prescribed with two dose of amikacin 750 mg injection .

      but after 2 days divya again start having fever then on 24th july we visited Dr vandana in OPD .then she stopped antibiotics and prescribed normal medicine ( nurokind, CCM, MEFTAL etc).

      But divya again gave fever upto 101.8 then we visited max today in emergency they taken her into ICU and told that infection is still there

      I want to know the reason of following facts

      1. Why this kind of infection / blood clot shall not be taken CARE during or post LSCS in such a big hospital?

      2. Why they have discharged divya even they know infection can might reproduce?

      3. Why they stopped the antibiotics?

      4. Is max vaishali have incompetent doctors?

      5.I.am.thinking that something doctors has missed during LSCS and for the diagnosis i m paying

      More than a month in MAX hospital anyone can imagine the cost incurred

        Dear Madam/Sir,

        I would like to inform you that on[protected], I visited Max Hospital, Patparganj for Ultra Sound of my wife Vandana Yadav, Max ID:- shbg.227673. On entering the hospital I was not allowed to parking in the Free Parking Zone. There was sufficient space to park my car (RC No. 23BH6772D) but the parking zone employees forced me to move forward and demanded Rs. 50/-. I contacted Shri Sandeep, Employee Code:- B012938 who at first also tried to favor the parking employees but after much argument and when I told him that I will complain to higher authorities he instructed the parking zone employees to refund me Rs. 50/-.

        I again visited the hospital on[protected] where a similar thing happened and the parking employees blocked my way and refused to take my car keys in the free parking area. They were demanding Rs. 50/- in the pretext of valet parking. They even threatened me that they will hit my car with some other vehicle if I don’t give them Rs. 50/-. These employees are behaving as ‘GOONS’ and ‘THUGS’.

        I have to regularly visit Max Hospital, Patparganj as my wife is Pregnant. This type of behavior in such a reputable hospital is a matter of shame. It is also mentioned that if anything happens to my car in the complex of the hospital then the hospital administration will be responsible for it as the employees have already threatened to damage my car.

        In view of the above you are requested to take strong action against such employees so that public is not looted

          I rushed maxsmart saket on 3rd June 23 in the evening at about 8.30 PM into emergency for my Baby Anumita suffering from high fever.The Paediatric Dr. written various tests and sample has been collected by the emergency team at night about 9:40 PM. But when I approached there for an emergency certificate, the doctor denied it and also misbehave with me. I only requested to issue an emergency certificate which can depict that the test is done in emergency. It is necessary to get me reimbursed the amount.

          Please look into the issue and requesting you to get my query resolved.

            I was operated for Left TKR by Dr SKS Marya on 19.05.2023 and wheeled into BBS1 post surgery. I was assigned bed no.1 from where the Nurse Station is visible.
            Around midnight I heard the monitor beep continuously and saw that my saturation levels were hovering around 84-86 and aspiration levels were at 8. No nurse was available at the station. I rang the bell four times but no one responded. Finally a nurse came and gave me oxygen and bought my levels to 90-92. I told her that I was asthmatic and she responded that any reading staying below 90 was critical for me and may require my shift to the ICU.
            Despite the post operation trauma and dose of Alprax, I willed myself to keep awake and kept an eye on the monitor as I did not trust the nurses to respond in time if another emergency occurred.
            Around 4:30 AM my saturation and aspiration levels again dipped to 86 and 8-10. I felt uneasy and experienced severe pain in the chest. I felt that I was having a heart attack. The nurses were again missing from the station. I pressed the bell 4 or 5 times. Finally a nurse by the name Anusha came and gave me oxygen. I scolded her for not responding sooner and told her that I would report her to Dr Marya.
            She reported the conversation and returned with two doctors, one whom I recognised as part of Dr Marya’s team. The doctor who I did not recognise, and later learnt was named Gaurav Kumar, was extremely rude. He started shouting at me and flatly stated that he stood by his staff and disbelieved everything I said. In my agitated condition he refused to hear my side of the story and I had to tell him to leave lest I become more sick.
            At the Nurse Station I heard Dr Gaurav Kumar stating that he wanted to slap me.
            I kept this humiliation bottled up and told no one except my husband, a former Director General of Police, when he came to visit me in the forenoon. He advised me to make my complaint to Dr Marya or his team and that he would take this up with the Chairman of Max Group.
            The next day being Sunday, I told the entire sordid episode to Dr [censored]ij Kakar who advised me to lodge a formal complaint.
            Dr Gaurav Kumar is a slur on the medical profession and I request the sternest action be initiated against him. This may also be brought to the notice of the Medical Council.
            I was told to lodge my complaint to Dr Anjali Panchal, Patient Experience Department. I did, but she has brushed my complaint under the carpet.

              Today, there is an Agent Qasim who try to embarass and malign us when my wife and I came for ENT doctor over one suggestion that i said to one gal n lady belong to Uzbekistan about heart treatment .That gal has heart related issues so her mother asked about hospital i told about Medanta hospital .Upon this, Agent so furious tried to misbehave with us that we are misguiding people, further told us not to fool that gal n lady .He is shouting asking our name in Max Canteen n took pictures of me .He is arguing with my wife who is holding my baby that we are doing wrong and stopped talking to uzbek gal.
              After that when we are leaving for home, four guys stopped us from max asking to come inside near reception area i felt so bad and humiliated.Me and my wife tried to prove our point again to them they thought we are some outsiders duping people over money like others by suggesting that gal n lady(uzbekistan) about Medanta hospital.Whole crowd is seeing us .We came for my Infant Baby seeing Dr Mala ENT. Agent n Hospital are in business because of few sick people whole Max image get tarnished.I felt like never to go Max n help people over suggestion because of such bad liar agent.Beware of such Qasim and Patient guidance is precious and treatment that what i reccomend so i am not at fault they are trying to proved me there in front of crowd .

                I have paid Rs. 990 for doctor's consultation fee but it deducted twice from my bank account.

                From the last 2 months I am calling at Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh for refund but the Finance Department is so busy to refund the amount.

                So I would like to ask the finance department when they will be free so I can get my refund.

                Will I get the refund in this century or it will take more time.

                  Dear sir, my patient Himani Bansal was discharged from hospital yesterday and tpa processed claim in afternoon. A query was raised by insurance company and documents regarding treatment were asked to submit. We told tpa in Max to submit documents many times repeatedly till 7pm. They assured us at 7:15pm that documents have been sent and approval will come in 2 hours. After waiting till 11 pm I contacted customer care at manipal Cigna and I was shocked to hear from them that no documents were uploaded by tpa. In late night I called many times in tpa but they were out of service in night. In morning they uploaded documents required and claim was passed by company. Now tpa is asking for one day extra charges from us inspite of asking from insurance company which delay was caused due to their negligence. Moreover my daughter Himani is suffering mental disturbance here from last 24 hrs of discharge and not allowed to go home. Pls help us.

                    My mother being treated at Max super speciality hopsital; vaishali. Doctor advised medicines on 11th march'2023. But onset visit he stopped few medicine and I asked medicine counter for exchange. They said that they can exchange whole strip only. On another visit on 4th April, I went with old Bill and full straps of medicine for exchange. But shamelessly they refused to exchange. This is clear mentality of your staff and management to fool people. Why can't we exchange that taken from your hospital only. All medicnes are expensive and for long period. And stopped midway.Thanks for looting patients..

                      My patient was admitted in day care but Max hospital vaishali only cares about their money. Once the patient is admitted then they will show their true behavior, negligence long waiting ques. They kept my patients for 6 hrs fasting and when we went for MRI the doctor said you can eat biscuits...so even doctors don't know the actual procedure. Now for discharge also there is no body on billing counter and now patient is really tired and we are simply helpless. I suggest you all if you have any other option then please go there and always avoid this hospital. They only need money and nothing else.

                        मैक्स हॉस्पिटल पटपड़गंज - मेरे पिताजी 70 वर्ष के हैं उन्होंने डॉक्टर का अपॉइंटमेंट लिया और दिखाने के लिए गए हॉस्पिटल पहुंचने पर पता लगा कि डॉक्टर छुट्टी पर चले गए. मेरे पास कोई भी सूचना नहीं थी कि डॉक्टर आज उपलब्ध नहीं है मेरे पिताजी हार्ड पेशेंट है अस्थमा की दिक्कत है और पार्किंसन की भी इसके बावजूद मैक्स के स्टाफ और डॉक्टर की ओर से मुझे कोई भी सहायता नहीं मिली मैं एडमिन डिपार्टमेंट में गया लेकिन उन्होंने भी मेरे लिए कोई सहायता नहीं कि केवल माफी मांग सकता हूं शाम 6:00 बजे कैसे किसी अन्य हॉस्पिटल में ओपीडी उपलब्ध है फिर भी इन्होंने कह दिया कि आप उन्हें कहीं और दिखा सकते हैं क्योंकि आपका कोई पैनल है इसलिए मैं किसी डॉक्टर से आपकी सहायता के लिए दबाव नहीं डाल सकता तो मेरा एक्सपीरियंस मैक्स को लेकर बहुत बुरा रहा और मैं नहीं चाहूंगा की कोई अन्य इस प्रकार की समस्या जिले और इन पर विश्वास करें

                          I want to registered complaint regarding OPD billing section at MAX Saket east block. On feb 1, 2023 they moved the entire CGHS panel from their east block building to max smart Saket, New Delhi. I had a chemotherapy scheduled for feb 15th, they did not sent any communication of this change to my registers email address or mobile number. The day we came for routine test they charged us 3 times extra which was due to non CGHS rate without even informing that they are no more taking care of CGHS billing at east block. I would like to take strict action against them and want my amount to be adjusted as per CGHS rates only. Kindly look into the matter on priority.

                            I called max hospital dehradun for appointment since morning several times, no one responded for about 2hours I tried from different numbers, I myself is a Doctor working in a government hospital and am very sick, so I directly arrived at hospital and doctor is on leave, this is very disappointing, our time is as valuable as yours .

                              Rajesh Sood, Coordinator of Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva has been misleading us regarding charges of surgery by overinflating the bill and shouts at patient for questioning him. He called the patient cheapster and shouted at him multiple times. He has no clarity on his facts and keeps giving wrong information and upon questioning he calls it protocol and shouts at them. Please take action against this person as he has mentally harassed my patient for a month.

                                  We got our mother admitted to the hospital on the 23rd Dec 2022 in the evening.she was admitted to ICU for 2 days and last night she was not treated properly by the night staffstaff there in NEORU ICU Max Vaishali.
                                  She complaint about how she was ignored and was not given blankets and also a male staff spoke rudely with her. She seems to be in trauma because of that. As children we are really upset that despite keeping her in a so-called good hospital and spending a good amount of money this is how she is treated.
                                  We left our mother on your staff's trust and such ridiculous behavior isn't acceptable

                                  We will never come her again and nor recommend anyone. .
