MCent — not received any point

I referred two of my friends.. They downloaded the app and registered.. They are new users. They used this mcent browser app for 5 days. Now i am not getting my 40000 points.. I cant loose them.. Please do something about it.. I am very much disappointed with this kind of service.
Do something as soon as possible.. I want to have my recharge done quickly.. Help me with this please.. I request.. Plzzzz
