MCent — recharge not done with the reefer points earn

I am unable to recharge my number even after i have 576052 point's in my account. Sir, i earned this points from my very hard work of refer & surfing please sir help me if you blocked my account then kindly request from you sir, please sir unblock

Sir I want to use mcent browser but my jio number is not registering in mcent browser.. They say that my number is not valid but my number is valid so please slove this problem.. I m very thankful to u please sir solve this problem very soon.
