It is for the first time that i m ordered through meesho and such a bad experience. I have paid the money (224₹), but the order isn't placed. I want a refund

Amount deducted through gpay order not placed

I have purchased an item from Meesho. I placed a return request for the same on 27th June, 2021. The Ecom Express person called me to pick up the return package on 28th June, 2021. I handovered the package and he didn't provided any slip. On the same day, I received a message saying that I was unavailable to handover the package. I called and checked with the same number, but there is no response.

Payment has been detucted from my account but order is not placed. I have paid them twice . what should I do now??? 26 June 2021

I am a regular customer of Meesho shopping app, I had order 3 sarees on June 11, 2021 through Meesho app vide order no.[protected]. The was expected to be delivered by seller namely VAIDEHI GARMENTS on June 23, 2021.

On June 16, 2021, a packed was delivered having full details of our ordered product like no. of product, price of product which is 2, 043.00 Rs (By the delivery man named Prakash Chandra Verma, Mob:[protected].

After opening the said packet we found that we have been cheated as it only contained old, torned off 3 pieces sarees. We had contacted to the Meesho helpline number upon which they saught for label and pictures of the product which we provided them as required.

However, with respect to our complain no. 10350578 Meesho replied that this is not there concern and this order was not proccesed on there site also burdened us to deal with suplier and courier boy/company.

It clearly indicates lapses on Meesho app by providing customer sensitive data to the third party. If seller has not shipped this product how someone else can know the exact order details and exact amount .

In view of the above you are requested to seriously look into this case as it is seems to be cheating by Meesho hand in gloves with seller.

Hello i but the kitchen wooden cutlery set on 16th June 2021 and I paid through Google pay.. My amount is deducted but I haven't received the order nor the refund..so I want my money back.

I had order a men kurta from Meesho, whose payment was done through phone pe mode, the payment has been deducted from the account but the order is not completed.

Actully my denim jacket is ordered and th delivery date is 23/621 but it is not ddelivered...

I found after opening of parcel broken piece of wind chime.
21 june Monday I raise return request and next day on 22 June person came for pick up. he takes photo of damage parcel and he not ready to take parcel rerurn. he said you contact with company
When contacted meesho customer care, they says after 4 to 5 days we will send pick up boy
Plse sir, take firm action against this online harassment and provide me justice.

I have ordered two All in one Steamer/Vaporizer on dtd 12th May 2021 which was received on dated 16th May 2021but due both defective piece, I have returned the product one by one on dtd 17th May 2021 & 31st May 2021 respectively.

Cost of Rs. 255/- for one piece refund received on dtd 25th May 2021 which was pickup on dtd 17th May 2021 but another Piece amount of Rs. 255/- not yet received from Meesho which was returned on 31st may 2021

I am trying to follow up for refund of Rs. 255/- since last two weeks,
Meesho customer Care executive not given positive response & disconnect my call & not reply to my written complaint, mail dtd 12th june 2021 & I received complaint ticket ID no - #9587044

TIll today i have not yet received my refund not even any revert on my mail.

I am attaching herewith proof of delivery, bank statement of non receipt of refund amount of one piece Rs. 255/-

kindly requesting you to look into the matter & help me out to get the refund from Meesho.

I am regularly giving order to Meesho app. since 2018, I am very old customer by giving 76 order since 2018, but still Meesho giving very poor service to valuable customers like me.

I was ordered 3 dress order I'd 1.Order #[protected]rs230).Order #[protected] (rs 290)3.Order #[protected]rs450)and also I paid rs 1000 for 3 set of dress and I also received a message from meesho side to pay 1000rs for 3 set of dress, I was received damaged and also very cheap quality. inside the package, it contains only 2 defective products but I paid for 3dress, outside package also mention 3 dress but inside package contains only 2 defective...
