I made on online transaction on Meesho app.
Avenues India — Meesho (Online cloth shopping) order not placed but payment deducted via INB Avenues India Private Limited.
I paid Rs. 854/- towards an order using Meesho app on 18th April 2021. The payment was performed through SBI Net Banking and the amount was deducted to pay INB Avenues India Private Limited immediately.
However, after the transaction was completed, the Meesho order is not updated anywhere. On the Meesho order segment, there is no order updated. Thereafter, I called Meesho executive and talked to Ms. Swapna dated[protected], but she she did not accepted anything like this.
She told me, she cannot register your complaint since there is no order registered on Meesho. I explained that I made payment on Meesho app, and something goes wrong, i am not responsible for this situation. You should return back the money.
Unfortunately, no response to resolve this issue.
Please help.

Then order is placed aaur 2baar mere account se money debit hua hai to fashnear technologies private. When I am asking for refund they are not responding properly. Please check on this and refund my previous amount. I have bank statement too if needed will also share with you.
