      I ordered a dress from Meesho but it was not of correct size so i initiated return for that dress, after initiating return it was showing that return will be picked up within 3-4 days but after 3 days it is showing that return pickup has been rejected but nobody has come to pickup the return.

      Pls help.

          I have ordered today from Meesho a product worth 267 and I have already paid for it through UPI Payment method but no order confirmation has been sent till now .

            I had bought a set of bangles from Meesho Mobile App, on getting delivery I found that bangles are too tight fit. Hence immediately initiated return process, though the bangles got pick from my address but till date they have not refunded my money back into my bank account.

            Tried calling as well as emailing them but to no avail. Need my money back asap.

              The support team attending to seller complaints are clueless about handling complaints. Meesho is least concerned about the problems faced all they are concerned is they are getting fees from the seller one way or the other. I tried high lighting the issue to multiple executives from Meesho but looks like they are least concerned . List attached

              As no support is given by the seller support team I was forced to try to connect to few key individuals from Meesho. I have seen lot of communications about ethical behaviour mentioned by Meesho staff on public platform then how come queries from the seller is unattended. Appreciate someone getting in touch with me immediately as I am seeing a lot of irregularities in the way the Meesho team is handling seller queries.

                The application is not getting updated by the delivery status As delivered because of which I am
                Not able to return the product. I have paid cash to the delivery guy and have uploaded the image of the dress . However the customer support is not supportive at all

                      I have placed an order for dress 12th October, Order ID: [protected] with delivery 21st October 2021.
                      It was showing delivered in the app, however we haven't received the dress. After spoken to Customer care multiple times on a daily basis. But there was no revert.

                      Request your help in getting the refund on the material.

                            I had bought the sari on 11/10/2021 but as I got a different sari I returned the sari on 16/10/2021 and took the sari back from me on 17/10/2021 but still paid for the sari I did not return.
                            Also, when asked, they give vague answers and do not return the money.
                            However, I request you to return my money.

                                I have ordered two kurtis from meesho for 231 and 311 dated to 21st and 27th October 2021. I have paid the amount using Google pay. Amount has been deducted from my account but my order hasn't been placed. I have tried calling customer service but I haven't got any proper response. please do take the necessary action.

                                  I raised to refund for the designer gown after 4days of the product was delivered. 2 days have done by claiming refund. Still I didn't get any call or message to pick up the product and money refund. Please collect the product in the original condition and send my money back

                                    I have ordered the 5 mangalsutra but I have received 5 rings instead of mangalsutra.
                                    I have raised this compliant immediately when I found it is the wrong products received. This is pending since 27th July. I am continuously monitoring the emails and taking follow ups on calls but each call center executive gives moral assurity but not taken any action on this till date.

                                    It is a request to collect the wrong product received with the correct/all order numbers and refund 1400/- rupees to the registered mobile number [protected].

                                        I had initiated return for 2 items from Meesho. And the pickup was done on 19th October5:45pm of both items by Xpressbees executive along with another pickup request which was marked picked up but not other two. The executive didn't provide any return slip nor any message of successful pickup was sent to my registered mobile number. Next day the executive came again and asked for same items as I mentioned to him that it was picked up already yesterday. He marked it as picked up not done as shipment picked up by other courier which means the shipment was picked up already a day before. I contacted meesho 3 4 times and registered the complaint but no action as been taken as such. Their customer service is too bad. they make us wait for 20 mins every time we call. Meesho is asking for return pickup slip or sms but expressbees do not give any pickup slip. I want my refund to be done as soon as possible as already 10days have passed for this issue. There are two items worth 660rs and 407rs and it's a loss for me because I do not have the items nor the refund has been initiated. This is complete fraud from meesho and the pickup service.
                                        My product was picked up by xpressbees delevery boy on 22_10_203 at 2pm and 10days gone I don't get my refund they told show us pickup slip but xpressbees boy don't give me any slip according this pickup 10days I wait I don't get my refund fruad from messho 😡😡
