I requested refund from meesho over a product that I ordered. They gave me pick up date for it but their pickup man never came to receive it back. This process kept happening even after I reinitiated the process thrice. Due to their negligence and poor service quality, my return period also got over. I contacted them over this issue and they assured me as they are cancelling the pick up dates then they will give enough time for return. But now they overlooked the issue not even notifying me on any updates.

      I have ordered the combo leggings in meesho app and prepaid the amount of 390 rupees, they have not delivered the product but showing it as delivered. Please refund the amount or deliver the product.

        I have order for dress it's delivery date was on 20th October but still I didn't get my product and it's show the order was returned to supplier.. I didn't get the refund also

            I had requested the exchange of a product from Meesho which was picked up on 8th Oct 2021 and was supposed to be delivered by 20th Oct. However, the delivery was delayed by 3 days and still the product was not delivered yet. I received a message for product delivery on 22nd Oct, but it didn't happen. On 23rd Oct, I again received the product delivery message. On contacting the delivery agent named Arindam Mitra, he started behaving extremely rudely to me. He said he cannot tell the exact time when he will deliver the product nor he is sure whether he will deliver it today or not. He has no courtesy to talk to a woman and kept on boasting to complain about him to his manager as he doesn't care about it.

            On contacting Meesho, they said that they can neither take a complaint about the delivery executive nor confirm if the order will be delivered on 23rd Oct.
            This is a serious harrasment from Meesho and its a very bad experience for me. I never had such issues with other e-commerce sites.

            Need some action to be taken for such harrasment.

              I ordered saree worth of rs.275 on October 10, 2021 payment through online. The tracking ID was [protected]. The product not delivered to my address and I'm not even received any parcel. But meesho mailed the product has been delivered on 17, October 2021.i can't able to contact them. How can I get my product or get my money. Please do the needful and rectify the issue.

                  I had ordered a necklace set from Meesho on[protected].The money got deducted from my account but the order is not showing as placed. Kindly confirm order or refund the amount.

                      Order #[protected] was paid online by me and was supposed to be delivered at my address. The delivery kept getting delaying for almost a week and then they just marked the order as delivered whereas I have received no such package. Really disappointed in the service. I was really excited to use this app and it's services but looks like it isn't any good. I raised a complaint with the customer care of meesho as well. They said the complaint copy would be sent to my email id which again it didn't not happen . However I did note down the complaint number and that is[protected]. It's difficult to trace the package from the courier service as they do not provide the delivery person's details

                      I really hope this resolves soon . Either send me the product or refund the money.

                        Return request is rejected again and again I have ordered tote bag I recieved that on 14 Oct but this is different product totally than I order. that seller send me wrong product and now mesho is cheating with customers. How we trust on mesho I have lost my money. Also they cancelled my return req again and shadow fax currier service is also fraud they are not contactable plz take action against this as soon as possible

                          I've ordered a necklace from meesho of 133 price. seller name munmun's at 1:49 am and choose google pay as my payment option and my money is deducted but the seller didn't place my order please help how can I get my refund.
                          Meesho is a bad app i don't know where to find help as I've email meesho but they didn't respond.

                          There's no way you can talk to seller or anyone for help such a bad app.

                          I've attached my proof of payment and email that I've received. kindly take necessary action.

                              I ordered a shirt of rs 455 today. Payment has been made by me and amount is deducted but order is not placed. I checked it on MEESO app but it is not placed. I contact them but they not reply me. Please help me to get refund as soon as possible.

                                28 september 2021 I placed the order in meesho app as per my customer request . I choose payment mode online so i pay 569 rupees it after one day but my customers denied to purchase the product of the order id -#[protected] one piece product name is beautiful woolen dress for kid supplier kids villa .
                                but today date is 21 october 2021 meesho refund policy is (refund amount of 569 rupees is processed, it will reflect in your Card/bank account in 5-8 days. But after 23 days my refund not reflected in my bank account.
                                please, solve this complaint as soon as possible and refund my payment.
