I order a product on 6th of nov. It was showing to be delivered by 15th of nov. But now it is showing to be delivered by 17th of nov. I really don't understand why it takes too much time to deliver, every single time. I am very disappointed from your services.

We ordered 2 Qty, But received only 1 Qty.
When we placed for the return pickup, The return pickup person has come, he also agreed that only 1 Qty can fit it into the cover. But we received the refund for only 1 Qty.

When we called the customer care, they have taken the complaint and asked me to wait for couple of days. I waited for 1 week, then called customer care, then they are saying that "I received 2 Qty and returned 1 Qty".

My exchange product has not been delivered and I have complaint within 2 days after they have updated in their app the product was delivered. The costumer care support didn't register my complaint and I have came to know that after some days.

Meeso company has changed me and sand the item which I don't odder, this is fake company and the delivery boy miss bihave

I have raised return request for a product under shelf oraganiser since it was not fitting into my cupboard. The delivery person did not contact me and cancelled my return request . It was happening several times and when I contacted customer support they are telling so much of lies that the delivery boy will come in 72 hours for pickup but it's been more than a week they did not come for pick up

I am katravath Vijaya I have booked 1 saree from Meesho which was delivered by xpressbees. I paid amount Rs. 1435 in online but it was not reflected on time so delivery agent (delivery boy) took cash from me. Later that amount got debited from my account. So I paid twice for single product. I have complained multiple times but no proper response from Company. They already confirm this with delivery agent on call with meesho customer support they agreed that I have paid twice.

I checked Delhivery site it shows delivered successfully. But I didn’t received the same. I wrote both meesho and Delhivery no any response from both of them. What I can do to get my money back?

I am ordered saree from meesho on 25.10.2021 .the expected date is 6 Nov but yet order is not delivered...

I have initiated a return on Nov 2 (on the same day the item was delivered). On Nov 3rd I received a call regarding pickup but as I was unavailable on that day I asked them to pickup on the next day. On Nov 4th I received a call from delivery agent around 12:45 pm regarding pickup. I didn't receive any message related to pickup on that day. The item was handed over to him.Usually I get refund from Meesho within 3 days after pickup. But as I didn't receive the refund, I called Meesho customer care and inquired about the refund. They said that no pickup status is updated in their system and there is no proof that I have returned the item. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I have lost the money and product is also no more with me. I am attaching the details regarding the order, pickup cancelled message and the call details from the delivery agent.

I want my refund back which deducted my amount which placed any order but my amount is been erased which is worth rupees 658 from my bank account to fashion_planet account pls tell the company or merchant to refund my amount on given bank account which I linked to meesho app I placed the order on 10 nov at 11:16 on meesho app wht should do I now ppl tell the mercent or your company ki refund kre agar transaction approved hai or order failed hai sidhi si baat hai apko usko failed kro or amount wapis bej do
