I have booked a Lehenga from Meesho which was delivered to me on 9th November. On next day i placed a return pick up, because of quality issue. No one has come to pick up, but the pick up was rejected by xpressbees courier company saying Location issue, which i had no idea. Since 10th November till date I m calling Meesho customer care regarding status of pickup and everyday they are giving me a new date for pick up and they are not picking up the product. I am mentally getting harassed by the company's irresponsible.They give a fake promises and give times but issue is not getting resolved it's almost 10 Days I m following them I m really fed up.
So please help me in getting my refund... It will grateful to you
