Ordered a saree cost rs 523. Order was not placed but amount was debited from my account. I paid through gpay....

I had ordered a saree from Meesho 2 months ago which I found of very poor quality, so I returned it. It's now more than 50 days. They have not provided me refund till now. I have also called the company 20 to 30 times regarding that. But his executives are deferring the matter by speaking for 2 days and 4 days. I haven't got my refund yet....

My problem is "where is the product I ordered?" "Where is the payment I did already? ".This is the reason why most costumers doesn't opt for online payment. My order is done on sept 19 and it's a shirt which cost 340 so ya either fix the problem or refund my money. Thank you....

In sept 19 I have order a shirt cost Rs340 on Meesho. I opt for online payment. It's been a week now so I went to check in or track down my goods but the apps is showing that I didn't order anything and saying there is no payment too. Please fix this or refund the money....

I didn't get my refund money and margin from meesho. 568 Rs product is now returned to supplier they get that product but my refund is not inciated they says that my account is flagged so I don't get my refund amount and I don't get my margin too...
