It was on 23rd August, 2021. I placed an order for high heels (black) and selected upi option for payment. But, as the server was busy when I proceeded with the payment, I thought I'll go with cod option. The order got placed via cod and by then the amount was debited from my bank account ( which I tried in the first place to pay through upi). I then cancelled the order of cod. And called the customer support the next day in the morning (because the order was placed at night around 11 pm) . The customer support agent said that the money accidentally debited will be reflected in a couple of days, but it never showed till date. Its been more than 20 calls and 5 emails. The customer support asked me to send the screenshot of bank statement as well as the payment history i[censored]pi transaction. I emailed the same to them. And today, the date is October 8, 2021, till date there is no refund of money. The complaint has been filed but, the money has never been reflected in my bank account. I need my money back. They aren't responding at all. Every other person from customer says the same "am sorry for the inconveniences, the money will reflect in a couple of days". But, now am tired of calling the customer support and not getting my money Rs. 853/- back. I just hope atleast this complaint filing will help me in getting my money back. Please look into this issue and solve this for me.
