It was on 23rd August, 2021. I placed an order for high heels (black) and selected upi option for payment. But, as the server was busy when I proceeded with the payment, I thought I'll go with cod option. The order got placed via cod and by then the amount was debited from my bank account ( which I tried in the first place to pay through upi). I then cancelled the order of cod. And called the customer support the next day in the morning (because the order was placed at night around 11 pm) . The customer support agent said that the money accidentally debited will be reflected in a couple of days, but it never showed till date. Its been more than 20 calls and 5 emails. The customer support asked me to send the screenshot of bank statement as well as the payment history i[censored]pi transaction. I emailed the same to them. And today, the date is October 8, 2021, till date there is no refund of money. The complaint has been filed but, the money has never been reflected in my bank account. I need my money back. They aren't responding at all. Every other person from customer says the same "am sorry for the inconveniences, the money will reflect in a couple of days". But, now am tired of calling the customer support and not getting my money Rs. 853/- back. I just hope atleast this complaint filing will help me in getting my money back. Please look into this issue and solve this for me.

I placed an order for a tshirt and payed it through UPI. The money was deducted from my account but order was not placed.

I have placed a order for an inner on meesho app worth Rs 178 dated 8th October 2021. During the process order not placed but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have attached pictures of my account details. Kindly look into the matter and proceed with my refund.

Meesho has sent me totally wrong product and I initiated return pickup. No body picked up the product and cancelled my return request without my concsent. Customer care told me to reinitiate my return pickup and I have done the same. I paid 1700 for the saree and recived totally diff and cheap quality saree

I've ordered the shirt and paid online for it. Money got debited from the account but the order is not placed. Either I would like the order to be placed and confirmed or the amount i paid back.

I ordered an item from meesho, pre paid it and money have been deducted, but the app doesn't shows that i have placed an order and shows nothing for that particular order i made, i called meesho customer service and keep asking me the to order ID while the app can't even show the order i made. Where can i send screenshots of the payment and the app.

Yesterday I wanted to place an order at Meesho and money was deducted but order was not placed.. It's been 2 days Now I want my refund as soon as possible.

I tried to order earrings and rs 262 was also deducted from my account through UPI but the order was not placed. I also tried contacting their customer care which is really pathetic in response. They tried to evade my complaint and put me on hold for several minutes. I believe they are trying to pull a scam here as I have seen many similar complaints. Please help me refund my amount

I have ordered a top cost of 441/- from Meesho on 28 September 2021 by Google pay. The following order not placed but amount deducted from my account. I have contacted customer care also but still amount not refunded.
