I have placed an order for earing on Meesho code is (s[protected] of 362 rs my order is not being placed and the amount is being deducted from my account....

The order was delivered at my house but in the app it shows it is not. Plus, the order delivered isn't what i ordered. It is something else and i wish to exchange it asap. Kindly look into this matter...

I have already paid the amount for my order but it is not showing in the app...

I ordered an item from meesho, pre paid it and money have been deducted, but the app doesn't shows that i have placed an order and shows nothing for that particular order i made, i called meesho customer service and keep asking me the to order ID while the app can't even show the order i made. Where can i send screenshots of the payment and the app....

Yesterday I wanted to place an order at Meesho and money was deducted but order was not placed.. It's been 2 days Now I want my refund as soon as possible....

I tried to order earrings and rs 262 was also deducted from my account through UPI but the order was not placed. I also tried contacting their customer care which is really pathetic in response. They tried to evade my complaint and put me on hold for several minutes. I believe they are trying to pull a scam here as I have seen many similar complaints. Please help me refund my amount...

It looks like, they are scammers. Since, in their website they gave one contact number, and mentioned that, " they will only address the received products and no other issues will be resolved" (they wrote this matter on bottom of the page with small letters)...
