I ordered a cup my money was debited but I couldn't received my order...

Meesho has sent wrong product which is worth rs 2058 when we are trying to return product Meesho denying to accept that product was sent by them....

In the MEESHO app, I placed an order for one item. I placed order on Meesho ( R D metal work) on 17 th Aug as expected delivery was within 2 to 3 days. I did not received Product till date. Meesho not accepting Return as product has not been delivered yet. Meesho not accepting online complaints, their call center executives are not available on phone line. My money has wasted. I am going to stop purchasing from Meesho....

I was ordering a cake tin combo from Meesho and it was priced at Rs 248. However my order was not placed but my bank account was already credited. I tried calling on their number but there was no help. Please look into the matter and refund my money asap....

Order number #[protected], order placed on 28 th july 2021. I did not like the product so I returned the product through the meesho agent on aug 2 nd 2021. But did not recieve the refund till date. Regarding this issue i have called Meesho customer care multiple times. But then there were no actions taken....

I ordered product from meesho & return that back .they confirmed that they will transfer my money within 3 4 working days but it has been one month they haven't initiated my refund yet 🥺...

I ordered on 12th August 2021 and picked up completed on 19th August 2021 but amount not refunded yet.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue asap....

My money has been debited but no irder history shown and no payment is also showing in app ....

I ordered a teddy bear but didn't receive the order and the order was prepaid and the amount is not yet refunded...

All the parcels whichever I have returned i am not getting refund of single product, around 2000rs of mine is struck on meesho app, I called customer support 5-6 time for singled products even dropped mail to meesho with all bank transactions, none of the customer supportive was helpful, its more than 1 month, and even bank gave confirmation that they haven't received any amount from meesho. Kindly take this on priority...
