Today on 11/10/2021 for the first time I ordered online on meesho. product was a necklace of cost Rs.164. It is really grim, I need my refund.

      Today on 11.10.2021, for the first time I go for an online payment option. It is grim, money got dedicated and the order is not showing on my account.
      Please refund my amount, I had attached payment proof which I received form meesho.

          Dear team,

          Order I'd:[protected]

          I have order on meesho on 15th September received my order on 20th September
          Due to quality issue, on the same date I have Intiated return request which also approved
          On 22nd September my product picked up as per your system
          Till date my refund not intiated from your side
          I have paid through Phonpe wallet
          I have called many times in your customer care
          But they only said, "refund as soon as possible"
          But till date I haven't get back my money
          I have also registered complain on meesho 27th September

          Complain Number : 14877678

          I have also registered grievance with National consumer Helpline

          Grievance Number : 3007960

          I have attached all screenshots here,
          Please refer it and refund my money back

                                    I have placed a order then payed money via gpay amount debited no order has been created in meesho app so I have created the same with COD option, please help!

                                    They asked me to gpay some amount to another meesho account and tried to cheat again, I have no idea what they are doing to resolve the issue, my question is why they deducted my money 397 without even creating an order. Don't cheat people's hard earned money.
