I have ordered Traditional Gold Plated Bridal Set with Beads size-free size. Order id : #[protected]

Received completely damaged and fake product . Kindly find the attached pics and its completely different what we have ordered also while returning the product in meesho aap it showing your request has been cancelled, plz update original pics . ( i have recived completely different product how can i upload original)

Kindly help me to get the right product or refund my amount.

            Dear team,

            Order I'd:[protected]

            I have order on meesho on 15th September received my order on 20th September
            Due to quality issue, on the same date I have Intiated return request which also approved
            On 22nd September my product picked up as per your system
            Till date my refund not intiated from your side
            I have paid through Phonpe wallet
            I have called many times in your customer care
            But they only said, "refund as soon as possible"
            But till date I haven't get back my money
            I have also registered complain on meesho 27th September

            I have also registered grievance with National consumer Helpline

            Grievance Number : 3007960

            I have attached all screenshots here,
            Please refer it and refund my money back

                                      I have placed a order then payed money via gpay amount debited no order has been created in meesho app so I have created the same with COD option, please help!

                                      They asked me to gpay some amount to another meesho account and tried to cheat again, I have no idea what they are doing to resolve the issue, my question is why they deducted my money 397 without even creating an order. Don't cheat people's hard earned money.
