They have picked the item. And said refund will be processed and suddenly they blocked my account. I'm unable to access it. It's a scam company. Beware of it guys.

    Why the payment confirmation should be pending

    I have ordered two tops from meesho.I did my payment through online and money was deducted from my bank account but my order has not been confirmed yet..it is showing payment pending.. i cant understand what to do..give me my money back or process my order!!!

    I have ordered two men vest of rupees 160 on 23 September from meesho.After that i cancelled my order.I did my payment through online and money was deducted from my bank account but my order has not been confirmed yet..it is showing payment pending... we are unable to get payment confirmation from online. I cant understand what to do..give me my money back or process my order!!!

      Hello,
      I had ordered a Men's Wallet on 3rd, July 2022, but I did not get my product and when I was check the status on Meesho its show my product has been delivered. But I did not get my product.
      I was received a message shadowfax courier service agent who delevered my product mobile number is [protected].
      when I was called him they asked me please ordered another one from Meesho its misplaced somewhere.
      Meesho customer care also gives unresponsive answer that please ordered another one.
      I request to meesho team please resolve it and send my product to me asap

        I want to file complaint against Sub Order ID[protected]_1 which was placed on 15 march. But due to size issue i returned product on 1st April, 2022. Till now i have not received my refund amonut 307 Rs.
        I talked meesho customer care executive more that 20 times everytime they were telling that you will get refund in 3-4 days and now it is already 3 months gone and still refund not receive.
        It is very frustrating. Please resolve my issue.

          I ordered combo t shirt pack of two t shirts but i received only one t shirt in package. Product delivered to me on 24 june and i raise the complain on 1 july that time period is also in 7 day return/exchange policy of meesho. The compaint id is also received in mail from meesho. But till now, i do not received any refund notice. Kindly resolve the issue

              Return pickup is very bad. They can deliver products but can't pickup if we return it. It's not fair... It's should be stopped if can't pickup up...my return order is still pending... Don't buy from meesho product quantity also cheap and service is very vad

                Return pickup is very bad. They can deliver products but can't pickup if we return it. It's not fair... It's should be stopped if can't pickup up.

                  I tried placing an order for Rs 285/- on Meesho app paying from my Google Pay account. Money was deducted but no order related information showing up on Meesho. What’s going on? Is the order processed or refund be initiated. Please let me know. Attaching proof of my payment.

                      I placed an order of worth Rs.4443/- on Meesho on 4th July. I payed using google pay. My money got debuted and I also received confirmation mail from Meesho saying order confirmed. But when I opened app there was no order. I called their customer care but they said I haven’t placed any order. Please check attached screenshots. Kindly help on this.

                            We have been recieving a couple of calls saying they are calling from meesho and they said rightly told us what we had ordered - some clothes/ payjamas and that have won us a lucky draw and we won a tata safari. They further asked for identity documents and asked to send rs 3500 as registration fee tp get tata safari home delivered. They knew all the order details plus my wifes name and pur address etc and this can only be possible with Meesho selling or leaking our information. This are the numbers we got call from[protected]

                              I ordered a kurta set, but received smelly stained, damaged wrong product.
                              The order got delivered in 21st june, but the status in meesho app got updated on 24th june.I raised the return request on 21st june itself, but there was no update. I tried to reach to the customer care several times. And one of them suggested to cancel the return request and raise a fresh return request. Now they are saying as 7 days is over we cant process the return. I have paid 716 rs for this damaged product. I am shocked how can a well known seller deliver a product like this. Have a look into the pictures.
                              I want to complain on this issue and want my money back asap.

                                I ordered one product from meesho app on 28 May 2022. But till now I have not received the package. They are responsible for enquire the products are reached by the customer, but they don't enquire anybody. I also mailed so many times to meesho to register my complaint. But they didn't respond any mail till now. Very bad customer support.I also paid tge cash for my product. But they don't refund me.

                                  On 2nd July i was trying to place order but sum error came while doing online payment so my order was not placed and immediately my amt got debited so m trying so contact u ppl but m not getting ur email id nor ur contact no. On refund setting after putting complain in call back option m waiting for long time but still as on date i dint received a call frm ur side. I want my money to b refund asap. Amt was 833rs. So plz chck and refund back. And better put some contacts no or email so costumer can contact u ppl eaisly

                                    I ordered lehenga 29 June 2022. Meesho send me wrong product they send me some unstitched cloth and one short. I talked with meesho about product return. They said courier person pick up your courier and then amount deposited in your account. But shadowfax courier also not responding for pickup. Courier. Please help me to back my money

                                    hlo i ordered black gown with order no[protected] amount 1581 and file exchange due to some defect in cloth but we get tshirt in exchange after filed complain for refund with image and open video but my dress not picked by courier boy and they said they want image product so plz help me.

                                      Meesho online shopping Pvt lt Gift Scratch card scam

                                      I received Scratch and Win card claiming that i have won 12.5 lakhs. The scheme also ask for bank account details and also for deposit of 4% processing fee and government taxes etc to enable claim if the prize money.
