I have canceled a product on 25th July 2022 which was ordered from meesho on the same day but the refund amount of 157/- has not been credited to my account.

I am continuously contacting meesho help center but they are also not responding and not taking any action regarding this.

I request you to take some action and refund my money as soon as possible.

I tried to order a kurti from Meesho. Money was debited but order was not placed. I got a message saying refund was initiated. But it's been six months and no refund yet. I didn't get any response from meesho or razor pay despite sending a mail.

I m leaving India on Sunday please send it before that

I had ordered a product from Meesho for INR 1549/- but a wrong product was delivered. When I initiated exchange they did not send the new product to me. I again initiated refund and after complaining multiple times they refunded 15.49 of credit to me card.

It has been 6 months and I have been continuously following up with Meesho team but there is- no resolution from them.

Highly irritated and frustated due to this kind of service.

Delivery is no time. Delivery time is 3 August but today 5 August not deliver part.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 5th July requested for return on 7th July and pick up was done but the courier guy didn't give any slip since then have contacted Meesho ten times but they only raise complaint and no action is being taken stop fraud of people and return the money if product is reached to u

I returned an order on 27 July. It's been a already 10 days but no refund has been initiated. On account it showed that refund has proceeded but in my account there is no such transaction. Even asked in my bank No customer care no. Is given . Option is there for call me back but no response. Please look forward to it

I ordered on 24 July and it not delivered until 5aug and saying 09aug to delivered

On 25 July, I ordered 2 sets of clothes from meesho but due to long period of delivery time, I've to cancel the order, It's been 10 days but no refund is credited to my linked account and the call center of meesho says payment is initiated from our side from 3 days

Made payment for kurti combo but not showing in the Meesho app.

On 31st July I ordered a night suit from meesho through google pay. Payment page redirected to gpay and after UPI transaction the amount 305rs were deducted but when I went to meesho app it showed transaction failed. I went to the order history and there was no order placed. I immediately called meesho executive and he told me the amount will come back in 2days but its been 6 days no amount came. I also contacted HDFC bank just to ne ensured that its not the banking issue and they told me that payment already went to the merchant successfully. Hoping that I will get my money back.

I have ordered a dress in meesho and paid through online. I have cancelled the order. But still refund amount has not been credited to my account.

I book my order on 3 August and my order is not deliver on 3 August in this case I complaint against meesho please deliver my parcel on correct time your delivery is very late this is very wrong

In a product order of "Canon 70 ink Black" 4 nos, I received the wrong item " Atomization Disinfection". I raised a refund request at that moment itself. But for return, I accidentally selected 1 item in return and returned all the quantities I received. The return was picked up by Shadowfax Courier on 19th of July 2022. I ordered a product for my brother for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. The product is Heron Wills Genuine Leather Men accessories rakhi gift combo. I paid online of Rs. 481. The order was placed on 25th July 2022, sub order id[protected]_1. On 31st July 2022 I received a message about the delivery and called my brother to check whether he liked it or not but to my surprise, I was informed that the product was not delivered and he didn’t receive any call regarding the delivery. I raised a complaint by calling the customer care service and they informed me to wait for 4-5 days. My ticket ID : 39937890. I received an email after 3 days stating that the delivery partner has taken a signature during the delivery but the same was not shared with me. I have no clue how this issue will be solved and why didn’t the delivery partner ask for the OTP during delivery? There is no specification about the OTP at all. This is fraudulent. I demand the product to be delivered or would like to receive a refund for the same.

I have placed some orders with meesho on 22nd july and 27th july. But as my account verification got failed, no refunds has been issued to me for two products having order number[protected] for Rs. 609. An exchange of product request has been made for this product at the same price for the portal. Neither replaced product delivered nor refund has been issued. Kindly report the matter.
An product with order number[protected] having amount of Rs. 663 has neither been delivered nor refund has been issued.
Payment for both the products has been made online. My account is registered with this mobile number [protected].

Kindly take action against meesho, and tell them to issue me refund. They are not replying to my Twitter messages as well.

My account was deactivated today without any information. On calling many times at the customer care, it was brought to our notice that there has been breach of policy. However, no such breach has been done from our end. There were active orders in my account and I have no way to track the status of the order. Also, few orders delivered are incorrect and there is no way to return and exchange the order as the account is deactivated.
