I received some junk clothes when i ordered kurti in meesho. From 4th July i ve been contacting meesho customer care. But till now neither return picked up nor refund made.

Still nothing done. They are cheating customer....

After receiving the product the delivery person updated status as cancel return and I didn't get refund and meesho customer support is not responding for this complaint....

When cash on delivery the payment made by me two time because the Delivery boy not recieve the payment after paid 2 nd time it received...

My product delivered on 21st June 2022 but the status not updated on meesho i tried by raising complaint and calling to customer care no use of it
The issue not getting resolved and I want to return my product since they have delivered wrong size...

I am ordering 4 product by meesho app all products size and quality issues when I was returned all time rejected .also when call to customer care executive ask that they races complaint but no complain race and when return time over they said now we can't return your products . they missuse customer .and fake commitment.i have also recording executive...

They have picked the item. And said refund will be processed and suddenly they blocked my account. I'm unable to access it. It's a scam company. Beware of it guys....

Why the payment confirmation should be pending...

I had ordered a Men's Wallet on 3rd, July 2022, but I did not get my product and when I was check the status on Meesho its show my product has been delivered. But I did not get my product.
I was received a message shadowfax courier service agent who delevered my product mobile number is [protected].
when I was called him they asked me please ordered another one from Meesho its misplaced somewhere.

I want to file complaint against Sub Order ID[protected]_1 which was placed on 15 march. But due to size issue i returned product on 1st April, 2022. Till now i have not received my refund amonut 307 Rs.
I talked meesho customer care executive more that 20 times everytime they were telling that you will get refund in 3-4 days and now it is already 3 months gone and still refund not receive.
It is very frustrating. Please resolve...

I ordered combo t shirt pack of two t shirts but i received only one t shirt in package. Product delivered to me on 24 june and i raise the complain on 1 july that time period is also in 7 day return/exchange policy of meesho. The compaint id is also received in mail from meesho. But till now, i do not received any refund notice. Kindly resolve the issue...

Return pickup is very bad. They can deliver products but can't pickup if we return it. It's not fair... It's should be stopped if can't pickup up...my return order is still pending... Don't buy from meesho product quantity also cheap and service is very vad...

I tried placing an order for Rs 285/- on Meesho app paying from my Google Pay account. Money was deducted but no order related information showing up on Meesho. What’s going on? Is the order processed or refund be initiated. Please let me know. Attaching proof of my payment....

I was order 2psc jeans but receive qty 1 so i was return and mantion missing item
but they refund money 1 psc

that was fraud with me also pls check packing that fit for only 1 psc not 2 psc...

I placed an order of worth Rs.4443/- on Meesho on 4th July. I payed using google pay. My money got debuted and I also received confirmation mail from Meesho saying order confirmed. But when I opened app there was no order. I called their customer care but they said I haven’t placed any order. Please check attached screenshots. Kindly help on this....

We have been recieving a couple of calls saying they are calling from meesho and they said rightly told us what we had ordered - some clothes/ payjamas and that have won us a lucky draw and we won a tata safari. They further asked for identity documents and asked to send rs 3500 as registration fee tp get tata safari home delivered. They knew all the order details plus my wifes name and pur address etc and this can only be possible with Meesho...
