    I had order a package from meesho on 21st july, the estimated delivery date was 28th july, but the package came on 1st august. Because the delivery was late I returned it. Its been weeks after that but there is no response from meesho about when it will be picked up. The status of the product shows that return has been initiated, but no other update than that. The help lines are not calling as well, despite requesting for their call 10s of times.

        I received two unconsented orders from the meesho so i raised a complaint in meesho with complaint number:36648844
        By help of meesho it was successfully retuned on 24th july but from there on wards refund awaited :
        refund value: 1096 & 1120.

          Order number[protected] is return but refund is not received. Only missing product refund is received. After 2month return product refund is not received. I call multiple time but team is not any response. Total amount is 3870rs.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I ordered a bubble toy gun from meesho. I received this product at 31st July but I received a faulty product as it is not working. I've initiated a exchange request on same day. But now company is saying that "pickup address is not serviceable by our courier partner". When company can deliver product that why can not be picked up. So I request you kindly look into this. I will be very thankful to you.

                I have canceled a product on 25th July 2022 which was ordered from meesho on the same day but the refund amount of 157/- has not been credited to my account.

                I am continuously contacting meesho help center but they are also not responding and not taking any action regarding this.

                I request you to take some action and refund my money as soon as possible.

                  I tried to order a kurti from Meesho. Money was debited but order was not placed. I got a message saying refund was initiated. But it's been six months and no refund yet. I didn't get any response from meesho or razor pay despite sending a mail.

                      I had ordered a product from Meesho for INR 1549/- but a wrong product was delivered. When I initiated exchange they did not send the new product to me. I again initiated refund and after complaining multiple times they refunded 15.49 of credit to me card.

                      It has been 6 months and I have been continuously following up with Meesho team but there is- no resolution from them.

                      Highly irritated and frustated due to this kind of service.

                            I returned an order on 27 July. It's been a already 10 days but no refund has been initiated. On account it showed that refund has proceeded but in my account there is no such transaction. Even asked in my bank No customer care no. Is given . Option is there for call me back but no response. Please look forward to it

                                  On 25 July, I ordered 2 sets of clothes from meesho but due to long period of delivery time, I've to cancel the order, It's been 10 days but no refund is credited to my linked account and the call center of meesho says payment is initiated from our side from 3 days

                                      On 31st July I ordered a night suit from meesho through google pay. Payment page redirected to gpay and after UPI transaction the amount 305rs were deducted but when I went to meesho app it showed transaction failed. I went to the order history and there was no order placed. I immediately called meesho executive and he told me the amount will come back in 2days but its been 6 days no amount came. I also contacted HDFC bank just to ne ensured that its not the banking issue and they told me that payment already went to the merchant successfully. Hoping that I will get my money back.
