I order steel plates of 6 but I got only 4 since 10 days am faking u for return pickup and the delivery is getting cancelled bcz of its non qc product the delivery agent is telling us to remove pictures from pickup and u guys are not doing it at facing this issue and u r customer care people are worst they don’t connect to there higher authorities u r wasting our time and u won’t refund us also worst app I need my prblm to be solved immediately

        My name is Asif Siddiqui. my order no Sub Order ID[protected]_1 is missing, I didn't receive this item and other two item which was sent along with this. AWB no [protected]. Ecom agent has delivered me one product on 17/07 at 12:37pm instead of four products and he has asked to provide OTP. I have shared OTP but he has given me only one product plz check was it by mistake or it has done intentionally.

          Hi mesho, my complain is that i have ordered a DSLR camera and I received two old dirty saree...I initiate return and after that the delivery partner did not accept return, he said first I have verified the product as same as shown in order photo. After that he cancel my return pickup and said quality chek not verified... Today i reinitate return please mark Non quality chek pickup to the delivery company so that my product can return easily without any problem... Thanku

          So many fake supplier are available on mesho...its totally fraud on both side a mesho and a supplier... They do not verify the product before dispatch... a fashion clothes supplier sell camera, is it possible?? If i didn't get full refund than i have to fill a FIR against fraud mesho and a legal court action on both mesho and supplier...I have a proff like videos and photo also...

            I orderd on 19th July 2022 and paid amount 236/- via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
            But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
            I contacted the customer care but they didn't solved my isssue.
            I need to get refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                I Ordered Boat earbuds
                And the buds are delivered on 21st June
                But still 22 July status on app not updated
                I complaint more than 10 times but they are not updating the status of product as delivered
                Due to this I unable to return the product as the product not marked delivery so they are saying they cannot arrange a return request
                I Complaint more than 10 times they are just saying wait for 24-48 hours but not doing anything more than 1 month passed they are not updated.
                Or arrange a return request so I can return the product
                Please help me to sort out this issue
                So I can claim my refund

                    Hi,
                    I placed and order on 16th of July which was delivered on 20th lf July and the quality of the product is pathetic... It smaller than ever, even a child could barely get into it!
                    And I initiated a return and refund after which the delivery person was supposed to pick up the order.
                    And all of sudden I received a notification stating the area is unserviceable, after few hours of the notification being received again I get a call from the same delivery partner stating we have ur another product when can we come to deliver! And that's ridiculous ppl can come and deliver the order but can't pick it up? And i tried resolving it with them but they ask me to send the parcel on my own... Like seriously?

                      Refund Amount Process

                      Meesho has provided worst product, if consumer has returned the product and request for refund. The consumer has made around 10 calls per order to get their refund. Meesho states that refund will be done in 5 to 8 working days. If refund is not done from Meesho side, they requested for consumer bank statement. After getting the bank statement from the consumer, meesho asked for 8 to 10 more days to refund.

                      I ordered two products and i didn't received them but status on app was updated as delivered. I raised complaint on 4 July in their customer service but Aman their associate raised complaint only for one, but on call he said he has raised for both. Later I talked to sakshi and told about the same thing, she disconnected the call. For one product I was to get refund on 19 july but still haven't got refund. I m calling them again n again and telling them the whole story again but their associates are dumb. On call they say they have sent mail but i have not received.

                        I had ordered a 45 watt samsung charger from meesho and it turned out to be fake. I contacted the mesho call center for the contact details of the supplier as the invoice he had provided had a GST number on it but it did not match with the firm name registered on the official GST portal, but the call center straight away denied support. I asked to speak to a manager but was kept on hold for several minutes and then they hung up the call.

                            I had placed return order 2 weeks back and still no one has picked up my order. I had called the service centre many times and every time they said that they will come tomorrow to pick up the order . When I called today the service center personnel said that we can't pickup your order because of my location, I am living in an urban area still they denied to pick up my order, even though I had placed a return request. Now meesho is forcing me to currier the product to Delhi. I am living 2380kms away from Delhi... How am I supposed to currier it? It will cost double the amount of the product I am returning to currier it from here.
                            So DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FRAUD APP MEESHO.. NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN FROM MEESHO.. BETTER SHUTDOWN YOUR APP.. USELESS FRAUD APP.

                                I was received my product on 28/06/2022, i find its defected/broken, on this day i rise a request for return, company send biker pickupboy 5 times but and they refused to pickup the product for heavy weight, and they canceled the return request, after 7 days meesho say that 'we can't return your product, because we have 7 days return policy and you over your time period', but its not my fault, they can't pickup my product. On this day 20/07/2022, they can;t pickup my product.

                                    I was a worst experience with meesho and they demotivate me as a seller.
                                    1) they give random delivery partner and i complaint more than 20 times but they doesn't resolve my issue, their executive reply without reading our concern and they did no call me back.
                                    2) my every xpressbess products never get delivered to my customer, i get 100 perc rto without opening. and intresting fact that i didn't get my rto products and they delivered without otp to another firm.
                                    3) wrong gst bill also, in Andhrapradesh wrong rto cost give.
                                    4) wrong ad cost, i paid last month all ad cost and my all ad cost clear but by their mistake their ad cost as positive and all sell amount as negative and they took wrong ad cost with adding gst on that and intresting that they give 503 ad cost to me as i explain positive sign but they took my sell cost -1900₹ to me and i got next day mail that we wrongly give you 503₹ so we took back as 805₹ extra with gst.
                                    5) support issue, i msg to them more than 40-50 times but they repeat same ans without reading my concern.
                                    6) i put my all products stock out and they put order and cancel take charges on that.

                                      My friend did a order of curtain 3 sets quantity 9 from his Meesho account for me to deliver to my address, but when the order reached and after we opened there was only one completely different curtain. Then, we requested return and refund from my friend’s account. Our request also approved but no refund till now.. Please help !!! We lost our Rs 2199
