I ordered a product for my brother for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. The product is Heron Wills Genuine Leather Men accessories rakhi gift combo. I paid online of Rs. 481. The order was placed on 25th July 2022, sub order id[protected]_1. On 31st July 2022 I received a message about the delivery and called my brother to check whether he liked it or not but to my surprise, I was informed that the product was not delivered and he didn’t receive any call regarding the delivery. I raised a complaint by calling the customer care service and they informed me to wait for 4-5 days. My ticket ID : 39937890. I received an email after 3 days stating that the delivery partner has taken a signature during the delivery but the same was not shared with me. I have no clue how this issue will be solved and why didn’t the delivery partner ask for the OTP during delivery? There is no specification about the OTP at all. This is fraudulent. I demand the product to be delivered or would like to receive a refund for the same.

I have placed some orders with meesho on 22nd july and 27th july. But as my account verification got failed, no refunds has been issued to me for two products having order number[protected] for Rs. 609. An exchange of product request has been made for this product at the same price for the portal. Neither replaced product delivered nor refund has been issued. Kindly report the matter.
An product with order number[protected] having amount of Rs. 663 has neither been delivered nor refund has been issued.
Payment for both the products has been made online. My account is registered with this mobile number [protected].

Kindly take action against meesho, and tell them to issue me refund. They are not replying to my Twitter messages as well.

My account was deactivated today without any information. On calling many times at the customer care, it was brought to our notice that there has been breach of policy. However, no such breach has been done from our end. There were active orders in my account and I have no way to track the status of the order. Also, few orders delivered are incorrect and there is no way to return and exchange the order as the account is deactivated.

I bought clock for the amount of Rs. 323 on 3rd May, 2022. I received it but it was defected piece.

I placed return request, based on that i hand over the product to the delivery person on 10th May 2022. Again, on 11th May, 2022 one person came and asked for the product from the shadowfax.

I told some person took it yesterday itself, he said ok for that. Post that i called customer care number several times to reverse the charges no use.

Worst customer service in meesho. I didn't get my money back.

So complaint raised then the otp has come for order. but the delivery boy took the otp but he didn’t deliver the product after that he is not even picking the call. Delivery boy called from [protected]. Very disappointed. We believe the person u send then do such kind of thing not acceptable.

I have not placed any order on meesho but received a product today which my watchman received because the adress was mine.

I made a payment of 738 Rs. on meesho for 2 products. My money got deducted from net banking but i cannot see any order placed in the app on my profile (my orders). The support number is no longer active. There is no customer support number available on app now. I need the money refunded.

I have been a reseller/customer of Meesho from past few years. Recently had placed orders for few products for personal use which got delivered yesterday. When I realized that there were quality as well as sizing issues, I tried to place a Return/Exchange request since they have a seven day return policy. I have ordered a doremon study table order no[protected], it was delivered but it was damaged so I returned your courier partner Shadowfax picked up the product and after picking up Shadowfax lost the product. I have not got my refund yet.
Kindly refund my money.

We received the product on[protected]. And received garbage inside your delivery.I am unable to understand that Why meesho is doing this kind of work and cheating with their customers. And then you talk about trust how can we trust on meesho for future orders??..
And in the online market why meesho is not checking these kind of suppliers who send garbage / disposals inside the parcel. Also When you see your competitors like Amazon Flipkart they have fully authorised and good suppliers so how can customers shop from meesho ?????

Please refund our money as fast as possible.And ensure that this kind of cheating is not done with any of your customers.

There is only a damaged garbage cloth which was sent instead of the ordered gown. Meesho should verify the suppliers before doing such frauds with customers. Please refund my amount at the earliest. Please never buy products from Meesho. Terrible experience. After multiple calls with Meesho support they have not done anything. They have been saying that they have checked the weight of the garbage cloth so won't provide refund. Meesho is just a fooling app. Never do a mistake of buying anything on Meesho. Just saw review of the product in Meesho app and it has 11 reviews and all of them have been given only a garbage cloth

Order No[protected]. on 4 July my order placed, received that product 12 July. I'm not comfortable with this size then I was exchange placed. But till date not received my exchange product. so many times I called up meesho customer care number but they are not resolved that query. And also pickup boy not update that details about received product. I want my product either money back.

Order number[protected] is return but refund is not received. Only missing product refund is received. After 1 month 15 days return product refund is not received. I call multiple time but team is not any response.

I've ordered a Water sipper bottle and Bag set on 23rd July 2022 and paid amount via Google pay. and debited money from my account. and also i got confirmation mail from Meesho regarding the successful payment transaction.
But when I open the meesho app, order is not placed and I lost my money too.
I placed this order to gift my friend on her Birthday, now order is missing and it could not get deliver on time. This is very disappointing
I need to get this issue resolved. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

I have order a T-shirt in meesho but it's almost 2 Month I haven't received my order. I have called to the help center they have confirm me that they will refund my money but till now no refund have been made

I received the product though i had to pay three times more the market price, but the quality wass so terrible, the black isn’t even black it seems very old and has holes in it, and when i try to return the product, my return report does not get submitted
