    We got a phone call from meesho company and he tell us i am the lucky draw winner (second prize amount of 6laksh), then give a link then he said to check the winning prize.i will check. w send to the help line# they ask to pay first pay3500 (paid)for registration and later 12400(paid)for GSt and later 36000(no paid)for RBI and they send us a [censored] letters to us and they send us message in that the money of 6'laksh credited you account within 10 minutes (payments are paid, ) then your money will release in your account. But there is no money is credited.please help me my money.

      Hello i am frequent ordering customer of meesho

      I am facing extreme problems recently

      I had returned my 3 orders which were picked successfully by courier partner, but didn't get refund of same and its been almost 3 days, even placed complaint by no solution yet

      And bigger blunder is one of my order is i had ordered 5 items from m/s sneha fashion supplier and out of 5 i received only 1 item so ultimately i should get refund of all 4 missing items but technical team did wrong calculations

      Sub Order ID[protected]_3 missing
      Sub Order ID[protected]_4 missing
      Sub Order ID[protected]_5 only received

      I should get refund of 1409 for all 4 missing products above

        I have purchased two bangles at Rs 295 after I received it's size not perfect for my hand so I returned it on 15 April 2022 but I did not get my refund amount it's 56 days around passed. Please look at my complain and solve it as soon as possible . Thank you

        It's to late around 20 times I contact meesho customer care they always told me that I get my money soon but it's to late O did not get any money.

            I had placed an order for resale through Meesho for ₹1100, . Product was delivered on 28th of may and the delivery boy charged ₹1200 from final customer (₹100 as delivery charge but it was free delivery ).
            After delivering the product he marked the product as cancelled and Meesho denied crediting margin of ₹472 to my account. They are asked for product photo and label on the packaging as proof of delivery which I send, I shared the payment screenshot too but they are not resolving the issue and saying it is returned to origin.

                I have ordered * a saree by paying 693/- online" from Meesho App on 27th May 2022. Firstly it should be delivered on 7th Jun but didn't receive any product. So i reach out to its customer care regarding the issue but they are saying we don't know where is your parcel and saying to wait for 48hrs more... Today is 15th Jun till now my parcel not delivered nor issue resolved. I said to cancel my order and refund the amount but they are not doing. My money is blocked. please do the needful ASAP.

                      I ordered a cotton printed Kurti from Meesho Order Id:[protected]_1 on 3rd may 2022. After receiving the product, I initiated the exchange because of its small size.
                      Even the pick up was done by next day but my exchanged product never reached me till now nor they refunded my money.
                      I have been contacting their customer service since then and every time they told that your refund has been initiated and wait for next 15 days. But everytime 15 days passes but I don't get my refund.

                      Meesho App shows that exchange is in process from last 2 months but never happened. Such a pathetic experience with Meesho app. never gonna order anything and does not recommend to anyone. Their executives are just throwing excuses. they asked for my statement and I provided that too.Even then their is no response from their side.

                          Myself bhagayashri patole contact no [protected] purchase raincoat but due to quality issue i will exchange but again product quality not good now we return product on my own changes product received by meshu agent no of times mail & call done with mesho regarding payment and courier charges but as & when we get call from meesho customer care we need to start conversion from starting to end agin & agin when we get call also courier copy also mail to customer care but we didn't get our payment and courier charges from MEESHO.

                          Now the matter is like meesho harres to us on an extreme level if i do not get money in the next 2 days so i make a complaint in consumer court with allo recording & mail.

                            I have ordered a product (Xtenso loreal shampoo and Mask) via a meesho which I found as a fake product. I received this product on 5th June and I used the product on 7th day when i found it fake as i used original also and I was trying to place a return request on that day but due to technical reasons, i could not make it.
                            I called customer care next day and they were unable to help me. I understand it should be returned within 7 days. However, A fake product with the name of a renowned company with the same packing and sealing is against a consumer's rights and a fraud.
                            I would like to complain against that seller, for selling a fake product which was supposed to be consumed on the body which could harm and cause a serious issue and against meesho who are supporting such sellers.

                            Request you to do the needful and return my product with a refund and block such sellers.

                              I order a smart watch through Meesho, with prchase order number[protected], invoice date[protected], Rs 1687. But I received two bricks instead of Smart watch. I called their customer care number more than ten times, but they are not giving me proper answer. I needed cash return back or product as mentioned in purchase invoice order.

                                Ordered product from meesho. Raised return request on the same day of delivery since product was damaged. Shadowfax delivery boy picked up the product and didn't update the same. I have call recording of the same. The status is still shown as product not picked from my end. Meesho isn't investigating with Shadowfax and straightaway denied my refund.

                                    I have ordered a red saree with order id[protected] on 24 may worth rs 606 by cash on delivery mode and the delivery of that product was successful but on the next day I have received a product by meesho which was not ordered by me with same order id[protected] .as I was not at home at that moment, my sister received the product and again pay rs 606 and product in that parcel was completely different as I thought that company has by mistake delivery red saree twice.later on I was found that the invoice of 2nd product was photocopy of first bill.
                                    I am unable to return it as it is not showing in my order history...many times I have to tried to call tha executive of company but no satisfactory reply given...kindly solve my issue...

                                      I purchased 3 san disk 128 gb micro sd memory cards in which i received only 2. But, for 1 i was provided refund. After using 2 which i received. 1 was giving me problem as it was corrupted and i called san disk while providing them the card make and model number which they later confirmed the card was vague and its not original. ###. I called back to MEESHO and they told me that they can't do anything because i would have called them within seven days. I called them 2 days past 7 days. Wow.What a service.
