    I’ve to return the order as the footwear and too noisy. I lodged a return request 10 days back, ticket number was allotted to me and I was assured that executives would be Fontaine me soon but so far I’ve got no revert. Moreover no one is replying to the mails I’m sending.
    Metro Shoes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I’ve still not received any response from them yet. Plz help

      I bought footwear from metro store I didn't wear it much and it's torn and unglued from the left side edge. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with your quality I need refund.

        Hi ,
        I never received the product because I was not in town hence I asked the delivery guy to cancel the delivery for me and return it back to you people. I am still waiting for my money to credit back to my account, could you please confirm this for me on this?

          I have ordered a chappal from Metro shoes from their website metroshoes.net on 25.11.2020 making a payment of Rs.1415/-. I have requested online for a return of the order due to fitting issues. Also i have send a mail regarding this to [protected]@mentroshoes.net. I have also delivered the item to be returned to the nearest blue dart office on 19.12.2020 as they had an inconvenience in collection it at doorstep( attached copy of the return courier)Metroshoes also have mentioned a thirty day return policy and i have confirmed this through mail with the company as well. On tracking the status of the return courier in blue dart website, it shows the item is delivered too metro shoes on 20th December 2020( screenshot attached). Now even after one month of receipt of the return courier the amount is still not refunded to my account. I have ailed regarding this to [protected]@metroshoes.net multiple times but has not received any reply. I have tried to call in their two customer care numbers provided[protected] and [protected]. But they were never received. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            I purchase a pair of shoes and it’s accessories of worth 4280/-. But after reaching to my bike and checking the product I didn’t like the quality it offered for that amount so I immediately(10 minutes) went back to store to return the product and requested for a refund. The employees there were so arrogant and forced us to make an exchange with other products even though I don’t want to get the product with the same quality which I didn’t like. So I had to forcefully get an exchanged pairs of shoes even though I am not satisfied with the product.

            I want my refund back and I am willing to go back to store and give the product to them.

            I hope that this gets resolved or I have to resort to proceed my complaints on Twitter and Facebook

                Complain has been raised many times but only auto replay, till now there is no communication from the customer care team.

                Customer care numbers are working but they are not picking the call

                I have paid cash on delivery, but when checked the item size Metro 18-966-Tan is smaller we have ordered 40 size now need to replaced the same with 41 Size.

                Can any one help me out to get this closed

                  Poor base material - request for replacement or refund

                  We purchased footwear from METRO - pondicherry branch.

                  There is a problem in the base material of your footwear, particularly this pair( attached pic), we are regular customer to your shop and this time we are highly disappointed with the complaint process been handled.

                  Understand there is a regular procedure for you follow but I hope that you must think about customers situation as the refund or replacement...

                  I purchased a shoes at Metro, Relief road, lal darwaja, Ahmedabad not more than 1 month ago. But stitching of shoes is now cut/open in shoes & string is shown. I requested the shop to replace the same but he pressured to repairing the same. I request to the product of buckaroo shoes received by me is not good as within 1 month the condition is stated above. I attached h/ w copy of shop repairing receipt.

                    This is to inform you that my mother went to buy socks from your metro shop (boring road) patna branch last evening . One of your salesman has behaved rudely with her and let me tell you whole story .
                    My mother demanded a nice pair of socks which shall not be in black colour .
                    On this one of your salesman showed her 3-4 varieties of socks and one of it was black coloured . Then he started forcing my mother to buy it since it was the expensive of all available socks and when my mother denied buying it he broke the price tag and said now you need to buy it .
                    Dear metros, is this the way how you treat your lady customers if no then deal with that salesman and solve this because till yesterday i was among the regular buyer of your brand as well as supporter but that rubbish village behaviour has downstrucked me . If possible you take action against that salesman or i will have to complaint about the incident in my nearest police station for sake of consumer rights .
                    That salesman is rubbishing your image day by day .
                    Deal with this asap
                    You have 3 days on fourth day if you will not take action against him i will have to take then .
                    So metro deal with this .

                        I had purchased wedge heels scandals in the month of feb 2020 from metro store in lucknow phoenix mall... For first time i wear it on 5 september 2020 and the lower portion of the heels gets broken. Totally disappointed. Kindly suggest what to do..

                                I have purchased metro women's loafers from r city mall ghatkopar metro outlet.
                                Within 1/2 months front side stiches started removing. Without even much o[censored]se of shoes as daily this is the condition of shoes.
                                Very disappointed with this quanlity.
                                After paying do much if we get this. Then why waste money in brands like metro.
                                Want my money back.
                                Not buy henceforth from metro.
                                Fake brand.

                                  Purchased a black shoes from metro brands ltd gurgoan on 04/10/19 and, just after 1and half month, it's pasting are removed and, then returned to the dealer but they confirm they will repair the same, after 15 days they returned the same after repairing. But i used hardly 15 days then again pasting are remove and now warranty period is over..

                                      I reside in lagos _ nigeria. During my trip to india back home, i bought a pair of sandals from metro shoes - pramukh swami arcade, yagnik road, rajkot (Gujarat) showroom in decemeber 2018. I did not use the sandals till this week and started wearing it since last 4 days. To my surprised the sole has torn in and the sandals can not be used again!! I could not believe it can torn like this (Attaching the images) me and my family are prominent customers of metro shoes and it is really shocking to have such experience and still can not digest the poor quality!!!
