I am hereby raising complaint for the product and demanding exchange of the product.

I give my product for Repairing in a new conditions, bt they returned it in a damage conditions.. Stones are missing in the front portion of shoe. The product number are mismatched and the original box was missing.. They delivered the same shoe with another number.

I want my original shoe back in the same conditions, other wise I am going to filed an complent in consumer forum court against the store as well as the company..

Complent against the Diamond plaza, kolkata, metro shop..

Purchased metro shoes from ajio. But it looks like fake leather.How to confirm...

I placed the order and made the payment online it's been more than a month
1. Payment was deducted however the order was not placed
2. I received message after a day order has been confirmed
3. Order was delivered almost after 3weeks
4. The moment i received the order i placed the return request as the pumps were too big for me and just fyi there were multiple scratches on maroon pumps
5. Pumps were picked up almost after 14-15 days
6. Since then I'm following up for my money and today i received message that refund has been initiated now Guess what

They have initiated the refund request for one pair only
I paid 5980 for 2 pairs and they have not initiated the full payment.

Worst shopping experience and I'm concerned about my money

I purchased a flat brown sandal from Metro Shoes, Janpath, BBSR dated[protected] at the price of 1499/- but today[protected] while walking around I found that the sole has been detached from the base. Within 2 months I have used this slipper only 10-12 times. During purchase time the sales executive told me that the soles have been stitched with the slipper body but later I found that the soles have been pasted with the gum. I have never seen such a worst product of Metro. If a branded company will provide such a nasty product then why should we trust Metro shoes??!!! I have attached the images of the damaged product. Kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible.

I got my handbag from liberty branch approx a month ago price is 7000 rps ..I used it from a week ago and his stiching is out of order and also having cracks on its leather on the corner of the bag...

I bought metro sandal embelished flatform with slingback ordered online from ajio and delivered on 12 may 2022. But I just used the sandals twice and it got broken in 2 pieces in my office i.e. very humiliating .
A well known and highly appreciated brand of metro make so pathetic shoes.

I am hereby raising complaint for the product and demanding atleast refund or exchange of the product.

I Kamruddin writing this complaint about the person AIJAZ SAIYED who is working in Metro Shoes in Relief Road Branch Ahmedabad Gujarat.
I Had purchased a lady's sandals amount of 3990 Indian rupees at the time of buying that person was very polite and very respectful but somehow that item was found defective and I returned to the same store for replacement or repair they said once you bought we cannot replace with a new one but we can repair this if you want. so we returned the item on 24th May 2022 and he told us that it will be repaired within one week from the date of return.
Now today is 20th June 2022 around 10 times I had visited the store every time they are saying tomorrow, tomorrow after one month he returns our item without repair they just polished the item and return it as it is, and when we told him that this not repaired it is just polished so aijaz ahmed was misbehaving and he was very very rude at that time and he told us go and make a complaint where ever you want.

I purchased FILA shoe from cc2, rajarhat, metro shoe. After using of 4 months 3 to 4 times, shoes are starting to crack.

I have baught a shoe from Metro shoe South City Mall store on 20th August 2021. Within a month the shoe was not wearable as it is a defective product. I took the product to the store in October 2021 (less then 2 months of purchase) and I was given a slip and told that the shoe will be repaired. They have kept the shoe in store for almost 4 month and when I kept on following up then they gave me back the same shoe in February 2022.
When again found that the product is still damaged and objected then they issued me a new slip and took back the previous one and committed that product will be replaced to a new one.
Today again when I contacted them they are again giving me back the same defective shoe (uploading photo which clearly shoes the broken marks),
Not only that, when I refused to take back the damage shoe and requested for a new one the South City Mall store team has cut the telephone conversation. I am now feeling harassed and cheated for last 5 months as I have been given a defective shoe and the South City Mall store team is constantly trying to give me back the same defective shoe and it's been 5 months now that the harassment is continued.

I need an new pair of shoe and that is what I am complaining. Need an solution on the same as It is not been solved for 5 months now.

Defective sandals given and inspite of many mails company not accepting mistake rather saying price is tested, poor attitude of company, i also buy from Metro saying company is worth quality but this time I am feeling embarrassed complaining again and again that i m not comfortable with the product.

I am buying foot wares from Metro since long. But these days they don’t provide the foot wares up to mark. I bought pair of heels from fresh stock from Metro SURAT Parle point. I had hardly used it twice or thrice and the heels were damaged like all the decorative stuff (glitter on the sandales) went off. We took the heels to the store, first he asked me that he will get it done in 2 days but he took 6 days and that too he didn’t fix it well. On top of that he started arguing that we don’t provide guarantee of any product. He was adding that the product is just of Rs. 2000/-. These people don’t value your money. At the time of purchase they promise like you won’t find any problem in the product. They have fixed some other material on my foot ware and returned me. They kept my foot ware box and bill with them. They didn’t returned me. All my heel is looking so shabby that I will not going to wear it.
The motive of writing this message is don’t waste your money in buying such thigs as these people don’t provide VALUE FOR MONY these days. They just give us the stuff like any ordinary shop. We go to Brands for buying trustworthy thigs which goes with our personality, reputation, status and on top of that our inner satisfaction. But since last two to three times I really have very bad experience with Metro.
Pathetic quality, pathetic services and thief kind of sales men. They denied to give me my bill, box of my foot wear and customer care number. I request you all that don’t purchase or I should say that don’t waste your hard earn money by purchasing such low quality foot wears.
I regret so much while drafting this complaint I wish it goes to the right person so that some improvement might be seen.

I have bought shoes model no: 19-3690 at Puducherry branch on 8/7/2021 bill no - 163392, I have very well maintained and used the shoes only couple of times occasionally unfortunately the shoes got faded away long back unnoticed, after knowing the shoes were faded out went to Puducherry branch where they said it’s under offer time the shoes were bought so nothing can be done . It’s clearly understood from the answer given at metro Puducherry that people should not buy under sale / offer / discount periods where metro will sell old stocks and damaged products during this sale periods. Since we believe METRO SHOES as a branded company and myself a regular customer past 10 years would buy products from metro without doubts that products would get damaged soon. Even I bought a bulchy belt approx 1800 rs which got damaged powdering soon and my pants got dyes from the belt .But nowadays metro products are really worst or old stocks that are bought expensively . Even last week I made a purchase of aproxs 6500/- rs . However I’m shocked to hear that products under offer gets damaged very soon and that too they aren’t taken care by metro shoes . Since the answer given by your branch isn’t so much convincing In future I believe myself or recommend my friends / family memdbers to purchase at METRO SHOES . 1 period amount was not returned please help me sir urgently please...

We bought a football shoes from metro poonamalle kariyanchacadi on dec 27 2021, while buying itself we found the shoe was bit tight and said the same to the shop wala he said we have only one shoe at your size (11 size)and this go lose when you keep wearing, also you can return it if any problem occurs, since there is no size number mentioned in the shoe we are convinced by his words and got it but after wearing my son got wounds fully in the fingers, when we took it back after a day they refused to replace it .

Instead they did some adjustment in the edge by hammer and gave us back, but still we found the same issue, we also compared the shoes with other football players who has got 11 size, we found there is a huge size different. But still the metro guys keeps aruguing the same.

Please take this as priority complaint and do the needful.

They actually gave us the wrong size and no genuinity in exchange policy.

It was my second time i wear this METRO Branded shoes and look the condition it soles goes off with every steps i took. Really i was shamefaced as being my friend wedding it was highly disappointing to get with brand shoes name METRO and its soles came out like a cheap china product whereas china shoes has also good reliability than that of METRO Shoes.i was embarrassed, can able to walk, ruined wedding mood completely and all credit goes to maker of this shoes.

I just get to the point. I walked into your store located in Nagpur empress mall and I was looking at the shoe that I liked then I told the store employee that I want to try that shoe then I also told him I will also look on your online store for a better price then he disrespectfully told me NO sir I can't let you try it just because buying from there store I feel humiliated and disrespected so I left the store and here I am complaining about that the incident took place today 21 Jan 2022 at 5 pm, this how you respect your customer if the issue doesn't resolve I'll never buy anything from your store. i'll give full detail about the store located in Nagpur empress mall and the name of that store was Sarfaraz now do something and give me update asap.

The polish of my shoe faded away.the shoe became dull

Hi, I bought metro mens maroon sandal on October 4, 2021 from flipkart. Within 4months the skin of the chappals are peeling. I paid Rupees 1619, Is it the worth of metro? Very unhappy about the product. It was bought for my Dad as gift, now I terribly regret choosing metro.
