I have applied for my btech certificate via fastrack. My friend along with whom i applied received his certificate last month. He is from trivandrum. I am from kottayam. Fastrack is aimed at delivering within 45 days. But it has been more than 3 months (Applied date:25/09/2018) and no more information about the delay. This is so annoying. I need sudden action.

Dear mgu university,

I have been sending emails asking for the status of my certificate since 27th dec'18, which was ordered on
30th nov'18, but there is no response from your end.

I tried calling on the no. Which is mentioned in the below mail, but no one answers that number. There is one more contact no.
Which is mentioned on the website i. E. [protected], which never gets connected.

So now after trying everything, i am marking this mail to the entire team to know the status of
My certificate. Can please someone give me the status?

Passing certificate is something that every student passing from university should get, which is not provided from mgu. Why do we have to apply for passing certificate and convocation? Isn't that a students right to be receiving. Why do we have to make payment for what is a students right. During admission we weren't informed that these necessary documents will be issued upon payment.

After completion i have applied for the degree certificate three months back with all the relevant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favor of mgu, receipt is attached below. But still i have not received any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last couple of weeks and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them on following no. But at times they do not answer my calls.

I have for convocation certificate of Degree . And i has been made the payment of rs 12000 on 27/11/2018 and its on tatkal payment . i trying called them they are not pickup my phone . and when i asked them to pickup my phone they said call us tomorrow I want this letter for VISA purpose . and last date its 20th Dec 2018 please help me with the same .We paid them money .

After completion of bscit i have applied for the degree certificate three months back with all the relvant documents mentioned and paid the fee of of rs.5000.00 in favour of mgu on the mgu website, but still i have not received certificate and no response (Not replying) regarding degree certificate through email also. There is not showing any status on the website after login also. It's so unsatisfactory. Here is an attachment of successful payment of degree applied. Please do the needful and necessary action.

I applied for my degree certificate by doing payment in the post office as per instruction in the website along with all the required document's on 19 july 2018 and my po receipt no. Is [protected] and my chellan no. Is [protected]. Its been 4 months after application and i have not yet received my certificate. So kindly do the necessary and do dispatch my degree certificate as soon as possible.

I passed my bafd course in the year 2016. My enrollment no is mgu132sn[protected] was informed that after making a payment online the degree will get delivered to your address. However there is no response on the given no as well on the website to track the status of the same. Kindly provide me a way to get in touch as i need my certificate asap for visa processing as got a job offer abroad. Kindly assist as there is no means of communication available for the students as even via email there is no response from the university and it is on an emergency basis i require my degree certificate.

After completion i have applied for the convocation certificate on june 21 2018 with all the relvant documents mentioned as well and online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, tracking id:[protected], i have not got any information regarding the same. After many follow ups from my college ksbm i received an email from mgu as there are some pending documents to be submitted. I submitted all documents as required on oct 16 2018. No response regarding the status and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last couple of weeks and not replying to email sent to [protected]@mgu. Edu.in as well. I am sending follow up asking if the provided documents are enough or not so that i can get my certificate to enrolled for my higher studies but at times they do not answer to my email. I am afraid that after waiting for a long time i should not receive email saying again the provided documents are incomplete (As received now after four months).

Ed and paid my admission fee but now they r asking for my migration certificate i have already mailed mgu nd called there customer care but they r not replying now i don't know what to do as i immediately need my migration certificate please help!

In 2018 i completed my 3 years degree course from mg university. As i have scored more marks in the revaluation of 5 th semester examination and for up-gradation of marks in the mark list 2 months before i surrendered my provisional mark list and consolidated mark list. The marks are upgraded in the website but since now i had not received any of my certificates and it is necessary for me to register for my pg exam registration. At the event of surrender of certificates they assure that the certificates will be returned within 2 weeks time period. What i want to do next?

Hi.. L cleared from mgu in 2015 in new delhi am a foreign student from kenya. I paid 5000rps and got my provisional certificate in 2016. Now l need my main degree certificate and am finding it hard getting it because l have to pay another 5000rps and your online mode of payment is not working. I have bank of baroda... Can you direct me on how to pay with dd using bank of baroda?

I am rishikesh and i did mba from mgu. My enrollment no is mgu/141/sn1108006/009. I did not receive my certificate so i contacted mgu via a different method like via facebook page, email, phone etc. But did not get a proper response. One day i got a response via the facebook page to do an online payment and i followed that instruction and did online payment for the same.

It's been 3 months of payment however, i have not received it till date.

I sent an email to [protected]@mgu. Edu.in also but not getting any response. It is very disappointing that after following the instruction still we have to follow up with them and they are not bothering to even answer it. Kindly look into this on urgent basis.
