Mi India — Regarding not getting refund

I cancelled the order before delivery and was waiting for refund. I called customer service and they said they have refunded the money on 8th June and after submitting a complain here i recieved three calls asking the same thing did you get the refund which I didn't and they do not seem to help me.
One of them said the money has been refunded on 10th June.
What is going on, they don't even know the date, they are giving me a transaction id which is useless. I need my money back, it's been more than 20 days. I have sent you the screenshot of my transactions this month and still call me and ask to send it, when i say i have sent it already, they say i will check and forward it. I am getting no response.
I do not think I am going to get my refund, please help.

Same thing with me... I ordered headphones from Mi.com... The product didn't even reach me, it just came to my city and went back to the warehouse that it came from... Now it has been over 15 days after the product has returned but I didn't get any refund... The executive says they haven't received the product yet while the tracking clearly says that the product has been returned to the warehouse... They are making fools of their own customers, what type of service is this ? I don't think they want to refund my money...

I finally got my refund after a month and a few days, when i threatened them on their fb page and posts, i emailed them too, they were contacting me again and again and saying the same thing that they have refunded me the money please contact ur bank, however i even sent the screenshots of bank statement that i got no refund yet, everytime another guy calls me and asks me same thing and says they are cheking and then a final call came and said we have refunded the money and we are going to close this case thanks you, i said okay, i am going to report it to the police as soon as i get free.

I threatened them on their every promotion posts regarding launching new phones in india that better but their products from third party lile flipkart and Amazon but don't buy it from Mi.com they will not replace your products on cash on delivery and will not refund u the momey if you have paid it online, they have conned me. I will report it to the police blah blah

And the next evening i got my money back in my account.
I was gifting the phone to my friend and i am glad that i cancelled the order that's a phone, i gave my friend Motorola moto g4 plus. Best phone i have ever seen under 15000rs.

I have booked a phone Redmi note 5 pro (red)64GB+4GB on 22nd Of November 2018 through Mi.com and made the online payment of 13999 by my debit card. After that they shipped my product to Delhivery courier on the same date, after two days delhivery returned the product to the seller of Mi on 24th nov. Then i contacted to the customer care they told me that delhivery returned the product due to technical issues and your refund will be generated as soon the product reaches to the warehouse. After two days, again i called to the customer care they told me that your refund id[protected] is generated and hence refund has been initiated on 26 November and amount will be credited in your account within 7-10 business days. I waited still 14 days means two week despite of that i didn't receive any amount in my account. Again i contacted to customer care they didn't give the satisfied answer, as they only making us fool. Even they don't want to share the ARN/RRN number so as i contact to my respective bank for the refund. I never expected this from Mi India that they don't want to refund my money back at promised date and not delivered my paid product. How cheap the service of Mi is. The third party sites (Flipkart, amazon) are more better than Mi.com.
Please refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I'm going to post it to everywhere and i will have to report to the police/consumer forums and file a case regarding my refund. It has been so delayed. Please help me.
I have placed my order for redmi note 7s from mi store which was in offer for about 11999 by my debit card, but due to some reasons I have to cancel the order.
Whenever I contact them for refund they just doesn't clarify the situation or give any details of the time till I'll receive the refund.
I have contacted to my bank but they are saying that the mi store has not initiated the refund process.
This procedure is not clear geeting delayed and irritating plz help me

Look at this cock suckers, after 7 days they put the status as refunded. This guys, think we the consumers are so stupid. People don't expect mi india to refund you your money. Just don't.. i lost my hard earned money, and especially during economic crisis. I will sue this company.

Placed order on 24sep, The order didn't deliver and was stuck at Shipped and didn't reach any where, whenever I try contacting them they ask me to wait for 4 days, and did nothing, I forced them to file a complaint post 4 days, which they asked me to wait for another 4 days plus 3 days weekend and The day of complaint, adding to 7, the very next day I contacted them using Chat support and the executive told me the complaint was closed after few hours, on the bases of Order shipped and in transit, I filed another complaint almost 6 times now, they repeated the same, and now they block me from Mail and Call when ever I try calling them,
And when I ask them to refund, They Rudely said, Why can't you wait for 4 days, Don't you have patience,
Lost my money to Mi.com on prepaid order of Phone, they copy the Same mail when Mailed them and chat support have saved msgs which they Copy each time, Making Nuisance and not even replying nor providing the refund. I forced them that I will Post on social media and their marketing contents, the next day they call & said they have processed the refund and to wait for 48 for confirmation, I Contacted them at 3rd day and the executive told me that the Complaint was closed the same day, and there is No refund that is processed and didn't listen to me, saying What's there in my data I told you, further I can't help, And to contact on mail or other number, this is going on continuously and each time feels like Hitting a wall contacting them for refund as they lie on everything and not help.
Lost both time and money because of Mi.com, also mental peace of 1 month
I had bought a REDMI NOTE 10 on 7th April 2021. Today it is 11th April 2021. I was facing the screen flickering issue since day one on video call. Had gone to service center but they said it was a software issue and they can't help me. then I came back home.

I have been facing the battery issue since day one and didn't mind it for first 2 days but I am facing it again, and I have reported it to the customer care and asked them to lodge a complaint but they didn't. Instead they tried fixing the error viw diagnose but nothing changed. I faced the issue for next 24 hours too. And I again complaint but they said I need to visit the customer service. And they aren't registering my complain.

They are just saying I need to visit service center for repair. I am still under 7 days (14th April 2021 will be the 7th day since purchase) and I don't k if I will be getting any replacement for the faulty phone. And why on earth would I get my phone repaired if the issue came within 4 days of the purchase. Why can't they just issue a replacement for me?

I even showed the proof to the customer support chat and she agreed that I have this fault but still I am not getting a replacement. I am under a lot of pressure as I had saved my money to buy a phone since so long. After almost 5 years, I bought a new phone and I have to face this mental torture. The lockdown here is till 16th and I dont even know if my phone will be replaced or not!

I am just mentally drained. No one's helping me. I don't know what to do. 😢😢😢

I ordered phone and payed money through UPI. without delivery, my order got cancelled. That is also when I texted with customer care, like my oder got delayed.
Refund is initiated. More than 20 days completed. Still my refund not reflected to my account. Status showing as refund processing from last 20 days. When ever i try to contact with customer care within tomorrow, or today end of the day amount will refund like that information receiving but it's doesn't resolved.

Same thing with me, I ordered on 8th July though UPI, due to delay in delivery/shipping i canceled the order on 16th July. I have told to wait for 7 days as they already initiate the refund. Still the amount is not refunded. Today is 7th August
