I had given my Micromax Nitro A311 for repair at Vashi telecom on[protected], for which the reference number is:*W[protected]*. Many times I have contacted the service center but they keep on delaying the delivery of repaired mobile by giving different excuses every time. Their last excuse was that "my mobile is under L4 service and pending for replacement". But still they haven't confirmed either the replacement model or the delivery date. Its been a month and half and still I am inquiring about my mobile. Sometimes I feel I have made a wrong decision by purchasing micromax set, because this is second time I am facing the same issue in only one year of purchase.

Dear Customer Care Executive,

I would like to bring your kind notice, that I have purchase Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 vide Invoice No. S2CBCE/1516/31987 Dated 06.05.15 through Snapdeal Sales.

Just after using of two months, the phone started problems i.e. hanged & touch screen non-functional problem. But since November 2015, it creates more problem even after factory reset it works few days then same problem exists as earlier. The matter brought to the customer department, but there is no customer service at all by Micromax. On my phone inquiry about service center address, the customer care team messaging Govindpuri address, on my visits to Govindpuri it is found that there is no customer care office. Any how finally I delivered at M/S. Perfect Solutions at Kalkaji. It indicates huge harrasment by Micromax to their esteemed customer.

Now M/S. Perfect Solutions, authorised service center of Micromax demanding Rs.1800/- for replace of touch screen vide their Job sheet No. N[protected] dt. 19.12.15 though this mobile purchased on assurance of ONE YEAR BRAND MANUFACTURING WARRANTY. Kindly do the needful as a long term customer gesture.

I would like to highlight here that on my recommendations, more than five mobiles delivered at DMRC Ltd., Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 to my friends/officials.

You are requested to kindly do the needful to reverse the charges immediately.

        I have purchase Micromax UHD LED TV Model No. 42C0050 dated- 04/Nov/2015 from aligarh, after that 1st time i have launch a request you representative for installation but not a single person come to my home for installation, again i have call to customer care and 2nd time re launch a complaint but again same problem created, now finally 3rd time i launch a complaint to customer care on 08/01/2015, he satisfied to me that installation is completed within 48 hours, but still not a single person came to my home for installation. Now what can i do.

              I brought the product on 17.12.2014 from tarang telecoms, 10 Durgadas kuthi lane, howrah-711101( bill no. 786 ), MIMEI / 1- [protected], S IMEI/2 [protected]. It was continuously having the problem of hanging. it stopped working from 19.12.2015. i sent it for servicing on 23/12/2015 at micromax service centre(solution point ), 58 GT ROAD, BALLY, HOWRAH-711201. IMEI NO.[protected]. 2nd time i gave again my phone for servicing on 9.1.2016 IMEI NO.[protected]. They changed the touch screen and returned back . After 1 hour it stopped working again . since the next day was sunday i took it on monday[11.1.2016 ] for the 3rd time and they took it saying it will take 10 days to repair it. now, sir, i am not satisfied with the product and how many tiimes shall I go for a same problem . kindly take into the matter seriously and do the needful as early as possible.

                To the concerned authorities, i am using micromax canvas a300. i am currently residing in Rourkela, odisha. the service provided by the authorized center here is ridiculous, i have been there almost 5 times now and no one seems to care about the customers, my issue is not resolved till date, the way they behave with customers is not at all satisfactory, always they try to delay things by postponing the dates. This kind of service is not expected from a reputed company like micromax which has risen so much in the recent years, the service center is just not upto the mark, kindly look into the matter and help me resolve my issue. whenever i visit the center, i am provided with a token and have to wait for nearly 2 to 3 hours.                       Respected sir, our micromax mobile EG111 submit in authorize service station in Nagpur (ALRAZA MOBILE SERVICE CENTER) on 08/12/2015.
                      Till date no anny response on phone of service center, I visit five to six times but counter staff not gave to me sufficient answer . my mobile in under warranty .
                      Anny mobile number of service station not responding, and counter staff behivier very roode, I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      We send many mails and call to customer care but not any response or sufisient answer to me. I realy harassment from micromax.

                        I have purchase a new mobile "Micromax Canvas knight cameo A-290" (white) worth of Rs. 11300/- as on 10/03/2015. It has create some issue regarding charging and low battery, whenever it has passed only thee months. When I visit on you service center " The Mobile Care (Delhi)" B-36, Nanak Pura, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092, they replied that the charging jack has broken inside, and you have to paid Rs. 1850/- for it, I agree to paid due to avoid this inconvenience. Only after three months it has create same issued low battery/battery power not hold, and I re-surrender in warranty as on 28/11/2015 vide service doc number[protected], and they told me that within 15 to 20 days we provide you the mobile. But that was not enough 20 days passed when I asked about my set they replied me that your mobile was not repaired by us and we forward it on 15/12/2015 in "Factory" for Final repaid vide service doc Number[protected] and I has also confirm to your Call Centre by me. On Saturday morning 09/01/2016, I received a call to that mobile has OK, and Check by you Q.C., it is happy news for me, I receive the same in afternoon, but set was black color and scratches on it, whenever it was white un-scratch, but I was adjusted the problem and now it is my hand only 30 minutes, I found that battery was ZERO, when I receive the battery was on 31%. then in evening I plug on in charging, the battery indicator was not go more 35%, That means the set was on the same situation. I complain the same day in your customer care they suggest to resubmit the mobile in service center. Now I want to know that what is your quality control's quality who approve the set was OK. why I suffer to your delay system whenever It was not lower rate mobile?, and why don't you provide me knew set if it was not repairable or under warranty?                             I have purchased a mobile model Micromax Canvas Knight A350 on date 12 Dec 2014 and couple of months back my touch screen stopped working, and i have given the phone to the nearest micormax service center Sri Sai Telecommunication, No: 9, 494/11. Up Royal 2nd Main, 4th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560003 on date 7 Dec 2015 and it is in a warranty. ITs already been one months now and i have not received the phone yet, reason they give for the same is touch screen not in stock, and they are saying to wait for another 15 days

                              My yu yureka mobile screen damage before 5-6 Month i have register a complaint with yureka service center, they replaced my mobile and i have pay for this Rs.@3000. but yureka team send me faulty mobile with reverse charging issue. after that i have again give a complaint for this issue before 4-5 month, i have call to yureka costumer service center but every time they told me wait 10-15 days and still i don't have received my mobile from them. so it's requeted to you that please register my complaint against yureka(Micromax) and resolve my issue ASAP.                                   Respected sir/mam, I am Lt Ankit Singh from Indian Navy. I bought Micromax Canvas Gold A300 online on 19 Sep 2014 costing Rs 18899 and with 1 year of warranty ()expiring on 19 sep 2015). I have attached the bill invoice for the delivery here with. After few months the phone developed problems as it used to switch off by itself. As it was still under warranty period, I took it to Micromax care center in Kochi for repair on 25 July 2015 where I got to know that there was some fault in motherboard. The representatives did some makeshift temporary repair and handed over the phone back to me whose job sheet I am attaching herewith. Soon after the problem still persisted and the phone used to turn off automatically even more frequently than before and finally on 28 Dec, it went off permanently. I again took it to service center where the representatives told me that they need to change the motherboard but refused to repair it and even take responsibility for the same fault they could't treat earlier. They also demanded Rs 11589 if I wanted a repair (I have attached the job sheet and the quotation for same). sir/mam, it is now well known to me that the handset was a faulty one. The irresponsible customer care staff should have replaced the phone immediately when i first took the handset to them but they waited for the warranty period to get over so that I would have to pay from my pocket and now are demanding huge money for the same, It was their responsibility to repair it irrespective of the warranty period as the same fault persisted throughout the period the phone was with me. This is a clear case of fraud from their side. So I would request you to look into this matter and forward my complaint. I am waiting for a response from your side. Thanks in advance.

                                    MY jobsheet number is S[protected].. isuue was it was'nt swiching on after the official update of lollipop... and its 25 days since i submitted phone to service center and still they say wait for 15 days more each time when i call their call center. And sometimes they even told your handset has been repaired and will be dispatched soon... but its not the truth.. next time i call they say same 15 days story...call center people have byhearted answer " we can understand your probelm sir, we are really sorry for your inconvienience"... but no proper help from their end... REALLY IRRITATING COMPANY WITH SUCH A LOW CLASS OF AFTER SALES SERVICE...

                                      I bought a phone on 2014 . I have aproblem within few month that its start switched off and restarting. I don't even know what is happen so i went to micromax service centre and asked about that they make aservice and said to me that if the problem continous u come .They were saying the same think for 3 times and after the warrenty my phone was totally switched off.

I have submitted the mobile in micromax care, Jajpur Road on 26.10.2015 in warranty period.Due to Faulty my mobile(Switched not on and Camera Quality).                                         I am Snehalata Dalei W/O Bikash Kumar Dalei. I have not get the mobile yet. I Have submitted the mobile on 26.10.2015 on micromax care in Jajpur road, odisha(JOB SHEET NO[protected]-[protected]. What is the problem in my mobile . I am taking very serious about my mobile because of that I have not get the any solution of my mobile . If it will not possible to repair pls send me new mobile ok.
